In this episode I tell you what NOT to do if you wanna make a sale in your business. Check it out, let me know what you think.
One of my personal definitions of money is - the measurement of value created. When I think of money this way it inspires me to create my own worth instead of looking for someone to give me anything. Using this perspective I'm more inspired to get into action and make things happen. It gives me energy knowing that I'm creating as a contributor to the "machine". On the other hand when I'm looking for people to give me anything it drains my energy, it doesn't empower me.
When it come come to creating value my guest today Dan Lok is a master. I read his book F U Money a couple of years ago and it shifted my thinking in terms of what it means to make money in the New Economy.
Today's Guest: Dan Lok is known as The King of High-Ticket Sales, he's one of the highest-paid consultants in the luxury and high-ticket space. In fact, if you Google “Dan Lok”, you’ll see his name is all over 1,000,000 web pages! (that's right...ONE MILLION).
A true immigrant success story - Dan came to North America as a teenager with little knowledge of English and no contacts. He started his first business when he was in high school. He failed at 13 businesses before having his first success.
The Dan Lok brand is a global movement with one mission: To empower 1,000,000 entrepreneurs to become successful in life and in business. Dan is the creator of High-Ticket Millions MethodologyTM, the world's most advanced system for getting high-end clients and commanding high fees with no resistance.
Dan also owns a portfolio of highly profitable business ventures. Not only is he a two times TEDx opening speaker, he's also an international best-selling author of over 12 books and the host of his podcast the Shoulders of Titans show.
As you know one of the fields that I'm really enthusiastic about is business consulting. I like it for a number of reasons but here's just a few...

I attended a marketing event called Monetization Mastery almost a year and a half ago down in Miami...
I always tell people if you want to change your belief system around money and what's really possible then go to an internet marketing event. When you're surrounded by people who are on the internet making thousands of dollars (and some even tens of thousands) per day it has a way of shifting the way you think about business.
I've also discovered one of the truths about building a businesses online... if you want to make some money then you do it alone. But if you want to build wealth then you build teams.
One of the people that spoke at Monetization Mastery was my guest today, Ben Williams. Ben provided a blueprint on how to outsource tasks and scale pretty much any online business. This process is the X factor between those who make a living and those who are living the life.
In this episode Ben talks about the steps that he took to leave Corporate America while building his business part-time and how he approaches creating extremely profitable businesses online.
In this conversation you'll learn...
The exact steps that he took to transition out of his $30K/year job
The thought process that he uses before building a business online
Why it's critical to systemize tasks in business
How he approaches which outsourcers to use
How he stays focused on the execution of 1 idea at a time
The simplest way to build a profitable online businesses
His biggest challenge as an online entrepreneur
The one thing that he does on a daily basis to insure his success

A few weeks back I attended a networking event here in Atlanta while there I had the pleasure of meeting my guest on today's episode, Austin Distel.
At the age of 24 Austin is a digital entrepreneur who has already created and sold an offline business and launched his own digital agency. As if that's not enough he's also one of the founders of a rapidly growing community of entrepreneurs called The Entrepreneur Alliance.
The Entrepreneur Alliance is an online training hub and community for digital entrepreneurs. Outside of the phenomenal training and transparency of the community one of the distinctions that separates "EA" from other online communities is that they also host live offline events and meet-ups all over the world.
In this conversation Austin talks about his risky decision to drop his major of Dentistry while in college to pursue a degree in marketing. He also talks about how he created his digital agency from nothing and what lead to him helping to create The Entrepreneurial Alliance.
One of the things that Austin and I share in common is that we we're both heavily influenced by Tim Ferris's book The 4-Hour Work Week, you'll be able to hear Tim Ferris's influence in the way that Austin approaches creating an online business.
In this conversation you'll learn;

One of the things that I love about entrepreneurship is it's the closest thing that you can get to being a professional athlete.
You'll get direct feedback on whether you can really play or if you stink... but no matter what the market says about you, there's always room to improve and get better.
Here's the cold truth...
The job market is shrinking, with technology replacing human labor and capital funding becoming more and more scarce since the 2008 meltdown business owners and CEO's are more focused on costs and the bottom line more than ever.
The highest cost savings can usually be found in the elimination of a salary.
I say all of this to say, If you're not currently running your own business then it's something that you should seriously consider looking into if you want to keep up with your current standard of living.
My guest today has been coaching and mentoring in the arena of business for over 10 years. Meet Kerwin Rae. Kerwin is an entrepreneur, investor, business coach/trainer who has spoken all over the world. Over 100,000 people have attended his workshops and seminars.
He has worked with the likes of Jordan Belfort, Harry Dent and Oren Klaff just to name a few and is considered to be one of Australia's leading authorities on business strategy.

