Our Heavenly Father is preparing His church for the end time that is rapidly approaching. As we compiled this book, it was essential for us to capture: the key events, their precise sequence, and the intentions of the ten kings and the Beast during this seven-year world tribulation period. Therefore, the key building blocks of this story is based on the Bible. And more specifically, the Book of Revelation (chapters 6-19), Ezekiel 38-39, Daniel 7-12, Zechariah 4 & 12, Matthew 24, and 1 Thessalonians 4.
I am convinced that the Holy Spirit has led me in write this narrative to equip my brothers and sisters, with a clear understanding, of what is about to come. Essentially helping them identify and remember the key events described in the Bible in a story format, so that they are not caught off guard when these events begin to unfold.
Instead of fear, find hope and peace by fixing our eyes on Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, and not wavering in keeping His commandments. Let us remember Revelation 14:12 which says, “Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.” For in Him we live and move and have our being.
I pray that this book be a blessing to you in Yeshua’s name.

Even though Acts of Paul was written 2nd Century, the Acts of Paul were predominately circulated during the 3rd century by the early church. Then removed from circulation. It is part of the earliest and major works of the early church. Also known as part of the New Testament Apocrypha. It was first mentioned by Tertullian in the 2nd Century.
Shepherd of Hermas was initially part of the scripture shared with the early church during the 2nd & 3rd century. Place for those who have not accepted God's plan to free them of their sins - Yeshua. They will not be going to Heaven because their sin remains. The place for non believers is a place called Hades and Death. They will remain there until judgement day, where they will be judged based on their works. It will be more tolerable for those who haven’t heard of Yeshua than those who have and rejected Him (Matt. 11:24). In the book of Revelation, John speaks of what he sees, Then I saw a great white throne and Him who sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away. There was found no place for them. I saw the dead, small and great, standing before God, and books were opened. Now another book was opened, which is the Book of Life. The dead were judged according to their works, by the things which were written in the books.
The sea gave up the dead who were in it, and Death and Hades delivered up the dead who were in them. And they were judged, each one according to his works. Then Death and Hades were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. And anyone not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the lake of fire” (Rev. 20:11-15).

Those who share testimonies about Heaven are they lying or are they telling the truth? A Pastor said, "Anyone who gives a testimony about Heaven is lying as Jesus said, "No one has ascended to Heaven" (John 3:13). Pity he didn't quote Jesus properly and using it to support his doctrine. Is Yeshua contradicting what was said earlier in scripture as both Elijah and Enoch ascended into Heaven? Obviously not. Could Yeshua be meaning that no one can talk about things they don’t know about? Correct, they can’t talk about Heaven unless they have seen it, it is not that no one has seen things in Heaven or been to Heaven. For example; Moses has seen heavenly things but didn’t necessarily go to Heaven (Heb. 8:5 - Same with Ezekiel etc.).
Also, both Enoch and Elijah went to Heaven but didn’t come down to tell what they saw. This is the context. Yeshua said, “Verily, verily, I say unto thee, We speak that we do know, and testify that we have seen; and ye receive not our witness. If I have told you earthly things, and ye believe not, how shall ye believe, if I tell you of heavenly things? And no man HAS ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven (John 3:11-13).” Perfect interpretation is when all scripture is in harmony and nothing is in tension. If it is in tension then it is not good interpretation.
We also know from scripture that this statement from Yeshua was before His resurrection. This was not a command, like “No one will ascend to Heaven and come down”, but more of a reflection that no one HAS gone to Heaven and come down to tell. We also know from scripture that after His resurrection, people did go to Heaven and did return to tell. We could say 20-25% of the New Testament writers went to Heaven and came back to tell (2/8-9) - Paul (or someone he knew 2 Cor. 12:1-4) and John (Rev. 4:1-2) who ascended to Heaven. Also, the whole book of Revelation is about what John saw and some of it was from Heaven.
What about those people today who have said they have gone to Heaven and come down to tell, like Paul and John? Everything is measured according to the scripture. If they say something against Scripture, we discount it, nor is it a call to action, nor do we base doctrines on it. If what they say lines up with the scripture then let it be an encouragement, think about it, but we can’t say they are lying or from the Devil because we could be found speaking against Holy Spirit. This is very dangerous, just like the Pharisees who spoke against the miracles of Yeshua by attributing it to the Devil and Yeshua said that they were blaspheming Holy Spirit.”

Prior to Christ's resurrection all the dead went to Sheol, Hades (Ps. 89:48). Jacob said, "'I shall go down into the grave [sheol]'" (Gen. 37:35). When the earth opened "its mouth" to swallow the wicked Korah and his company, they went "'down alive into the pit [sheol]'" (Num. 16:30). When Christ died, He went into the grave (hades) but at the Resurrection His soul left the grave (hades, Acts 2:27, 31, or sheol, Ps. 16:10).

What is Prayer - Prayer is a two-way conversation with God. This involves directing our prayer to God, speaking out loud, listening and responding to Him (Ps. 5:3). There are corporate prayers, where we pray together for a certain outcome (Matt. 18:19; Acts 14:23), and where we are assembled together but we commune individually with Him (Acts 12:12; 20:36; 21:5). There are prayers we pray on our own, not to be seen by men, but pray in secret (Matt. 6:5-8).

Why pray – God told us to (Luke 18:1; Phm. 1:4). Prayer releases our authority He has given us through our mouth (Rom. 10:10). It enables God to work through us, to meet His will on earth for us and others (Ezek. 22:29-31; John 15:7; Matt. 7:7-11; Ps. 91) e.g. prayer for salvation (Rom. 10:9-10; Matt. 9:38), empowerment of Holy Spirit (Acts 8:15; 19:6; Luke 11:13), protecting us against temptation (Matt. 26:41), giving us supernatural wisdom (James 1:6), healing (James 5:15-16), physical needs (Phil. 4:19), and much more…
Who do we pray to – To God our Father who is in Heaven (Matt. 6:9; 23:9; John 8:42). Jesus Christ’s sacrifice made it possible to have direct access to God as our Father (Heb. 4:16; John 1:12) and it is Holy Spirit who actually helps us (Rom. 8:14-15, 26). Can we pray with Jesus and Holy Spirit? Yes, Paul prayed to the Lord Jesus when he was being persecuted (2 Cor. 12:8-9) and so did Stephen (Acts 7:59). The early church communed with Holy Spirit regarding interpretation of scripture for He is our Teacher (Acts 10:19-20; 13:2; 15:28; 2 Cor. 13:14; 1 John 2:26-27; John 14:16).
How to pray - The key to prayer is to know God’s love has been provided in and through Jesus Christ and to respond accordingly (John 17:23; Acts 17:28; Rom. 5:10; 8:38-39). Know that He hears and responds. The pattern of prayer is to honor God as our Heavenly Father, seek His Will to be done, talk about expanding His Kingdom, forgive others, repent and depend upon Him (Luke 11:2-4; Matt. 6:9-15; John 17; Acts 4:24-30).
Few Types of prayer: Prayer - to commune with a heart of worship/ obedience to Him (Matt. 6:8-12, 33).
Supplication - to request/ urge God’s blessing for self or others (Rom. 10:2; Luke 1:13).
Confession – to confess our need for Him and His promises (Rom. 10:10), including repenting for our sin (1 John 1:9; Rev. 3:19).
