Sad but true. Brad Jay learns a very valuable lesson early in his successful announcing career. Sit down and be humble, learn how to take a compliment without being a complete A-hole. Being cocky is not conducive to a great career. People will want to work with a person that is humble and not a fricken jerk. Fellow workers, starting telling Brad that he had Braditude and that wasn't a good thing as he found out. Catch more flys with honey than vinegar.
