This episode takes the everyday movement of walking, and allows us some deep insight into what our body is doing and revealing to us as we walk. In this episode, we get to know our bodies a little more, specifically what our bodies like and dislike. Initially, we do this through a warm up which involves awakening the body with touch. We then progress to an exercise to empower our bodies in making choices, discovering moments of resonance and resistance.

This episode is an adventure in geography. To warm up, we consider the geography of our own bodies, adding knowledge to our map of self. Then, we move on to an guided movement meditation which considers familiar scenery and environments, and pauses to observe the effect these environments have on ourselves.