Have you ever met someone who said that they couldn't use a little more confidence? Nah, me either.
Confidence is one of those qualities that most people would like to have a little more of. On today's episode I'll be talking about the secrets to developing bullet proof confidence with Social Confidence coach and author Myke Macapinlac. Myke is the creator of socialconfidencemastery.com.
I think this is something this is a subject that everybody should study at some point, especially if you wanna be an entrepreneur. As an entrepreneur you gotta be skilled in selling ideas. In order to sell ideas you have to have an understanding of different personality types and being able to frame the meaning of your conversations.
Favorite quotes from Myke:
If you're good with YOU than you'll be good with other people
The only advantage that I have over other people is that I've had way more suffering than most, that's why I'm able to keep going when they want to give up
In this conversation you'll learn: * Why learning can be a bad thing * Why people struggle with confidence and how to fix it * Proven ways to improve your appearance and become more attractive * How to get comfortable taking risks in social situations * Understanding the foundation of all great relationships * Why you can't communicate with everyone the same way * How to deal with aggressive personalities * How to sell to connect with different personality types * Why the relationship that you have with yourself determines your success socially * How self sabotaging beliefs can effect your ability to build wealth * The #1 reason most people are unsuccessful

One of the things that I've always made an effort to be is someone that can lose everything and then turn around and get it all back. I say that because I believe that a truly wealthy man isn't wealthy because of his money or the value of his possessions. He's wealthy because of who he is.
My guest today Tony Dada is one of those people. At his lowest point Tony found himself homeless with nothing to his name. It was also during this time that Tony began what he calls "His Great Experiment".
With nothing left to lose he also lost his sense of fear. With time he slowly began to see the great opportunity that he had in front of him...the opportunity to focus on developing himself into a better person and creating the life that he' d always dreamed of.
Tony created a new definition of success for himself, one that was no longer based on society's typical definition of success. He instead focused his attention on creating a legacy by making a difference and choosing to empower the people of his community.
Since that time Tony has used his time and talents to transform many of London's economically disadvantaged.
Today Tony is a social entrepreneur and an award-winning author who has developed a proven strategy for living an empowered life based on his 7 foundational principals that he calls "The GPS System", which stands for Growing Personal Success.
Tony is one of the most sought after empowerment coaches in the United Kingdom and in 2012 he received an award for Outstanding Contribution from the former Mayor of London, Boris Johnson.
If you've been trying to figure out how to identify your natural talents, get in alignment with your purpose and create powerful results without resistance then you definitely want to listen to this conversation.

I recently became interested in the study of Etymology, which in case you're not familiar is the study of the origins of words. When you truly understand the essence of a word, where it comes from and its true meaning you’re able to better apply the concept of the word to your studies and your life.
Conversely one idea and concept that is probably more misunderstood than any other is the concept of money. Interestingly enough most of us dedicate most of our lives to making money for ourselves and our families but we never truly understand what it is or how its really created. As a result we wind up becoming slaves to it and it winds up controlling most of our actions and time.
The established "system" teaches us that money is something that comes from trading our time to an employer in exchange for it. And very often even when we become entrepreneurs we still employ that same mentality, which keeps us trapped working inside of a business. Instead of building a real asset that creates income independent of our own time and energy.
My guest today Dame DC Cordova is on a mission to educate the world about financial literacy and transform the way the world sees money. She does this through her 2 education companies; Excellerated Business Schools for Entrepreneurs and Money and You.
More than 100,000 graduates have been trained through her programs worldwide. In fact many of the top wealth and business leaders in the world have attended her programs. Including names such as Jack Canfield, Tony Robbins and T Harv Eker just to name a few.
DC was also business partners with Robert Kiyoskai in the early stages or each of their careers, in fact many of the concepts that he teaches today come from what he learned in DC’s program’s.
If you are someone who has struggled to master the concept of money, what it really is, how to create it and most importantly how to keep it, then this is a conversation that you'll want to listen to.
During this interview we talked about...
- The one thing that you must have in place to create wealth in business
- The little known 4 part formula that all highly successful businesses employ
- The hottest industries for entrepreneurs to be in right now
- How to select a niche for your business that empowers you to succeed
- The fundamental traits that all wealthy entrepreneurs have in common
- The 4 members of your business team that are critical to your success
- How to identify hidden self-sabotaging thoughts about money
- Understanding your "money biography" and how to create lasting change with your personal finances
- The difference between educational and transformational change

