A lot of treasurers are thinking about asset management plans right now. It’s just one of many challenges that they have to juggle.
By July 2021, municipalities are required to have completed the first phase of these plans. The first phase is all about capital planning for core municipal assets, like roads and bridges.
In four years, they’ll need to have comprehensive asset management plans with sustainable target service levels backed by a financial strategy.
That is where ONE Investment comes in to help link those plans to investment strategies.