Intercessory – to commune with God on behalf of someone else (2 Cor. 1:11; Ezek. 22:29-31).
Thanks giving and praise – to express gratitude to Him (1 Tim. 2:1; Heb. 13:15).
These types of Prayer are mostly spoken out loud (Luke 11:2; John 17:1; 18:1), either in our natural language or in our spiritual language(s) called tongues. We pray in our understanding and sometimes not (1 Cor. 14:14-15).
Tongues - Everyone who believes and is baptized in Holy Spirit can speak in tongues (Mark 16:17; Acts 2:4; 8:17-19; 11:15). Being baptized in Holy Spirit can be at the same time as conversion (Acts 10:44-46) or after (Acts 19:5-6; John 20:22 & Acts 1:8). Generally the person speaking in tongues doesn’t know what they are saying; they are speaking mysteries (1 Cor. 14:2), the wonderful works of God (Acts 2:11), and/or giving of thanks to God (1 Cor. 14:16). In the process they are edifying themselves (1 Cor. 14:2, 4; Jude 1:20).
How to Hear Him – It is rare, but He does speak audibly. Most times His voice speaks to our conscience, our spirit. It is Holy Spirit who bears witness with our spirit (Rom. 9:1; 8:16). His voice gives us an answer of inner peace (2 Tim. 1:7). An inner peace that isn’t based on logic, tradition or emotion but on an inner knowing it is right or no peace telling us it is wrong (Gen. 41:16, Ps. 85:8; Phil. 4:6-8; Col. 3:15, 1 John 2:27). His peace validates the word He speaks. Many times the Lord will answer the root of the question, the motivation for the request, not necessarily what is being asked (1 Chr. 28:9; Luke 1:18-20, 34-35). So check the motive.
Some ways He speaks -
- He reminds us of a specific Bible passage and it brings clarity to that exact area of need (2 Peter 1:19; Ps. 119:105,130; John 14:26; Matt. 4:4).
- A dream or vision burnt into our heart and we have difficulty shaking it (Job 33:15-16; Acts 10:17).
- Someone is sent to answer, or ask a question that inspires the answer (Acts 3:18-22; 1 Cor. 12:28; Num. 22:28-33). It confirms what we already know within (Acts 21:10-14).
- An impossible idea accompanied by His faith and favour to do it (Num. 14:6-9; Matt. 14:29).
- A thought reveals the answer as you step out and answer (Matt. 10:20; 1 Cor. 2:10; Jer. 1:11-12).
- A similar scenario is played out, exposing the answer (Acts 10:10-17; 2 Sam. 12:1-12).
- As we write to Him, He responds through the flow of the words (e.g. Ps. 3; 4; 5 etc.).
If unable to clearly hear Him then suppress the flesh with a fast! (Luke 5:35; Gal. 6:7-8; Acts 13:2; 14:23).
Barriers to Prayer -
- Not surrendering to Him as the source (Heb. 11:6; Ex. 3:14; James 4:7-8; Prov. 28:9; 2 Chr. 7:14-16);
- Being worldly and not God’s Kingdom focused (James 4:3; Matt. 6:20-33);
- Having an un-repentant heart (1 John 1:7-9; Ps. 66:18);
- Not praying from a transparent believing heart (Jer. 29:11-14; Is. 29:13; Mark 11:22-23);
- Having un-forgiveness towards others (Mark 11:25-26; Matt. 6:15);
- Not loving those in the Lord (John 15:7-12; 1 John 3:20-24; Matt. 5:23-24);
- Abstaining from good; not seeking justice, not rebuking those who oppress those who are suffering; not defending the fatherless, not pleading on behalf of the widow (Is. 1:15-19). Shutting our eyes and ears to helping the poor (Prov. 21:13). Ignoring the needs of our family (1 Tim. 5:8);
- Husband dishonouring their wife (1 Peter 3:7); wife not submitting to her husband as to the Lord (1 Cor. 11:10; Eph. 5:22).
Hades - Hades is a place of torment, suffering and pain (Matt. 11:23; Ps. 9:15; Luke 16:23; Rev. 1:18). Those who don’t fear God and reject His Son will go there until Judgement Day.

The spiritual gift of word of wisdom comprises of word and wisdom. Greek word for “word” is logos. It is a word one receives in the heart without necessarily understanding the reason (Prov. 3:4-7) or worldly wisdom (1 Cor. 2:6), but know that it is the right thing to say or do (to judge) in the fear of God (1 Cor. 6:5). For the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom (Prov. 1:7; 9:10; 15:33) Therefore if anyone lack wisdom, the ability to judge correctly in the fear of God, let Him ask of the Lord without doubting (James 1:5). Those who receive wisdom others will clearly see and not be able to resist the wisdom (Acts 6:10). Therefore here are some examples in the scripture of words of wisdom:
- Solomon dividing the child as a test to see who the rightful mother was (1 Kings 3:23-28).
- Moses laying hands on Joshua to receive Spirit of Wisdom (Deut. 34:9).
- Stephen able to debate with those of the synagogue and they were unable to resist (Acts 6:9-10).
- Paul’s specific approach to unbelievers and winning some (Acts 17:22-34), therefore he who wins souls is wise (Prov. 11:30).
- Paul giving instruction concerning Timothy’s stomach and frequent infirmities, such as take a little wine (1 Tim. 5:23).

Some examples: Certain sin impacts 10 generations (Deut. 23:2). Those who rebel against God because of unbelief, worship idols – this impacts 4 generations (Ex. 20:5; Num. 14:12). Sin in general impacts other generations (Ezek. 18:1-3) but the punishment of sin is only towards the individual (Deut. 24:16, Ezek. 18:20). A father who is put into jail for his sin impacts the family left behind. "Our fathers sinned and are no more, but we bear their iniquities" (Lam. 5:7).
Man was made in God’s image (appearance), according to His likeness (thinking – Good - desires and wants) (Gen. 1:26). But man changed it (corrupted it), no longer according to God’s image & likeness but after Adam’s – to rebel against God (Gen. 5:3). It’s in the genes. We need to forsake our spiritual lineage and adopt Christ’s lineage. “He was taken from prison and from judgment, and who will declare His generation (Isa 53:8)” His Lineage? Yes we must declare His Lineage, not our own – denounce our allegiance to our ancestry like Paul did (Phil. 3:4-7) like Zacharias did for his son John the Baptist (Luke 1:59-63).
Yeshua broke the curse by being cursed for us (Gal. 3:13). It is a covenant (legal contract) of exchange, we are made into the image of Christ (Rom. 8:29). The blessings of God are on 1000 generations of those who love God and keep His commandments (Deut. 7:9). Yeshua enables us to keep His commandments for He is with us (Mat. 1:23) and Holy Spirit is in us (Eph. 1:13).

Short Story of a man called Steve.
This is a story about a boy called Steve. His parents died when he was young and at the age of 9 years old he moved from one foster parent to the next. He was a tough kid, never shed a tear and refused to. It was for the weak. He looked for peace, true peace and love but couldn’t find it. At the age of 12 he read a book by called Money, and said, “This is the most important thing in this life”, he dedicated the next 10 years of his life pursuing more money through education. At the age of 29 he invented a highly resistant to weather car paint. This was revolutionary and had many car buyers competing for his patent. At the age of 31 he was a Billionaire – He bought anything his heart desired - houses, cars and had big parties. One day after his party, sitting on his porch overlooking his fields his heart was still heavy. He thought that money was the key to life but yet he felt empty. So, he decided to visit the neighborhood where he grew up as an observer. He down dressed and bought an old broken car. He already received many letters from people who he grew up with begging for money and didn’t want them to recognize him as he drove through the streets. One evening just before sunset as he took a drive through the streets, he stopped outside one of the houses. He noticed a family sitting around a table to eat. They had nothing really on the table yet they bowed their head to pray, when done they started eating. They seemed happy. Was money really the key to peace? He had lots of it and everything seemed so fake. His friends fake, the women he knew were fake, even the stuff he had was …. Bla - fake, just stuff in a toy chest.