Leonardo DiCaprio is one of my all time favorite actors. A while back he played a character named "Cobb" in the movie Inception. If you've never seen it check it out, it was a pretty heavy movie. It's one of those movies that makes you think about what you're thinking about.
In the movie Cobb was stealing corporate secrets and planting ideas by entering a "target's" dream. Being able to steal secrets was good but the real power was being able to plant an idea that would cause his "target" to take a set of desired actions.
Pretty cool, right?
Well believe or not my guest today, Rob Scott has a process that works kinda similar. Rob is Master Coach who specializes in removing self limiting beliefs which he replaces with beliefs of empowerment and confidence. A process which he calls Identity Shifting.
In fact he's so good at what he does that he's consulted for companies such as Mind Valley, Evercoach and The Foundation, just to name a few. He's also one of Eben Pagen's personal mindset coaches.
In the past you may have tried to create a new life for yourself, lose weight, find a new relationship or maybe even make more money. Your intentions may have been good but for whatever reason you fell off the wagon.
The reason that you fell off is because we all have an internal picture of ourselves (i.e.- our self image) that acts kinda like an internal thermostat, regulating everything that we do and believe about ourselves which determines who we're becoming.
This self image determines how much money we make, our physical condition and even how well we perform in our relationships.
Any changes that we try to make without first changing our core identity is usually short lived because we're using willpower to make the change, which is only a short term source of power.
Habits will win in a battle with willpower 80% of the time.
Rob has developed a process for tapping directly into the subconscious and creating lasting changes and personal improvement.
In this conversation you're going to learn...
How your beliefs create your reality
How he turned around a life of being abused, incarcerated in prison, drug and alcohol addiction to become a high end transformation coach.
The #1 thing that most people fail to understand about their perception of reality
The simple steps that anyone can take to shift the circumstances of their life
Why you need to continuously challenge your limits to maintain a healthy psyche
How to find your invisible negative beliefs
How to avoid self sabotaging your success
The shift that is required to create the mental power needed to accomplish your goals.
I believe the true essence of entrepreneurship is having the ability to recognize an opportunity. An opportunity to take a product or situation of lower value. Enhance it. And then turn around and offer it back to the world at a higher value.
This process of alchemy can be applied to anything; real estate, cars, clothing, services and what you'll learn in conversation today is that it can even be done with your story.
My guest today is Anthony Trucks, Anthony became an entrepreneur against his will at the age of 3 years old, when he was placed into foster care by his mother. The statistics say that he should've wound up dead or in prison.
Instead he went on to go to college, play in the NFL, launch a successful business and is currently an international speaker, author and consultant for entrepreneurs.
Through all of the adversity he's experienced he's still been able to create a great deal of success and in the process he's created a proven system for achieving success that he teaches all over the world through his brand, Trust Your Hustle.
If you're dealing with any kind of adversity (and even if you're not don't worry because you will...lol) you're going to enjoy this amazing conversation.

My guest for today's episode is Mark Hoverson. Mark has created has created a business empire and his dream lifestyle by simply asking himself questions and taking action on the answers that were given to him.
I first came across Mark on youtube maybe 5 or 6 years ago and since that time I've learned a lot from him about entrepreneurship, sales psychology and business leadership.
Mark comes from the humble beginnings of once living in a trailer home, qualifying for welfare and being in as much as $40,000 in credit card debt before he made a decision to turn it all around by following his passion. He's since made ten's of millions of dollars through his multiple online businesses over the last 8 years.
There were a bunch of different topics we could’ve tackled in this interview but instead of trying to force too much Q&A structure around the conversation I decided to just talk and see what came up and as I guessed would happen he wound up dropping a ton value.
Some things you'll learn in this interview;

I'm a big-big-big fan of sales.
Why?
In a world of rapid change and instability its the one skill that once mastered will give you the best chance to maintain some degree of control over your financial future. And when it comes to selling online there are few people that can show you how to do it better than Eric Louviere.
Eric has been creating businesses online since 2004 and has generated well over $15 million dollars in revenue over the last 12 years. He's created many 6 figure earners and has also helped a number of his students reach 7 figures.
Eric's philosophy is that business is more of a mindset game than it is a tactical know how game. One of the things that I like about Eric is that he really does care about helping people, you'll be able to sense this for yourself when you listen to the interview.

Why would any sane person want to jump into a sled and get pushed down the side of a mountain going over 80 mph? Well my guest today made an Olympic career out of doing just that.
When Ruben Gonzalez was growing up he had the goal in mind of becoming an Olympian. When he was 21 he decided to make that goal a reality so he took it upon himself to learn the sport of luge.
Even though all of his critics told him that he was a too old to start as a beginner and compete on a professional level he still went for it.
4 years (and a few broken bones) later he was competing in his first Olympic games competition. He then went on to compete in 3 more Olympic games and at the age of 47 he was competing in the Vancouver Olympics against guys half his age.
Ruben has made a habit of continuously recreating himself throughout his life. While selling copiers in Downtown Houston Ruben decided to quit his job to become a professional speaker, with absolutely no professional speaking experience. He's now one of the most popular professional speakers in the U.S.
In this interview Ruben shared a lot of insight around his thought process and how he's been able to create excellence in different areas of his life.

