In cases this week, the court, in the case of Commonwealth v. Byrd, addressed the mutual consent exception to the wiretap act. The court looked at when a new stacking waiver is required for car insurance in the case Franks v. State Farm Mutual Insurance. The court addressed two issues surrounding protection from abuse orders in the cases of Diaz v. Nabiyev and B.R.S. v. J.L. And in the case Reibenstein v.
