Drew Brees Stands Up For The Word Of God

Bryan Fischer here with today’s Life and Liberty Minute. Drew Brees is a record-setting quarterback for the New Orleans Saints. He is now the target of vitriol from the entire Talking Snake Media for committing the cultural sin of encouraging students to take their Bibles with them when they go to school. He’s been called a hater and a bigot because the organization sponsoring the video is Focus on the Family, which doesn’t hate anybody but simply promotes what the Bible teaches about human sexuality, marriage, and the family. Brees is refusing to back down. Good for him. The American Republic was founded on principles contained in Scripture. As President Andrew Jackson said, the Bible is the rock on which our Republic rests. The more students who take their Bibles to school, the better that is for America. Drew Brees is right, and the Talking Snake Media is wrong.