Getting ready for a shower, he noticed a red swollen mark under his armpit. He never noticed this before. He called the doctor who quickly had him go for the best doctors and examinations that money could buy. The doctors confirmed his fear – Lymphoma Cancer. Fear set in and Steve didn’t know who to turn to, his money couldn’t help him. As he started his 2nd round of Chemo – he thought, if he could he would give all my money to be healthy again. So, health was more important than money. But why wasn’t he satisfied when he had the health. In one of the Chemo sessions as he sat in the waiting area, a Christian came up to him gave him a New Testament which Steve put into his pocket. The man proceeded to tell Steve about Yeshua, God’s love for him and that surrendering to Yeshua is the answer to true peace. Just then Steve snapped and swore at the Christian, telling him to bug someone else and this was a fairy tale. After Steve had completed the 2nd round of Chemo and further testing, the doctor called Steve into his office and told him that he had less than 1 year to live. Steve went home, switched off the phone, moped around and isolated himself from friends and family. One morning, after 10months, he decided to leave the house and walk to the nearby park. On the way, a deep red rose caught his eye. He studied this rose, he couldn’t make this rich textural colour in all of his paint shops. It was beautiful, just then a bee flew out, his wings glistening from the sun. He looked at all the flowers and trees on the way to the park. He forgot that he was sick because he enjoyed the very moment. As he stood at the park pondering on why he felt good, he realised that enjoying the moment, the time was precious. And if he savoured all the time in moments, he would have been more fulfilled. So enjoying the moment was more important than Health, was more important than Money. He sat down on a nearby park bench and couldn’t help thinking, if he lived every day and moment to the fullest, he would still die. The future of the unknown troubled his heart. He picked a flower and put it into his jacket pocket. It brushed against a book. He pulled the book, it was the Bible the young man gave him. He flipped open and started reading. The title read “Yeshua in Heaven waiting for you John 14” and proceeded.
Was this a coincidence that he arrived on the very same passage that called out “Let not your heart be troubled” He read further “Ye believe in God, believe also in me. In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.” Was this true, was there a place beyond death. He turned to a bookmarked page the young man had obviously placed – John 3. The scripture was highlighted “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” And continued to read until evening. He went down on his knees and repented for rejecting God and His Son. He confessed that He surrendered his life to Yeshua and needed his help. At that moment peace and joy filled his heart that he couldn’t explain. He got up saying Hope in the Eternal, is greater than the moment, is greater than health and greater than money. Walking home thinking on the events of the day, he looked up and spoke to God as his Heavenly father. Tears rolled down his cheeks as he realised there was some greater than hope – it was knowing and receiving the love of God. The final 2 months Steve was full of life and his joy infected the people around him. Steve had the key to life – was a grateful relationship with God as His Heavenly Father, all because of Yeshua sacrifice.

Christians are to keep the Sabbath but not the Festivals because we can't. And adding to the law is Sin. Deut. 4:2 Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish ought from it, that ye may keep the commandments of the LORD your God which I command you.
CAN WE KEEP THE PASSOVER OUTSIDE OF JERUSALEM (YAHRUSHALOM)? Shalom to the House of Ysrayl, the 12 tribes scattered worldwide. It is that time of year for us Hebrews, the month of Abib, and with it our new year is approaching. With the coming of the new year begins Yah’s festivals or "feast days." This time of year is a true delight to many Israelites the world over.
The first of those set apart days is called "the Passover," which is followed by the Feast of Unleavened Bread. This article will focus on the Passover and the Feast of Unleavened Bread, along with the Feast of Weeks and Tabernacles.
I thought this initially to be a divisive topic. However, it occurred to me that this subject is not at all controversial, that it deals simply with the obedience of a people to their Mighty One. It was our disobedience to Yah that put us in the situation we are in today. Rightly so, it will be our obedience that will free us from it.
Obedience is the key to understanding this article. Once we were brought into the truth of who we are, of who Yah is, of who Yahoshua is, we realized it was necessary to let go of a lot of things that were contrary to the Word of Yah. In so doing, we open our hearts to being obedient to our Father. TO OBEY IS BETTER THAN SACRIFICE:
I SAMUEL 15:22 And Samuel said, Hath YAH as great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices, as in obeying the voice of YAH? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, and to hearken than the fat of rams.
Ysrayl is still a stiff-necked, hardheaded people who delight individually and collectively in doing its own will.
For example, one topic of discussion among Israelites around this time of year is how to calculate the correct date for Passover and the Feast of Unleavened Bread. The Scriptures tell us how to do so, but many of us do not follow this mandate. Instead, we choose our own timeframes. One camp of Israelites is keeping Passover on one date, another group is keeping it on a different date; one group celebrates it one way, another group in a different manner. Why is there so much confusion? Yah is not the author of confusion.
The issue we should be discussing is this: WHETHER WE ARE TO KEEP PASSOVER IN THIS LAND AND IN ANY LAND TO WHICH WE HAVE BEEN SCATTERED – IN OTHER WORDS, CAN WE PROPERLY KEEP YAH’S FEASTS OUTSIDE OF JERUSALEM?
Even today Ysrayl refuses to submit to Yah, to look to His Word and see what He has to say. This is the primary reason so much confusion arises.
What I intend to show you from Scripture is that not only can we not keep the Passover outside of Jerusalem, but we also cannot truly keep the Passover without the Levitical priests and the temple, that any Passover observed absent any of Yah’s mandates is, in fact, not a feast to honor Him; rather, it is a sacrifice to devils. If there exists a true controversy surrounding our annual Feasts, here it is, my Brothers and Sisters.
Once this information is given to you, you must decide what you will do with it. It is my duty to show you what Yah has shown to me and the understanding he has given to me. I pray that He do so with every Israelite who reads this article. Please read on and learn what Scripture tells us.
I have made many attempts over the years at keeping the feast days. As I reflect, however, I realize my tremendous ignorance. Having no idea of what I was doing and being unable to find the answers necessary for correcting my error, I stopped keeping the Feasts and firmly believe Yah has turned my heart in this direction.
Before I continue, allow me to remind you of something very critical: THOSE WHO ARE A PART OF THE BODY OF MESSIAH, THE REDEEMED AND RANSOMED OF YAH, WILL BE THOSE WHO FULLY OBEY YAH’S VOICE, THOSE WHO PROFESS THE FAITH OF ABRAHAM, WHICH IS TOTAL OBEDIENCE TO YAH’S WILL.
I cannot overemphasize the importance of our obedience to Yah. Once the Scriptures are presented and you see what Yah has to say about our trying to keep His set apart days without following Him, your obedience will become your decision.
The Passover was an event ordained by Yah for the children of Israel to commemorate our FREEDOM from Egyptian bondage (read Exodus (Shemoth) 12).
