In this episode Pilar is up for a second interview. I met her in Edinburgh during my second week of travelling and we have kept in touch since. We have a really open and insightful conversation about our lives, what we have learned in the past months and how to look (or not look) in to the future.

Pilar shares some really good advice for when you are feeling sad and how to keep your days moving forward even when the world is standing still.
