Dexter D. Evans is best known for his role as the chief organizer of the "WE ARE NOT TRASH" movement. In 2011, when the city of Dallas voted to expand a landfill near Paul Quinn College into the largest garbage dump in the southwestern region of the U.S. Without hesitation, Dexter organized neighbors leading demonstrations, attending city council meetings, and spoke directly to the city officials. Dexter's leadership helped to sway a permanent injunction against the city of Dallas’s proposed trash ordinance. In 2013, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies and is a recent graduate of the University of Pennsylvania where he specialized in Higher Education and Africana Studies. He currently serves as the Associate Dean of Students and Alumni at Paul Quinn College where he focuses on cultivating a prospective, current, and former student culture that supports the lifelong creation of servant leaders and agents of change in the global marketplace. Dexter and his wife Alexandria currently reside in Fort Worth, Texas with their boxer dog, Dash.

By profession, Darcy Pierre Louis is a Quality Systems Manager for a chemical coating company, where he manages the Quality Assurance and Compliance Operations. On the side, Darcy serves as a “Digital Motivational Content Creator” whose goal is to empower millennials to be proactive, instead of reactive, to the challenges of life. Like many, Darcy was born into generational poverty, but he has not allowed his circumstances to dictate his future – he has consistently taken measures to improve the quality of life for himself and others. Having grown up in an under-resourced community in the slums of Brooklyn NY, Darcy knows what it takes to persevere and persist through adversity. He is a strong believer in the power of God and self-worth and regularly develops new coaching content to assists others with effective planning so that they can achieve new heights in life.