The Passover is not a feast day. The Passover is the event of sacrificing the lamb or goat and preparing it for the Feast of Unleavened Bread. As you might know, the Passover is not a high Sabbath day; the first and last day of the Feast of Unleavened Bread are high Sabbath days. A "high Sabbath" is a Sabbath day other than our weekly Sabbath.
Yah says the Passover lamb or goat used must be of the first year (a year old) and be without spot or blemish. To sacrifice an all white lamb or goat for Passover, this means there must not be one black, red or yellow hair or one cut or bruise found on the sacrifice; otherwise it cannot be used for the Passover.
EXODUS 12:3 Speak ye unto all the congregation of Israel, saying, In the tenth day of this month they shall take to them every man a lamb, according to the house of their fathers, a lamb for an house:
4 And if the household be too little for the lamb, let him and his neighbour next unto his house take it according to the number of the souls; every man according to his eating shall make your count for the lamb.
5 Your lamb shall be without blemish, a male of the first year: ye shall take it out from the sheep, or from the goats:
6 And ye shall keep it up until the fourteenth day of the same month: and the whole assembly of the congregation of Israel shall kill it in the evening.
The Passover of Exodus 12 was done in the wilderness as the Israelites were freed from bondage. However, Yah told them that once they enter the land, they could only keep the Passover at the place He chose to place His name. This applies to not only the Passover, but also to our burnt offerings, food tithes, vows, etc. All these things are to be done in the place YAH chose to place His name.
Deuteronomy 12:26 Only your set apart things which thou hast, and thy vows, thou shalt take, and go unto the place which YAH shall choose:
27 And thou shalt offer thy burnt offerings, the flesh and the blood, upon the altar of YAH: and the blood of thy sacrifices shall be poured out upon the altar of YAH, and thou shalt eat the flesh.
We could not take our sacrifices and burnt offerings to a place of our choosing, but only to the place where Yah shall place His name. These things had to be done according to the will of Yah.
Deuteronomy 12:5 But unto the place which YAH shall choose out of all your tribes to put his name there, even unto his habitation shall ye seek, and thither thou shalt come:
6 And thither ye shall bring your burnt offerings, and your sacrifices, and your tithes, and heave offerings of your hand, and your vows, and your freewill offerings, and the firstlings of your herds and of your flocks:
7 And there ye shall eat before YAH, and ye shall rejoice in all that ye put your hand unto, ye and your households, wherein YAH hath blessed thee.
8 Ye shall not do after all the things that we do here this day, every man whatsoever is right in his own eyes.
Yah tells us not to do what is right in our own eyes. This disobedient practice is echoed in our time, as we can see with those who attempt to keep the feasts. They are doing what is right in their own eyes. Yah is laying out the plan to Israel as to how these things are to be done. We must do them either His way, or NO WAY AT ALL.
9 For yea are not as yet come to the rest and to the inheritance, which YAH giveth you.
10 But when ye go over Jordan, and dwell in the land which YAH giveth you to inherit, and when he giveth you rest from all your enemies round about, so that ye dwell in safety;
11 Then there shall be a place which YAH shall choose to cause his name to dwell there; thither shall ye bring all that I command you; your burnt offerings, and your sacrifices, your tithes, and the heave offering of your hand, and all your choice vows which ye vow unto YAH:
Notice Yah continually tells us to bring these things to the place He shall choose to place His name. WHERE IS THAT PLACE? SCRIPTURE WILL TELL US.
13 Take heed to thyself that thou offer not thy burnt offerings in every place that thou seest:
14 But in the place which YAH shall choose in one of thy tribes, there thou shalt offer thy burnt offerings, and there thou shalt do all that I command thee.
YAH HAS GIVEN US A COMMANDMENT TO NOT OFFER OUR BURNT OFFERINGS IN ANY PLACE WE SEE BUT IN THE PLACE HE CHOOSES. PAY ATTENTION BECAUSE HE SAYS THE EXACT SAME THING ABOUT THE PASSOVER SACRIFICE.
17 Thou mayest not eat within thy gates the tithe of thy corn, or of thy wine, or of thy oil, or the firstlings of thy herds or of thy flock, nor any of thy vows which thou vowest, nor thy freewill offerings, or heave offering of thine hand:
18 But thou must eat them before YAH in the place which YAH shall choose, thou, and thy son, and thy daughter, and thy manservant, and thy maidservant, and the Levite that is within thy gates: and thou shalt rejoice before YAH in all that thou puttest thine hands unto.
AGAIN WE SEE WE CANNOT DO WHAT IS RIGHT IN OUR OWN EYES. WE MUST BE OBEDIENT TO THE COMMANDMENTS OF YAH.
IF HE SAYS YOU CANNOT DO THIS AS YOU SEE FIT, IN THE PLACE YOU DESIGNATE, THEN YOU CANNOT DO IT.
IF YOU CHOOSE TO BE DISOBEDIENT TO YAH AND TO TRANSGRESS HIS LAWS AND COMMANDMENTS, THEN YOU ARE SINNING (I JOHN 3:4; I SAMUEL 15:24). HEBREWS 10:26 SAYS IF WE WILLFULLY SIN, AFTER KNOWING THE TRUTH, THERE REMAINS NO MORE SACRIFICE FOR OUR SINS.
PAY CLOSE ATTENTION – THIS CONCEPT GOES DEEPER.
Let see what Yah says about those who are disobedient to His commandments, those that do what they want to do and not do as He says.
LEVITICUS 17:1 And YAH spake unto Moses, saying,
2 Speak unto Aaron, and unto his sons, and unto all the children of Israel, and say unto them; This is the thing which YAH hath commanded, saying,
3 What man soever there be of the house of Israel, that killeth an ox, or lamb, or goat, in the camp, or that killeth it out of the camp,
4 And bringeth it not unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, to offer an offering unto YAH before the tabernacle of YAH; blood shall be imputed unto that man; he hath shed blood; and that man shall be cut off from among his people:
5 To the end that the children of Israel may bring their sacrifices, which they offer in the open field, even that they may bring them unto YAH, unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, unto the priest, and offer them for peace offerings unto YAH.
6 And the priest shall sprinkle the blood upon the altar of YAH at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, and burn the fat for a sweet savour unto YAH.
7 And they shall no more offer their sacrifices unto devils, after whom they have gone a whoring. This shall be a statute for ever unto them throughout their generations.
Yah is telling us that when we fail to bring our sacrifice to Him in the manner He commands us, we are sacrificing to devils. Keep that in mind as we look at what He says about the Passover and how it should be done.
Deuteronomy 16:1 Observe the month of Abib, and keep the passover unto YAH: for in the month of Abib Yah brought thee forth out of Egypt by night.
2 Thou shalt therefore sacrifice the passover unto YAH, of the flock and the herd, in the place which YAH shall choose to place his name there.
Once again we see Yah speaking about a place where He shall put His name and the Passover can only be sacrificed there.
Not only was Passover to be kept in this sacred place that carries Yah’s name, but three feasts are to be kept there also.
DEUTERONOMY 16:16 Three times in a year shall all thy males appear before YAH in the place which he shall choose; in the feast of unleavened bread, and in the feast of weeks, and in the feast of tabernacles: and they shall not appear before YAH empty:
The Feast of Unleavened Bread follows the Passover. It is the Feast of Unleavened Bread where the Passover lamb is to be eaten along with the bitter herbs and unleavened bread. Yah says you can only keep this feast in the place He choose to place His name.