No question about it, having an online business is the best kind of business you can have. Think about it...there's no real estate to maintain. No equipment to buy. No rush hour traffic jams to deal with. And best of all you can keep it open 24/7 and allow it to make money for you while you sleep.
My guest today, Justin Gilchrist, has purchased and sold so many online businesses that he's widely considered to be the foremost authority on online business acquisition.
Purchasing an online business can be a great way to invest and generate cash flow.
However, the downside is that purchasing the wrong online business can also be a great way to lose a ton of cash if you're not skilled in performing thorough due diligence.
As with any business you want to get the best possible return while also taking the least amount of risk. Justin is the founder and former owner of the online due diligence authority, Centurica, which assists clients from all over the world with the due dilligence process when buying an online business. He is also the author of the ebook Digitally Wed and the founder of 2 additional online companies, FlipFilter and Work Ware.
Justin dropped a ton of good insights in this conversation not just about online business acquisition but also about business and success in general.

Great show today ladies and gentleman, this interview right here is right up there as one of my favorites. I like this one so much because it's not so much about money, success or business. It's really just 2 guys talking about life.
My guest today is Chris Winters. Chris is a 7 figure digital nomad. After listening to Chris's story what you'll find is that it's not really so much a story about him as it is a story about all of us.
No matter how much success you've experienced or how low you've might been, you'll hear yourself somewhere in this story.
Chris Winters lived a largely unsuccessful life and even dealt with alcohol addiction up until he was about 42 years old. It was at that point that he entered a contest that completely transformed his life.
If you look at the pictures below you can see what I mean when I say that he completely transformed his life.
He says that the picture to the right is the same guy but just a lower version of himself. At his lowest point his wife left him taking along with her their 3 children. He found himself 3 months behind on his mortgage and in over $40,000 of credit card debt.
As Chris tells the story, “I was sitting home alone, unemployed and in debt, and trying to figure out what I was going to do with my life and I came across…somehow…a contest.
It was a contest from Bill Phillips, who is better known for ESA and the Transformation Contest.”
Bill Phillips is a bestselling author and billionaire. One of his bestselling books is Transformation. To make a long story short, Chris actually winded up winning the contest along with a $50,000 cash prize.
Winning the contest gave Chris a platform as he started speaking around the world at Bill Phillip's Transformation events. This opportunity gave Chris access to some very financially successful people that opened his eyes up to new possibilities.
He said that up until that point his life was headed nowhere. Meeting Bill Phillips wasn't enough to change his life overnight. But it was enough to bump his life just a few degrees in a new direction.
Seeing that it was possible to create success for himself he then took on the next challenge which was creating financial success (he still didn't have that piece of the puzzle figured out yet).
One day Chris came across an email from internet marketer Mike Koenig. He got sucked into the launch of one of Mike's products which to him was an opportunity that just made perfect sense.
The cost of Mike Koenig's program was $2000. At the time Chris didn't have the money.
On the last day of the launch Mike made a payment plan available. It turned out that Chris had just enough on one of his credit cards to make the first payment so he bought it.

The key acquiring great wealth is to increase the number of 000's that you work with.
Most of us know or have at least heard of someone who's made a lot of money in flipping real estate, but have you ever heard of someone who flips businesses?
Well my guest today, Ace Chapman, has flipped over 50 businesses and he's made a nice piece of change doing it.
I came across Ace on another podcast a few months ago. The concepts that he talked about made a lot of sense to me. Curious to learn more, I headed over to Amazon and picked up his ebook, The Ace Formula.
After reading The Ace Formula I knew I wanted to bring him on the show to talk about the process of flipping businesses.
Ace's core philosophy is that it doesn't make sense to start a new business from scratch. Sounds logical since it's common knowledge that most businesses fail but I had never heard anyone layout the concept in as much detail before I came across Ace.
If you've never checked out his podcast or watched his channel on youtube you gotta check out some of his stuff, he provides lots of great knowledge and value for free.
In this interview my intention was to avoid as many "fluff" questions as possible to give you valuable insight into how he developed his expertise and how he approaches the process of buying and flipping a business. Which by the way in many cases he uses no money of his own.

Ever talk to someone who seems like they're connected to their source on a deeper level than most people? A few days ago I had a great conversation with one of those kind of people, internet rockstar Aaron Rashkin. I've learned a ton from Aaron over the years and I've watched a lot of his content. As a matter of fact I've consumed so much of his content that it was kinda like I already knew him before the interview (Has that ever happened to you? Weird, right?). For those of your who might not be familiar with Aaron, he's been a full time entrepreneur for almost 20 years. He's been a top sales producer in multiple home based businesses. And over the last few years his skills have allowed him to earn more than $1 million online. As a business consultant Aaron has helped dozens of people reach their first 6-figure incomes and has even helped a few reach the 7 figure mark. One of the things that I can appreciate about Aaron is one of those guys that pushes in all of his chips and puts it all on the line. Once he sets his sights the only option is success (he provided some interesting insights about this characteristic during the interview). Whether you're already running a successful business or you're still trying to figure your life out you're going to get a lot of value from this conversation and Aaron's insights. Some things that we talked about; * How he was able to create a 7 figure income online * How he overcame the fear of success * The mindset required to develop a high tolerance for risk * How he decides where to place his focus in his business * and more

