Here is Sienna's process:

Picked a book she hasn't read
-
Read a 5 star review
-
Read a 1 or 2 star review Sienna is looking for a book to read and also learning about writing.
Here is Melinda's process:
- Picked a book she has read and didn't like (you can do this in the opposite fashion)
- Read a 1 or 2 star review (b/c they likely would be in alignment in viewpoint)
- With the same reviewer- read a 5 star review- which would be on another book being that it's from the same reviewer.
Melinda is trying to learn what her audience (the reviewer in this case as a model) looks for in "good writing" for her genre as she is writing a book now and created KPIs as a measurable writing tool.
Use these examples to copy or create your own! It's fun and a great way to learn.

Have you ever thought about the general context and narratives about words that are being used all the time now such as: healthy, success, freedom, and abundance?
And then how they are used in marketing, social media, etc.) in conjunction with what happens to our belief system? judgment? relationships?
The vast majority do not think about it. Hence, it seeps into their subconscious and creates patterns that they don't even see/recognize.

How strong are you at taking a stand on what you believe in? And showing up in that energy consistently?
Truth be told many are not. And many coaches/experts talk about alignment and this is a huge piece. And if you are not paying attention to this, it could be a reason why you are stuck and your business is not moving forward.
Other YouTube examples I mention— Joe Rogan, Megyn Kelly, Candance Owens, Piers Morgan, Russell Brand, Tucker Carlson and their huge followings—there is a reason they are crushing it.
So it's time to unapologetically stand up for what you believe in. Don't shy away from a little controversy. Stir the pot, make some noise, understand not everyone will agree with you or like you. That's okay.

Howa reyou showing up in your business?
The majority fo what's taught out there is that you should hire out or delegate. The reason why is often because they are trying to sell your their service. But then you do a deep dive and realize the majority of successful entrepreneurs have made that mistake and been burned. The VA or person quit, robbed from them, or didn't perform as hired. These are huge learnings and this is a Wake-Up Call to that.
So, It's important to understand why you would do that and in conjunction also know how to do things yourself. Especially, your website and content creation i.e. social media, YouTube, blogging, etc. Your voice is important in conjunction with creating interesting "non-vanilla" content so you stand out in the bloody ocean.

Another enlightening episode with my 16-year old niece, Sienna Krieg. This month Sienna shares about a recent beach clean-up trip and how she conquered her fear in going by herself.
Every entrepreneur faces fears and limiting beliefs. It's part of the journey. What sets successful entrepreneurs apart is their ability to push through the fear and take action despite their limitations. Pushing through fear is not easy. It requires getting comfortable with being uncomfortable. But it's worth it because it opens up a world of possibilities. When you push through your fears, you start to see that your beliefs are just thoughts, and thoughts can be changed. From there, anything is possible. So push through your fears and see what awaits you on the other side. You might just be surprised at what you're capable of achieving.
