- I’m not a born leader so I can’t lead. 2. A title and seniority will automatically make me a leader. 3. Work experience will make me a leader. 4. I’m waiting until I get a position to start developing as a leader. These are all false. If you put in the time, effort and money you can develop yourself as a great leader.
