Ronnie’s Bio: Ronnie has over 48 years of years of diverse experience throughout his career working in civil service, academia, private-industry, non-profit sector and the faith-based community. Ronnie retired from a distinguished 26 year career as a principal inspector/emergency management coordinator for City of Los Angeles' Housing Department.
He worked 15 years as an adjunct assistant professor at Pasadena City College where he taught building construction and inspection classes. He has also taught leadership and personal development principles in government, academia, private citizen and faith-based communities for 18 years.
Ronnie is happily married (third time's a charm), has four sons (including Ryan - still in his heart, lost in an auto accident in 2007) and six grandchildren. He and his Valeria own several successful businesses. They reside in both the Atlanta, GA and Denver, CO areas. Ronnie's driving purpose in post retirement is to make a transforming impact in the lives of youth and young adults around the world through an innovative process he created based on the three pillars of community connection, training and generational collaboration.