The great thing about the internet is that you can become a celebrity authority in any industry... Did you know the average person in the U.S. reads 1 book after completing high school or college (this most likely isn't you or you wouldn't even be on my site). That's probably not the first time that you've heard that statistic.
When most people hear that they shake their head and say to themselves how the world is going "down hill".
Not me though, actually for me this is great news and you should feel the same way.
Why?
Because the world is changing. Actually I take that back. The world isn't just changing, it's changing REALLY FAST.
Rapid change means that new knowledge needs to be acquired in order to adapt.
When the stats tell us that most people fail to educate or invest in themselves regularly after formal schooling that means it's up to guys like us to lead the way and educate them.
In the current environment anyone who has the passion and drive to educate themselves in a particular field of study has the opportunity to position themselves very well financially... When you think about what drives human nature it's really simple...
All of us want to maximize our chances of survival (and the survival of our loved ones) and we want to increase our satisfaction with life (get closer to happiness). With that being said, the enemy of survival and happiness is change. The more change that's present in the environment the more education people need in order to adapt.
In other words if you have information that can increase someone's chances of surviving - or make them happier - you can develop your very own tribe of followers who will gladly listen and even pay you for your knowledge.
Many people are still following an outdated blueprint that was created for the industrial age... In the Industrial Age your biggest commodity was your time. In the Information Age your biggest commodity is your ability to create value.
While there are many people still chasing a world that no longer exists there are others that are adapting and leveraging the huge opportunity that exists in the market place today.
If you're old enough to read this blog you were probably raised on television (unlike the current generation that's being born who are being raised on mobile devices and the internet). We were taught that people who presented a point of view on a video screen were experts and authorities.
This is a belief that's hard wired into all of us, whether we agree with it or not. When you take today's rapid pace of change and the authority factor of video you have the perfect storm.
My guest today Steven Rachel (along with his wife) has leveraged this opportunity to become top income earners in multiple business opportunities. In this interview he talks about exactly how he does it.
We also discussed... * How he built a brand can use to generate income on demand * How to get over the fear of talking in front of a camera * How to make the best attraction marketing videos * How he creates success in any business opportunity using video * How to create high quality original content * And more

I heard someone say that the first sign of genius is having the ability to take what most consider to be complex and make it simple... This week I had an opportunity to sit down and talk with someone that I consider to be a genius, internet marketing legend Matt Bacak.
Earlier this year I had an opportunity to attend one of Matt's events here in Atlanta and I was blown away with the amount of value that he provided and more importantly how simply he broke down his business model.
That event was my first time meeting Matt in person but after talking to him and listening to a lot of the insights I knew that I wanted to bring him on the show for an interview.
One of the things that I like about Matt aside from the fact that he's a cool dude is that he's built multiple 7 figure businesses.
It's always impressive anytime someone can build a business to 7 or 8 figures but when you're able to do it over and over again that's when you know that it wasn't just luck, you're the real deal.
In this interview I not only wanted Matt to explain how to build a business but more importantly what he "sees" when he's involved in the creation process... It's one thing for someone to tell you what they do and how they do it but when you can actually understand what they "see" when they're doing it that's when the real gems are exposed. And trust me Matt didn't leave any stones unturned during our talk.
In this interview we talked about... * How he made his first million by age 27. * The biggest misconception about having multiple streams of income * The blueprint to creating a 7 figure business * How to create a business where the customers come to you * The biggest reason why most businesses fail * The most common mistake that most marketers make * How to create emotional connections with your audience

