Join me as I detail my 20-year journey in education, first as a teacher and then as a principal. This episode chronicles the highs and lows of working with students from all backgrounds and gaining wisdom from supportive mentors during challenging times. I share how I learned to embrace feedback to find inspiration to keep improving as an educator.
Ultimately, I aligned my teaching philosophy around REAL education - relevance, empathy, action, and lifelong learning. I am excited to pay forward everything I learned to help the next generation of educators thrive in this rewarding profession.
