Cord outlines what dairy production looks like in Germany and with similar issues to here in the UK, he discusses some of those affecting their dairy farmers including the labour situation, restrictions on buildings and welfare requirements from the retailers, as well as how this leaves current sentiment amongst farmers. Cord also explains what consumer requirements look like in terms of priorities and how GMO free milk has become almost standard across dairy producers.
