The Court confirmed what the defense bar has long asserted – that Titan Ins Co v Hyten, 491 Mich 547 (2012) abrogated the innocent-third-party rule and allows insurers to seek rescission of automobile insurance policies on the basis of fraud in the procurement of the policy.
