Bad habits are rooted in what you do. Good habits are rooted in who you are. In order to make the most of your morning, start by asking yourself: who are you called to be? The morning is the kingpin of the day, how you start it matters A LOT because:
The person that you become is a result of what you repeatedly do
You never have to recover from a strong start
As your morning, so goes your day
Start your day right so you can serve others best, develop a morning ritual by starting small and stacking habits on top of each other. Get rid of distractions, eliminate potential roadblocks. Determine your ideal wake-up time by finding the optimal struggle, find something that is just a little outside of your comfort zone but try to get 7-8 hours of sleep. But don’t just rip off someone else’s morning, stay true to yourself work on creating your own by answering the question: who are you called to be.