About 2 weeks ago I was surfing around online..
I came across an episode of Young Hustlers where
they were interviewing internet personal branding pioneer
Dre Baldwin aka "Dre All Day"…
It was cool to see Dre on the Grant Cardone
Network, he was one of the first brothers
that I saw using the internet to create a personal brand online,
taking youtube to the next level and basically creating his own
TV "show".
I remember watching his motivation videos back in like 2009,
I can even say that he was one of the people
that inspired me to create The Dream Chaser Show.
So as I was sitting there watching the interview, in
the back of my mind I thought to myself how he had
put himself on that stage and created that opportunity on his own...
Without any special connections, luck or family "hook-ups".
He made it happen with good old fashion work and discipline, reaping
the rewards that come from making a decision and stinking with it.
How many people have you seen stick with something for
9 years (outside of going to a job everyday)?
Not many I'm sure, most people give up once they see that
nobody cares, and that's the reason nobody cares...lol (think about it).
For those of you who aren’t familiar with Dre’s story, in 2006
he uploaded a highlight video from a basketball
workout to a new video site called youtube (it was new at the time).
He was using the video to get the attention of pro basketball
talent scouts that he was interested in trying out for.
After posting the video and forgetting about it, he came back to
it several months later to find that people
he didn't know had been watching it and were even asking
him questions.
Fast forward to today, since uploading his first video to
youtube almost 10 years ago Dre
has upload more than 4500 videos online that have been
viewed over 30 million times.
What’s even more impressive is that he hasn’t missed a
day of doing a video in over 2000 days (that’s over 5 years
for those of you trying to figure out the math).
Pretty impressive, right?
Quick question….how much could you accomplish in your life if you
committed to putting in work everyday without fail?
What you’ll learn in this interview is that success in anything
is 80% about the level of
commitment that you have to following a process.
Put all of your attention on following a process instead of
getting a result and you're on to something.
Most people get this backwards, the wait to
follow the process after
they get the results that they're looking for...
Obviously they rarely see the results.
After listening to this conversation with Dre you're going to walk away with
a better understanding of what it takes to win and how you need to think
in order to achieve the highest results…
Some things that we discussed during this interview…

I have a philosophy, it's been developed over years of observing, reading and tons of experience... The people who can endure the most pain are the one's that can handle the most happiness and success. It's not rocket science. Think about it, we already know that we can create whatever we want in life....if you're willing to do the work that's required to get it. Last week I had a conversation with entrepreneur, writer, and marketing consultant Ryan "The Hardcore Closer" Stewman. Ryan's a guy who's put in a lot of work and has invested a lot to get himself on top. It's always easy to tell when you're talking to someone who's going "all in" in life. After a few minutes of talking to Ryan I could already tell this was going to be one of the realest conversations that I've had on the show so far. I wasn't wrong about that impression (you'll see what I mean when you listen to the interview). But just to further clarify when I say that he's real I mean that he owns everything about himself and his life, the good and the bad. He doesn't make excuses, he doesn't take the easy route... he just sets an intention and attacks. It's always cool to talk to someone who embraces their truth, there are so many people who build brands around the illusion of being perfect, not this guy. They're far and few in between but every now and then you come across someone who raises their hand and says "Look I've made some mistakes, I'll tell you all about them but here's why you need to listen to me..." Ryan is one of those kinda guys. For me the biggest take aways from this conversation were; * the importance of investing in yourself * the power of being intentional and why most avoid it * how to create opportunity in adversity * the secret behind his success * the mysterious connection between adversity and belief * why you have to be your biggest fan * why most people are not good in sales * how he generates traffic to his blog * the way to think in order to build a 7 figure brand
After listening to this interview you'll walk away with a better understanding of the power of transparency. When you stop trying to fit in and own who you are there will be some people who will love you and some who will hate you. That's a good thing, the worst thing that can happen to you is that someone meets you and they don't have an impression about you at all. Live Big, Dream Big

You probably already know that I'm a big fan of sales.
I've been selling all of my life, I love it and couldn't imagine
doing anything else.
If you're a regular listener of The Dream Chaser Show then you
know that I think that everyone should understand the
dynamics of sales and marketing.
I have personally seen how becoming skilled at the art of
getting attention and getting people to say "yes" can
provide a lifestyle and freedom that very few careers can
rival.
So when I had the opportunity to speak with one of the top
sales trainers in the UK I didn't think twice about it.
Peter O'Donoghue has been training organizations and sales
teams how to improve their results for over 20 years.
One thing that separates Peter from other trainers is that he's
been able to evolve with the industry. As a result of his
willingness to evolve he has developed an extremely effective
system to generate red hot lead prospects from cold email.
In this episode of The Dream Chaser Show I picked Peter's brain
from every angle in an effort to bring you actionable content
that you can use to jump start your business and get revenue
generating results.
Peter is one of the most knowledgeable people that I know when it
comes to the subject of B2B lead generation.
He's built numerous systems (and has coached TONS of people) in the area of sales, cold calling and lead generation.
He delivered an overwhelming amount of value in this conversation and even threw
in some free training for my listeners (see the link below)

