Depending on whom you ask, Jiggy Jaguar is either a bile-spewing spawn of Satan or a visionary prophet of truth. Through his Internet radio station, kjagradio.com, Jiggy (also known as James Lowe) has attracted a loyal listening audience during the past 10 years that he said falls into three categories.