Let us see where this place is He choose to put His name, the place where we must keep Passover and the feasts.
2 Chronicles 6:6 But I have chosen Jerusalem, that my name might be there; and have chosen David to be over my people Israel.
9 Notwithstanding thou shalt not build the house; but thy son which shall come forth out of thy loins, he shall build the house for my name.
Yah has chosen Jerusalem as the place to put His name. Remember He told us to keep the Passover in the place He chooses, along with unleavened bread, Feast of Weeks (Pentecost) and Tabernacle. Yah tells us not to sacrifice the Passover in any of our gates but only do it in Jerusalem.
Deuteronomy 16:5 Thou mayest not sacrifice the passover within any of thy gates, which Yah giveth thee:
6 But at the place which Yah shall choose to place his name in, there thou shalt sacrifice the passover at even, at the going down of the sun, at the season that thou camest forth out of Egypt.
YAH’S WORD CANNOT BE MORE CLEAR ON THIS, MY BROTHERS AND SISTERS. THOSE OF YOU WHO ARE GOING TO THE CORNER MEAT MARKET TO BUY LAMB CHOPS, OR HALF LAMBS AND ATTEMPTING TO KEEP PASSOVER ARE TRANSGRESSING THE COMMANDMENTS OF YAH.
HE SAYS IN DEUTERONOMY 16:5 NOT TO SACRIFICE IN ANY OF YOUR GATES (DWELLINGS/TOWNS) BUT TO DO IT IN JERUSALEM. The lamb we buy from the grocery store could be 1, 2 or 15 years old; we do not know whether it was without spot or blemish.
IF WE ARE NOT TO SACRIFICE THE PASSOVER IN THIS LAND, THEN NEITHER ARE WE TO KEEP THE FEAST OF UNLEAVENED BREAD OUTSIDE OF JERUSALEM, AS BOTH GO HAND IN HAND. YAH TOLD US TO KEEP UNLEAVENED BREAD IN JERUSALEM.
Allow me to give you some history on this matter.
As I mentioned, the Passover is not a Sabbath or feast, the Passover is the sacrifice made of the lamb or goat. Our people would take a male lamb of the first year, without spot or blemish, on the 10th day of Abib, keep that lamb until the 14th day, go to Jerusalem and sacrifice the lamb. The priest sprinkle the blood upon the altar, then we roast it. At the going down of the sun on the 14th day, which will begin the 15th, we begin the first day of the Feast of Unleavened Bread, in Jerusalem, which lasts for a total of seven days. The killing of the Passover began at the 9th hour and lasted until the setting of the sun, which would be about the 12th hour. These correspond with 3pm-6pm solar time.
Yahoshua was sacrificed at this exact time.
Yah also tells us that if we cannot keep the Passover in the month of Abib for whatever reason, then we can keep it the second month. But it still must be kept in Jerusalem.
Numbers 9:10 Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, If any man of you or of your posterity shall be unclean by reason of a dead body, or be in a journey afar off, yet he shall keep the passover unto YAH.
11 The fourteenth day of the second month at even they shall keep it, and eat it with unleavened bread and bitter herbs.
12 They shall leave none of it unto the morning, nor break any bone of it: according to all the ordinances of the passover they shall keep it.
Our people knew these ordinances of the Passover must be kept according to the commandments of Yah. Look at how our people kept Passover during the time of King Hezekiyah:
2 Chronicles 30:1 And Hezekiah sent to all Israel and Judah, and wrote letters also to Ephraim and Manasseh, that they should come to the house of YAH at Jerusalem, to keep the passover unto YAH THE MIGHTY ONE of Israel.
2 For the king had taken counsel, and his princes, and all the congregation in Jerusalem, to keep the passover in the second month.
3 For they could not keep it at that time, because the priests had not sanctified themselves sufficiently, neither had the people gathered themselves together to Jerusalem.
They could not keep the Passover in the first month of Abib because the priests were not ready and the people had not yet come to Jerusalem. They had to postpone the Passover to the second month. As you will see they still had to keep the feast in Jerusalem.
13 And there assembled at Jerusalem much people to keep the feast of unleavened bread in the second month, a very great congregation.
14 And they arose and took away the altars that were in Jerusalem, and all the altars for incense took they away, and cast them into the brook Kidron.
15 Then they killed the Passover on the fourteenth day of the second month: and the priests and the Levites were ashamed, and sanctified themselves, and brought in the burnt offerings into the house of YAH.
16 And they stood in their place after their manner, according to the law of Moses the man of YAH: the priests sprinkled the blood, which they received of the hand of the Levites.
17 For there were many in the congregation that were not sanctified: therefore the Levites had the charge of the killing of the passovers for every one that was not clean, to sanctify them unto YAH.
18 For a multitude of the people, even many of Ephraim, and Manasseh, Issachar, and Zebulun, had not cleansed themselves, yet did they eat the passover otherwise than it was written. But Hezekiah prayed for them, saying, The good MASTER pardon every one
19 That prepareth his heart to seek YAH MIGHTY ONE of his fathers, though he be not cleansed according to the purification of the sanctuary.
20 And YAH hearkened to Hezekiah, and healed the people.
21 And the children of Israel that were present at Jerusalem, kept the feast of unleavened bread seven days with great gladness: and the Levites and the priests praised YAH day by day, singing with loud instruments unto YAH.
22 And Hezekiah spake comfortably unto all the Levites that taught the good knowledge of YAH: and they did eat throughout the feast seven days, offering peace offerings, and making confession to YAH MIGHTY ONE of their fathers.
23 And the whole assembly took counsel to keep other seven days: and they kept other seven days with gladness.
THE FEAST OF UNLEAVENED BREAD WAS CELEBRATED IN JERUSALEM FOR THE ENTIRE SEVEN DAYS.
24 For Hezekiah king of Judah did give to the congregation a thousand bullocks and seven thousand sheep; and the princes gave to the congregation a thousand bullocks and ten thousand sheep: and a great number of priests sanctified themselves.
25 And all the congregation of Judah, with the priests and the Levites, and all the congregation that came out of Israel, and the strangers that came out of the land of Israel, and that dwelt in Judah, rejoiced.
26 So there was great joy in Jerusalem: for since the time of Solomon the son of David king of Israel there was not the like in Jerusalem.
27 Then the priests the Levites arose and blessed the people: and their voice was heard, and their prayer came up to his set apart dwelling place, even unto heaven.
Oh, how Yah blessed Israel for OBEYING His commandments of PROPERLY KEEPING Passover and the Feast of Unleavened Bread!
Now, let us ask ourselves whether we have experienced a celebration such as this. NO, WE HAVE NOT. WHY? Because Yah has not blessed our hand in this matter. Yah listened to Hezekiyah’s prayer as they partook of this great celebration in the manner Yah commanded.
The reason so much confusion arises among Israel about how to keep Passover is that it attempts to keep Passover in places where YAH HAS NOT CHOSEN TO PUT HIS NAME. Israel’s attempted Passover celebrations are an abomination to Yah. He told you not to do this, but we stiff-necked ones have not hearkened unto His voice.
If you need to have further proof, let’s go back to Scripture.
Yahoshua celebrated Passover in Jerusalem just as the law states:
Luke 2:41 Now his parents went to Jerusalem every year at the feast of the passover.
