Early one Sunday Morning before sunrise, I woke up in depression and anxiety.  I had been sober for almost three years and this day the panic that booze always medicated had me thinking of relapse.  I wandered around my condo and found myself sitting at the keyboard of my computer.  I began to write and at the age of 55 completed my first poem.  I have now written well over 100.
