A new block means a new focus. Density training veers away from our focus on strength and onto our work capacity.

Work capacity is simply our ability to get work done in a certain amount of time. We're looking to build on the strength improvements we have made and add muscular endurance our growing list of skills and physical capabilities.

As with all things new, there will be an adaptation period that provides an excellent opportunity for us to test and challenge ourselves with a new stimulus.