42 And when he was twelve years old, they went up to Jerusalem after the custom of the feast.
43 And when they had fulfilled the days, as they returned, the child Yahoshua tarried behind in Jerusalem; and Joseph and his mother knew not of it.
First lets notice something, Passover is not a feast, it’s the sacrificing of the lamb, calling Passover a feast is a mistake. Next it says his PARENTS MIRIAM AND YOSAFE WENT TO JERUSALEM EVERY YEAR TO KEEP THE PASSOVER. IT WAS THEIR CUSTOM TO GO TO JERUSALEM EVERY YEAR FOR THE PASSOVER. VERSE 43 SAYS AFTER THEY HAD FULFILLED THE DAYS, THEN THEY LEFT JERUSALEM.
They spent a week in Jerusalem partaking in the Feast of Unleavened Bread, which Yah said we are to observe for seven days in Jerusalem (the place He chose to put His name). Therefore, they were keeping the law. If it was all right for anyone to keep Passover and the Feast outside of Jerusalem, wouldn't it have been Yahoshua, and his earthly parents? Yahoshua was a man without sin (spot) He kept every commandment and ordinance of Yah.
Not only was Jerusalem chosen as the place, but Yah also put His name on the temple Solomon built for his honor.
2 Chronicles 7:16 For now have I chosen and sanctified this house, that my name may be there for ever: and mine eyes and mine heart shall be there perpetually.
Jerusalem, along with the temple, is the place Yah chose to place His name. Not only do you need to be in Jerusalem in order to keep the feasts, but the temple must also be there. Notice what King Hezekiyah said:
2 Chronicles 30:1 And Hezekiah sent to all Israel and Judah, and wrote letters also to Ephraim and Manasseh, that they should come to the house of YAH at Jerusalem, to keep the passover unto YAH THE MIGHTY ONE of Israel.
The house of Yah is a reference to the temple that stood in Jerusalem. In order to keep Yah's feasts, we need to have the temple, and Jerusalem must be under true Israelite control.
Let us look at another example of Israelites’ keeping the festival days in Jerusalem as was commanded. Look at Acts 2:
2:1 And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place.
Interesting. Who was in one accord and in what place were they on the day of Pentecost (or "The Feast of Weeks")? Let us read on and see.
5 And there were dwelling at Jerusalem Israelites, devout men, out of every nation under heaven.
They were Hebrews who came from every nation under heaven to keep the festival of Pentecost. Let’s see from what nations some of the brothers had come:
7 And they were all amazed and marvelled, saying one to another, Behold, are not all these which speak Galilaeans?
8 And how hear we every man in our own tongue, wherein we were born?
9 Parthians, and Medes, and Elamites, and the dwellers in Mesopotamia, and in Judaea, and Cappadocia, in Pontus, and Asia,
10 Phrygia, and Pamphylia, in Egypt, and in the parts of Libya about Cyrene, and strangers of Rome, Israelites and proselytes,
11 Cretes and Arabians, we do hear them speak in our tongues the wonderful works of Yah.
These brothers returned to Jerusalem from Egypt, Iraq, North Africa, Rome, Iran etc., in order to keep this feast.
Why did they come from so many places and from so far? Why didn’t they keep the feast in the lands of their birth? You are keeping the feast in the United States, Jamaica, Canada, South America, etc. What makes you different from them? If you can do it, why didn’t they? Could it be those brothers lost their minds to journey all the way from their distant lands in order to keep the Festival of Weeks when they could have been like us in the U.S. and stayed at home. "NO!," SAYS YAH IN DEUTERONOMY 16:
16 Three times in a year shall all thy males appear before YAH in the place which he shall choose; in the feast of unleavened bread, and in the feast of weeks, and in the feast of tabernacles: and they shall not appear before YAH empty:
THE FEAST OF WEEKS IS CALLED PENTECOST IN THE GREEK TONGUE. The brothers were being obedient. Scripture says they were devout, meaning they were serious about being obedient to Torah. They traveled from far away lands to keep this commandment; but notice once again we see Yah blessed them with the outpouring of His set-apart spirit.
Have any of you ever experience anything like that at your Pentecost celebrations? I know I have not. WHY? Because Yah’s hand is not involved in our celebrations. He told us not to do this in any other place other than the place He shall choose. We see that Passover and the Feast of Unleavened Bread is to be kept in Jerusalem, as is the Feast of Weeks. But, what about the third required feast, Tabernacle? After Israel is returned to the land, after Yahoshua returns, all of mankind will be required to keep the Feast of Tabernacle in Jerusalem.
Zechariah 14:16 And it shall come to pass, that every one that is left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem shall even go up from year to year to worship the King, YAH of hosts, and to keep the feast of tabernacles.
Yet another interesting point here. Where shall the nations go to keep this Feast,? Is it another place other than the one Yah told us about in Torah? Let’s look to Scripture:
17 And it shall be, that whoso will not come up of all the families of the earth unto Jerusalem to worship the King, the YAH of hosts, even upon them shall be no rain.
So, the Feast of Tabernacles will be in Jerusalem, just as Yah commanded us to keep it. This is speaking about a future time when the kingdom of Yah has come to earth, AFTER THE GREAT BATTLE, AFTER SATAN IS UNDER CHAINS, This Feast will be reinstated. JERUSALEM ONCE AGAIN WILL BE THE SOVEREIGN NATION OF YAH'S CHOSEN.
But what if the nations do not want to keep the feast in Jerusalem? What if they do like we do and keep the Feast anywhere they please? If we can do it, why can’t the nations? What does Yah say about this?
18 And if the family of Egypt go not up, and come not, that have no rain; there shall be the plague, wherewith YAH will smite the heathen that come not up to keep the feast of tabernacles.
19 This shall be the punishment of Egypt, and the punishment of all nations that come not up to keep the feast of tabernacles.
So we see the nations will be punished for not keeping the Feast in the place Yah choose to place his name FOREVER (Jerusalem). So if the nations are being punished, what about us? Yah said He has to punish us for all our sins.
Amos 3:2 You only have I known of all the families of the earth: therefore I will punish you for all your iniquities.
ALL YOUR INIQUITIES ISRAEL, IF HE WILL PUNISH THE NATIONS FOR BEING DISOBEDIENT WHAT DO YOU THINK HE WILL DO TO US FOR DOING THE EXACT SAME THING? CAN THIS BE THE SOLE REASON WE ARE SO CONFUSED ABOUT THESE FEAST DAYS. WE DON’T KNOW HOW TO KEEP THEM, WE DON’T KNOW HOW TO CALCULATE THEM? MANY OF US FOLLOW JEWISH TRADITIONS, AND OUR OWN UNDERSTANDING. WHICH IS AN ABOMINATION TO YAH.
In closing let me say this, remember the Passover was the act of sacrificing the lamb or goat, that was to be eaten during the first day of the Feast of Unleavened Bread. In the book of Corinthians it states Yahoshua is our Passover sacrifice.
1 Corinthians 5:7 Purge out therefore the old leaven, that ye may be a new lump, as ye are unleavened. For even Messiah our Passover is sacrificed for us:
If He is our Passover and was sacrificed for us, question: WHERE WAS HE SACRIFICED? ANSWER: JERUSALEM. WHY? BECAUSE THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE THE PASSOVER CAN BE SACRIFICED, IN THE PLACE WHERE YAH CHOOSE TO PLACE HIS NAME.
