This class is a ticket to The Promised Land of Square 4! Square 4 is a wonderful place where all is well. However, because change is circular, Square 1 is coming right up. I'll teach you how to gird your loins with gratitude and humor!
This class is a trek through Square 3-The Hero's Saga. We will discuss how Square 3 is a mini change cycle all on its own...and how to thrive in the midst of trials and tribulations by focussing on self care.
This class will be all about the dreamtime of Square 2. This square is often overlooked, because we are so focussed on DOING. BUT if you can't DREAM it you can't ACHIEVE it.
This episode will be an explanation of why Square 1 seems to suck so much, BUT is actually quite powerful. The more you accept it, the less it sucks...I'll teach you how!
This invite is in Eastern time! This class will be an explanation of how the Change Cycle works during times of transition. We will also learn the different personality types that identify with each square to better manage the emotional storms of change.