Last week I had a great conversation with one of the most knowledgeable people on the planet when it comes to the topic of creating webinars. Mo Ali is a UK based marketer who has been in the internet marketing space for over 10 years and is widely recognized as one of the foremost authorities in creating webinars that regularly produce 5 and 6 figures in a few hours. You wanna get rich, drive a nice car, have a plush crib...right?
You already probably know what to do to get all of that stuff
you're just not doing it.
Everybody wants to have success (or at least appear
to have success) but have you ever taken the time to
consider that most people are more afraid success than
they are of failure?
Interesting concept isn't it? But it makes sense...
Success requires responsibility, it requires you to show up,
it may also cause some of your friends and family to
become upset with you.
Everything comes with a price tag, you just have to make up
your mind what you like to shop for.
Overcoming fear is one of my favorite topics in the world
personal development. I think that has to do with the idea
that every time that I overcome a fear I get more personal
power back that can be used to overcome more fears.
In my opinion life isn't about collecting a bunch of stuff,
it's about overcoming more fears.
When you become fearless that's when everything you want
becomes possible.
I know that every time I've removed a layer of fear from my own
consciousness that my happiness and satisfaction with life have also
improved.
So when I had a chance to sit down and talk with one of the top
breakthrough and business coaches online I obviously had a lot
of questions to ask about this subject.
Christopher John Stubbs is one of the best breakthrough coaches
on the planet.
I could go on and on with the long list of clients
that Chris has personally helped to achieve better results in life
and in business.
Christopher is also one of the realest dudes you'll ever meet, he doesn't
pull any punches and he keeps it 100% authentic.

"In life you're either creating miracles or you're suffering"
Quick question...what would you do in this scenario?
You have a comfortable job on Wall Street with a nice salary.
You're not miserable but you're not really happy either...
You know you should be doing more with your life
but your job doesn't really require you to get out of your comfort zone
much, it's safe, plus you have a family at home that depends
on you.
Fast forward...
One day your boss gives you notice that you've just
been downsized, your safe, comfortable job is gone.
However, at the same time he offers you an opportunity for
another role in the company for even MORE money?
Would you take the job and the money or leave?
Well my guest today Darrin Bentley decided that it
was time to leave and pursue his passion.
Without yet having a well developed plan Darrin set sail
into the unknown land of entrepreneurship.
Several months later he's a marketing consultant and host
of one of the hottest podcast shows on internet, The Big Wig Nation.
This scenario of corporate downsizing is becoming more
and more prevalent as outsourcing continues
to redesign the fabric of corporate America.
It's almost to the point that it's not a matter of if you'll
be downsized but when.
Are you preparing yourself by asking the tough questions
and doing the internal work to decide what endeavor you what to
dedicate your life's energy to?

What's up Dream Chaser Fam! Quick story... A few years ago I used to be a member of a network marketing company. In my opinion it was one of the best network market companies to every exist... The primary product being marketed by this particular company was information. Information on pretty much anything involving self-improvement. This wasn't just regular personal development info that you could go out and find on the web, this information came from some of the best researchers and teachers in the world... To make a long story short one of the speakers who would regularly speak for many of the events for this company was direct sales legend Chris McGarahan, Sr... Fast forward, a few years later, one day I'm surfing on facebook and I come across a postfor Chris McGarahan Jr (Chris Sr.'s son)... I checked out some of his content and learned that Chris Jr. is also a beast in direct sales following in the footsteps of his father. We traded a few messages and stayed in touch... Several months later I come across a facebook group called "Mentored By Millionaires" that Chris Jr. put together.. This facebook group is phenomenal I'm really impressed with the the high quality of the content. At that point I reached out to Chris and invited him to do the interview below. Check it out, Chris talks in depth about his mindset for success and how he's been able to achieve more before the age of 25 than most people achieve before 40... During the interview we discussed;

Are you interested in growing your brand or coaching practice online. I can help, let's talk.
Today I had the opportunity to sit down with internet marketer Jacque T. Morris aka Atlanta's own Shirt & Tie Guy. Jacque is a beast at creating relationships online, check this out...
as of July of this year he has already generated well over $100,000 in revenue in his online business.
In typical entrepreneur fashion Jacque's journey hasn't been a straight path to success. He left his corporate job making $45,000/year back in 2011 and reached his lowest point when he looked at his bank account and it read -$28.57 (ouch!)...
Jacque caught my attention last year when we connected on facebook and I saw that he was killing it in the e-commerce space. We've since kept in touch and I've personally witnessed the growth of his business as well as his leadership in the internet marketing industry. So it was a no-brainer to get him on the show to provide you guys with some of his insight on life and business.
One of the things that makes Jacque such a great leader is that he's a regular person, he doesn't pretend to have all of the answers or refer to himself as a "guru".
Even with all the success he's achieved he's still extremely grounded and down to earth which you'll see for yourself when you listen to the interview.
There are several things that I want you to listen for in this interview that I believe point to why Jacque has achieved the level of success that he has...
For one, it'll probably stand out right away that his work ethic is sick. Since he was a kid he's always been a hustler. I love it when people who are winning emphasize how hard they've worked because with the promise of "push button" riches which is so prevalent in the internet marketing space it's always refreshing when I hear someone tell the honest truth and say "look, it wasn't easy, I busted my ass to get here".
Hard work is what makes the world go around, its what drives the economy.
If you want a better life than work you have to work harder, plain and simple.
When you work hard the results show up, and once the results show up everything snow balls from there. It's not easy to get the results that are required to generate a good income online but once you get 'em success becomes not only easier but the work involved in getting those results also becomes more addictive.
The second thing that stood out in the interview is that failure is always part of the process...Jacque shared a past experience of going "all in" on an online venture that winded up doing extremely well. He even pulled many of his friends and family into the venture only to have the SEC come in and shut the company down. Leaving him broke and many of his friends and family losing significant amounts of money (talk about having a bad day huh?)
The third idea that stood during the conversation was the fact that he had plenty of ups and downs and he even thought about quitting on several occasions.
But what you'll notice as you listen to his story that once he became fully committed to taking continuos massive action towards his goals, no longer allowing failure to become an option that's when "magic" started to happen.
There were too many insights to count but some other things you'll learn in this interview are;
Now matter if you're an experience entrepreneur or just starting out you definitely want to check out this episode of the The Dream Chaser Show out.

