As many students are wrapping up dissertations and final assignments, Ty is joined in the studio by 2 students who happen to juggle photography alongside their studies!
Tracy (BA in Fine Art) and Janisha (BA in Photography) delve into the discussion on whether creative subjects give enough knowledge to tackle today’s industry. We also talk about ways to balance your passion alongside your studies and whether university is really cost effective. Please note, we are not throwing any shade at university institutions, as education is important but we want to make sure those entering the stage of university have weighed up their option before investing their time and energy. For our second episode, we are joined by 2 young kings in the photography field, Kai and Matt (London-Based Freelance Photographers). Our conversation discovers the best time to increase your price, tips on tax and savings, with some additional talk on mates rates and selling prints. We haven’t been able to discuss in the studio, so we have recorded whilst working from the comfort of our own homes.
