Alice Buckley is one of the rising stars of Australian motorsport. She began her journey 12 years ago in karting and has since gone on to race in Hyundai Excels, Toyota 86s, and most recently, Trans Am.

In 2025, Alice enjoyed a breakout season, winning the Championship in the Toyota Gazoo Racing Australia Scholarship Series. She also shocked the racing community by winning on debut in the TA2 Muscle Car Series, before turning heads once again with victory against a stacked field, including several Supercars stars, in the TA2 Muscle Cars Enduro at Queensland Raceway.

Alice joins us on The Podium to talk about her rapid rise through the motorsport ranks, her early inspirations, the mentorship and guidance she’s received from Paul Morris, her experience driving an F4 car at the Ferrari Driver Academy, and the high praise she’s received from Supercars CEO James Warburton. We’ll also discuss the arm injury that has kept her out of action, her objectives for the remainder of 2025, her ambitions to race in Super2 and Supercars, and her advice for women pursuing careers in motorsport.

David Brabham is one of Australia’s greatest-ever sportscar racers.

He’s a multiple winner of the prestigious 24Hours of Le Mans, and has also claimed victory at Bathurst, the iconic 12 Hours of Sebring, and the Rolex 24 at Daytona.

In addition to all that, he is a two-time American Le Mans Series Champion who followed in his famous father’s (3-time F1 Champion, Sir Jack Brabham) footsteps to go on and race in Formula 1.

In recent years, he has helped bring back the iconic Brabham name to world motorsport and is now mentoring the next generation of racers.

Craig Lowndes is an Australian motorsport icon, a seven-time Bathurst 1000 winner, a three-time Supercars Champion, an Order of Australia recipient, and a member of the Australian Motorsport Hall of Fame.

He has competed in a whopping 679 Supercars races, claiming 43 pole positions and 110 race wins.

In 2025, he will once again line up for Triple Eight in the Supercheap Auto Camaro for the Supercars Enduros at The Bend 500 and Bathurst 1000.

Before all that, he’ll be making his Trans Am debut in the latest round of the TA2 Muscle Car Series at Queensland Raceway this weekend.

Melinda Price is a trailblazer for women in Australian motorsport. Over a career spanning more than 30 years, she has become one of the country’s most accomplished female racers — a true pioneer who helped pave the way for women in the sport.

She has competed in V8 Supercars, GT Production, Touring Car Masters, Hyundai Excels, and more recently, the Radical Cup. Many fans will remember her time racing the Castrol Cougars Commodore for Perkins Engineering — a chapter in her career that included a history-making performance at the Bathurst 1000 in 1998.

Mika Salo is a Finnish motorsport icon.

The driver from Finland competed in over 100 Formula 1 Grands Prix, racing for some of the sport’s most iconic teams—including a memorable stint as a super-sub for Ferrari.

Beyond his Formula 1 achievements, Salo also found success in the Champ Car World Series, the American Le Mans Series, and twice won the prestigious 24 Hours of Le Mans.

Leigh Diffey is one of the world's leading sports broadcasters, in charge of “bringing the action” to motorsport fans for the past 30 years.

Many Australian listeners might remember him from when he burst onto the scene as the lead play-by-play commentator for the V8 Supercars coverage on Network Ten back in 1997.

A few years later, he moved to the UK, where he commentated on the World Superbike Championship and the World Rally Championship (WRC) for leading British broadcaster, the BBC.

In 2001, he relocated to the United States, where he covered a range of categories, including the IMSA SportsCar Championship and the IndyCar Series.

In 2024, he was appointed the lead play-by-play announcer for NBC's NASCAR Cup Series broadcast team. And in 2025, he made a memorable cameo appearance in F1 The Movie.

Tim Schenken is a motorsport icon, who has recieved an Order of Australia medal for his services to Motorsport.

Tim is one of only 26 Australians to have competed in the Formula 1 World Championship, and 1 of only 6 to finish on the podium in F1. In addition to that, he has also raced for Ferrari in Sportscar racing, where he would win a number of prestigious endurance events.

He has also raced at the iconic LeMans 24-hour of six occasions, before returning to Australia, where he'd spend many years at the helm of the Supercars Championship as Race Director.

He currently works for the FIA in a number of different roles, and is the Chairman of the organising comittee for the Australian Grand Prix.

Tim joins us on 'The Podium' to go on a special walk down victory lane and reflect on his upbringing, move to Europe, racing in Formula 1, relationships with Sir Frank Williams, Sir Jack Brabham, Bernie Ecclestone, Helmut Marko, Ron Tauranac, Ron Dennis, and other key motorsport figures.
