Hello friends.

I made this video live December 24th 2019 on periscope and want to share it so that it may find the ones who need it.

(Authors Note:  Please excuse the constant throat clearing as I was just getting over a cold. Also I mention first experiencing the "Spin Dry" in my late teens. Nah, I remember now that it was more like around 24 years old or so.

Also I now recall that when the counselor asked me if I realized how many times I'd been there, the figure he shared was much higher. More like in the 30 or 40 arena.)

Since I've been clean since November of 1994 I just really want to let you know that if I can do it so can you.

So here's a little bit of my story.

I hope that somehow it helps someone out there. In my own way I know your pain. If you want to get clean and stay clean just don't give up.