Have you ever noticed that some people can thrive in periods
of struggle and uncertainty and others can't?
Have you ever noticed that some people seem to get lucky
all of the time?
When you come up against a challenge in life have you
ever taken notice to how you deal with it internally?
What if you lose a high paying client, does fustration start to
set in or do you go on the offense to figure out how you can
replace that client?
Or maybe you lose your job or business, what is your
immediate reaction to that event?
One thing that I've noticed by being around a lot of successful
people is that they all respond to challenges by asking questions.
As they ask questions new opportunities start to present themselvs
that were previously unknown to them.
Many people go through life thinking that set backs only happen to them and
they automatically start to victimize themselves when things don't
go their way. When this happens they fail to use one of their most powerful
tools on the planet, the subconconcious mind.
When you start to tap into the power of your subconscious mind you start to
create opportunities for yourself that you may have thought were
impossible. You start to realize that your potential is unlimited.
With that being said I challenge you take any challenges that you may
currently be experiencing and turning them into a question.
If you're low on funds ask yourself how you can create more money?
If you're having relationship issues ask yourself what you can do to improve the relationship?
If you're not happy ask yourself what is the source of your unhappiness?
If you want to travel more ask yourself how you could travel more?
I'm a huge advocate of using the mind to overcome life's challenges, it's one
of the most hidden secrets today.
I challenge you to start asking more questions in your life.
Write them down, look at them as much as possible, ask them to yourself
outloud when you're driving in your car.
Then wait and listen for the answer.
It may arrive in the form of a book recommendation, it may arrive in the form of a conversation with a friend or maybe you'll get it from watching a random video on youtube.
I don't know how it'll show up for you but I can assure you that it will show up.
Let go of the negative internal reactions to fear and disappointment,
instead start using your God-given natural talent to overcome challenges.
Don't avoid problems, in fact go out and get more problems
they will fuel your growth and build your confidence.

I've been listening to a lot of Grant Cardone lately. If you've

One of the biggest ideas that I've picked up from his work is the
idea of what real commitment to an idea is...

One of the reasons why I wanted to bring Giancarlo on the show was so that people could hear what it looks like to be 100% committed to creating the life of your dreams. When you set of to do something and you're 100% committed to making it happen anything is possible.

Networking is critical to any entrepreneur's success. Creating a world class network is one of the best investments that you can make with your time and energy.
In this episode I take a moment to speak with Toby Street, managing partner of the Singapore based private equity firm, Unity Group. Toby has combined his natural networking talent with his entreprenuer skill set to help create one of the fastest growing private equity firms in the world.
In this interivew he gives his unique perspective on entrepreneurship, working through challenges and why many fail in business.
What I enjoyed most about this interview is that Toby didn't come from a privledged background however he was able to create a world-class network of high net-worth power brokers from scratch and he walked us through his thought process for the entire journey. Toby and Unity Group are creating wealth for small and medium sized business owners all over the globe.
What I learned from Toby in this interview is that creating success and building wealth is an internal process that is largely spiritual more so than physical. If you find yourself avoiding problems then the universe will continue challenge you with those problems until you face and overcome them.

The most important skill in life is selling. Most people hate sales but the truth is that we all sell, everyday. If you've ever asked for a job, a loan, a mate.....(I think you get the picture) then you were selling yourself.
In this episode I take a moment to speak with one of the best sales trainers on the planet, Gulliver Giles. In this interivew he gives a unique perspective on selling as an art.
What I enjoyed most about this interview is not only does he share his step by step process but he also shares the mindset behind the process. Gulliver's process for mastering his craft can be applied to anything that you ever want to master in life.
Gulliver has produced over $20,000,000 in profits for his clients over the last 3 years. He has consulted in over 80 different industries. He regularly goes into large corporations and doubles and many times even triples the performance of the sales staff. To give you an idea of how powerful his strategies marketing legends such Frank Kern and Ryan Deiss have personally hired him to train their high ticket sales staffs.
What I learned from Gulliver is that sales is not anything that you do to someone instead it's something that you do for someone. Success comes when you make your personal inteterests secondary to the interests of your clients and prospects.