Brothers and Sister this is not being written to condemn anyone. I was in that same boat, trying to keep these days without any knowledge on how to do so. But Yah has shown me better, so now I have to do better.

Acts 18:21 But bade them farewell, saying, I must by all means keep this feast that cometh in Jerusalem: but I will return again unto you, if YAH will. And he sailed from Ephesus.
2nd Chronicles 35:1 Moreover Josiah kept a passover unto the YAH in Jerusalem: and they killed the passover on the fourteenth day of the first month.
If you believe you can still keep passover outside of Jerusalem, it is upon you to search the scriptures and bring this information forth. Can you find one instant where the children of Israel kept passover outside of Jerusalem and Yah blessed them. Can you find one instant where one of the prophets kept passover outside of Jerusalem. Daniel was taken captive to Babylon, how many feast did Daniel keep in Babylon? Can you find ONE? NO. UNDERSTAND TO OBEY IS BETTER THAN SACRIFICE. Us not being able to keep passover in this land should be motivation for us. We long to keep the passover in our land, just as Yah subscribe. Our motivation is to leave this place and return to ours. But if you are keeping the feast days in places Yah has not choosen to keep his name, then what is your motivation to leave? Why go back to Jerusalem when you can keep the feast where you are? You can't make AMERICA, EUROPE, AFRICA, ASIA, INDIA INTO A JERUSALEM. YAH ONLY CHOOSE ONE PLACE TO PLACE HIS NAME, HE ONLY CHOSE ONE TEMPLE (HOUSE) TO PLACE HIS NAME,.AND HE TELLS US TO KEEP THESE FEAST IN THAT PLACE, IF YOU REFUSE YOU ARE DISOBEYING THE WORD OF YAH. THINK ABOUT YOU ARE DOING, AND WHAT YOU MAY BE LEADING OTHERS TO DO.

References in the New Testament: Enoch is referred to as a historicalperson and prophet, and quoted, in Jude 1:14–15:

Under the heading of canonicity, itis not enough to merely demonstrate that something is quoted. Instead, it isnecessary to demonstrate the nature of the quotation. In the case of theJude 14 quotation of 1 Enoch 1:9, it would be difficult to argue that Judedoes not quote Enoch as an historical prophet since he cites Enoch by name.However, there remains a question as to whether the author of Jude attributedthe quotation believing the source to be the historical Enoch before the floodor a midrash ofDeut 33:2–3. The Greek text might seem unusual in stating that "Enochthe Seventh from Adam" prophesied "to" (dative case)not "of" (genitive case) the men, however, this might indicate theGreek meaning “against them” - the dative τούτοις as a dativus incommodi(dative of disadvantage).
Peter H. Davids points to Dead SeaScrolls evidence but leaves it open as to whether Jude viewed 1 Enoch ascanon, deuterocanon, or otherwise: "Did Jude, then, consider thisscripture to be like Genesis or Isaiah? Certainly he did consider it authoritative,a true word from God. We cannot tell whether he ranked it alongside otherprophetic books such as Isaiah and Jeremiah. Origin and Meaning of HALLOWEEN. After searching the origin of Halloween, historical meaning behind Halloween and the Halloween of today, I have found various viewpoints on the subject. But even though there are slightly different view points there is a common message throughout it. Here are four statements from people in different walks of life really sum it up. All of them have studied this topic extensively (refer to main stream reference material - like Encyclopedia Britannica for a surface reference. It ties back to their statements). One is from an Agnostic, the other from a certified Witch and the other from a Christian. Can I go participate? What are the repercussions if I do? Bottom line, Is it good or bad for me and my family? The world paints a pretty picture of Halloween, it looks harmless, but is it? There are many that claim to have the starting point but many of their stories vary from one another. So in searching for the truth I used the first principle of law, i.e. the truth will be revealed by looking at what is constant in all the messages. The people I chose come from completely different personal backgrounds in order to aid an unbiased viewpoint. This is what I have found: The views vary but even though it varies there is one thing that is consistent - An Evil spiritual thread woven throughout all the rituals disguised under the banner of “Fun”, in order to trick people into it. No matter which way it is dress up it is centered on 2 fundamentals - invoking Fear in others (not from God) and coming from or driven by Evil. The worst of it is we as parents encourage our Children to participate. Many of these rituals and playful events like, “Trick or Treat” is still performed today. It is a pagan festival that will not be celebrated in the 1000 years reign with Christ. For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Walk as children of light (for the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness, righteousness, and truth), finding out what is acceptable to the Lord (Eph 5:8-10). Celebrating a pagan festival (it is not a superimposed Christian Holiday like Christmas) is not acceptable no matter how much fun it is. HALLOWEEN from an Agnostic. The word itself, "Halloween," actually has its origins in the Catholic Church. It comes from a contracted corruption of All Hallows Eve. November 1, "All Hollows Day" (or "All Saints Day"), is a Catholic day of observance in honor of saints. But, in the 5th century BC, in Celtic Ireland, summer officially ended on October 31. The holiday was called Samhain (sow-en), the Celtic New year. One story says that, on that day, the disembodied spirits of all those who had died throughout the preceding year would come back in search of living bodies to possess for the next year. It was believed to be their only hope for the afterlife. The Celts believed all laws of space and time were suspended during this time allowing the spirit world to intermingle with the living. The thrust of the practices also changed over time to become more ritualized. As belief in spirit possession waned, the practice of dressing up like hobgoblins, ghosts, and witches took on a more ceremonial role. The Jack-o-lantern custom probably comes from Irish folklore. As the tale is told, a man named Jack, who was notorious as a drunkard and trickster, tricked Satan into climbing a tree. Jack then carved an image of a cross in the tree's trunk, trapping the devil up the tree. Jack made a deal with the devil that if he would never tempt him again he would promise to let him down the tree. According to the folk tale, after Jack died, he was denied entrance to Heaven because of his evil ways, but he was also denied access to Hell because he had tricked the devil. Instead, the devil gave him a single ember to light his way through the frigid darkness. The ember was placed inside a hollowed-out turnip to keep it glowing longer. The Irish used turnips as their "Jack's lanterns" originally. But when the immigrants came to America, they found that pumpkins were far more plentiful than turnips. So the Jack-O-Lantern in America was a hollowed-out pumpkin, lit with an ember.

HALLOWEEN from a Witch In recent years, there have been a number of pamphlets put out by various Christian organizations dealing with the origins of modern day Halloween customs. Being a Witch myself, and a student of the ancient Celts, from whom we get this holiday, I have found these pamphlets woefully inaccurate and poorly researched. In an effort to correct some of this erroneous information, I have spent several months researching the religious life of the ancient Celtic peoples and the survivals of that religious life in modern day times. Listed below are some of the most commonly asked questions concerning the origins and customs of Halloween. Where does Halloween come from? Our modern celebration of Halloween is a descendent of the ancient Celtic fire festival called "Samhain". What about the aspects of "evil" that we associate with the night today? The fairies, however, were often considered hostile and dangerous to humans because they were seen as being resentful of men taking over their lands. On this night, they would sometimes trick humans into becoming lost in the fairy mounds, where they would be trapped forever. After the coming of the Christians to the Celtic lands, certain of the folk saw the fairies as those angels who had sided neither with God or with Lucifer in their dispute, and thus, were condemned to walk the earth until judgment day. Many followers of various pagan religions, such as Druids and Wiccans observe this day as a religious festival. What about "trick or treat"? During the course of these hijinks, many of the people would imitate the fairies and go from house to house begging for treats. Failure to supply the treats would usually result in practical jokes being visited on the owner of the house. Since the fairies were abroad on this night, an offering of food or milk was frequently left for them on the steps of the house, so the homeowner could gain the blessings of the "good folk" for the coming year. Many of the households would also leave out a "dumb supper" for the spirits of the departed. The folks who were abroad in the night imitating the fairies would sometimes carry turnips carved to represent faces. This is the origin of our modern Jack-o-lantern. Was this a religious festival? Yes. Celtic religion was very closely tied to the Earth. Their great legends are concerned with momentous happenings which took place around the time of Samhain. Many of the great battles and legends of kings center on this night. Many of the legends concern the promotion of fertility of the earth and the insurance of the continuance of the lives of the people through the dark winter season. What about sacrifices? Animals were certainly killed at this time of year. Most certainly, some of these would have been done in a ritualistic manner for the use of the priesthood. Were humans sacrificed? Scholars are sharply divided on this account, with about half believing that it took place and half doubting its authenticity.

