In this episode, Thomas packs up the games and turns the lights off in The Mega Meeple Gaming Room as we he bids farewell to all his loyal listeners. This is the last episode for the foreseeable future. Thom is going on to better pastures for something completely different.
Thanks to all my listeners and to the friends I’ve made during this multi-year adventure. I appreciate you all sharing our love for this hobby of board gaming. I hope I bought a smile to your faces during all the podcast episodes, interviews, videos, and segments on Board Game Breakfast on The Dice Tower. Thanks to all my guests and even more for the ones that came back for repeat appearances! It’s been fun.

In this episode, Thomas talks about the one game that actually made him feel something. Alice Is Missing by Spenser Starke is a silent RPG that unfolds entirely by texting. Thom and Spenser talk about the inception and development of the game, how the mechanics were created, the musical score, and boardgames / video games that have created the same visceral experience as Alice Is Missing.