HALLOWEEN from a Christian. What is Halloween not? It is not Satan's birthday nor is it a good celebration. What is Halloween? It is a pagan festival started in the British Isles with the Druids. And Satanists most solemn ceremony of the year. It is the celebrating of the spiritual forces of darkness. The ancient Celtic festival called Samhain is considered by many to be a predecessor of our contemporary Halloween. Samhain was the New Year's Day of the Celts and was celebrated on November 1st (5th Century BC). It was also known as the “day of the dead”, a time when it was believed that the souls of those who had died during the year were allowed access to the land of the dead. It was related to the season, when the crops and the animals were to be brought in from the distant fields. It was also the night of the wandering dead, the practice of leaving offerings of food and drink to masked and costumed revelers, and the lighting of bonfires, continued to be practiced on October 31, known as the Eve of All Saints, the Eve of All Hallows, or Hallow Even. It is the glossing of the name Hallow Even that has given us the name Hallow e'en. Come evening, evil spirits were everywhere. Charms and spells were said to have more power on the eve of Samhain than any other time. The spirits of Samhain, once thought to be wild and powerful, and also evil. People maintained that the spiritual beings people had experienced during that day were real, and later on the Church said it was the manifestations of the Devil, the Prince of Liars, who misled people toward the worship of false idols. Thus, the customs associated with Halloween included representations of ghosts and human skeletons--symbols of the dead--and of the devil and other malevolent, evil creatures, witches etc.. People went on expecting the arrival of ghosts on Oct. 31st. Halloween was brought to the US in 1840 by Irish immigrants. In exchange for the victim, they left a Jack-O-Lantern with a lighted candle made of human fat. Which was supposed to prevent those inside the home from death demons that night. When some unfortunate person couldn't meet the demands of the Druids then it was time for the trick. A symbolic hex was drawn on the front door for later that evening. That night evil spirits would visit the homes that have the symbolic hex. Some people in the home were killed or tormented. Does this festival sound good to you?Why do people keep Halloween going? Kids love Halloween because it is both fun and scary, and of course free candy. But they have no idea what's behind this celebration. As we get closer to the Second Coming of Jesus, Satanism will increase. Who is the motivating force behind it and why? Satan's greatest desire is to hurt and destroy people. He promotes Halloween because it glamorizes the powers of darkness thus drawing little children and ignorant parents into his realm. Parents who are allowing their children to participate are causing their children to stumble. The children respect and believe what the parents are telling them. When the children interact with other children who are dressed up as the devil, witches they come to accept it as “Fun” and nothing that should be shunned. They establish strongholds in their mind like, “There are good and bad witches” (that’s a lie from hell because all witches are bad) another is the dark forces of this world have fun (that’s another lie). But it is paying off, witchcraft is exploding among teens today under the banner of “innocent fun” and films, e.g. Harry Potter. If Satanists can establish strongholds in the minds of young children, then it will be harder for good to break them when they are older. People hold onto their traditions and die defending it then even if it was based on a lie they will still defend it to their destruction. Therefore knowing or ignorant parents are setting their children up for failure. Now they may find moments of pleasure but later live in hardship unless they repent. What do Satanists do leading up to this day? They celebrate it and interact with the spiritual forces. They brain storm ideas to impact the roots of future generations, i.e. Children. They want people to say, “It is fun and therefore it cannot be bad.” So whatever evil core they use they seek for avenues to coat it with elements of “Fun” thereby disguising the evil properties. Parents will start saying, “It cannot be bad, look how much fun and joy the children are having.” Darkness needs an avenue through which to enter people’s lives, Halloween is just one avenue. What should Christians do? Use it as an opportunity to share the gospel of Jesus Christ. Share the gospel but don’t participate. Sharing the gospel will bring people out of the spiritual darkness. But if we are not bringing the lantern of the gospel then don’t participate. Then we are hurting ourselves and others. An increasing number of people are seeing the dangers associated with celebrating Halloween. Wise parents are replacing Halloween with family night activities. Others are having "Glory Gatherings" where all references to Halloween are removed and wholesome games are played, Christian songs are sung and Christian videos are shown. While others pray that God shows mercy on the people. What happens if Christians don’t believe it is Bad and continue to participate? God said that my people perish because of their ignorance, lack of knowledge (Hos. 4:6). If the Christians truly want to know the answer they would seek God for the answer. But the reason many don’t seek God on this is because deep down they know it is bad and if they ask God and He reveals it to them then they have to obey. The fact is they don’t want to obey this. Because once they know then they cannot hide behind the curtain of ignorance. But ignorance is not an excuse, “If a person sins, and commits any of these things which are forbidden to be done by the commandments of the LORD, though he does not know it, yet he is guilty and shall bear his iniquity” (Lev. 5:17). God will hold us accountable for the way we bring up our children. As “there is a way that seems right to a man, but its end is the way of death. Even in laughter the heart may sorrow, and the end of mirth may be grief. The backslider in heart will be filled with his own ways, but a good man will be satisfied from above. The simple believes every word, but the prudent considers well his steps. A wise man fears and departs from evil, but a fool rages and is self-confident” (Prov. 14:12-16). Once we come to Christ Holy Spirit is on the inside of us speaking to us. The only reason some cannot hear Him clearly is because they are not spending time in His Word and not praying. He continues to speak but the strongholds of tradition cover His voice and many ignore it (Eph. 4:17-19). So find out what is acceptable to the Lord (Eph 5:8-10). God will speak through His Word and will confirm it with a sense of knowing in the heart. “For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, because they have itching ears, they will heap up for themselves teachers; and they will turn their ears away from the truth, and be turned aside to fables” (2 Tim. 4:3-4). “But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come: For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good, traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away! For of this sort are those who creep into households and make captives of gullible women loaded down with sins, led away by various lusts, always learning and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth....Yes, and all who desire to live godly in Christ Jesus will suffer persecution. But evil men and impostors will grow worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived. But you must continue in the things which you have learned and been assured of, knowing from whom you have learned them, and that from childhood you have known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work (2 Tim. 3:1-7, 12-17). “Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap” (Gal. 6:7). People give out candy and join it with “Trick or treat”, thereby participate in the pagan ritual. The things which the Gentiles sacrifice they sacrifice to demons and not to God, and I do not want you to have fellowship with demons. You cannot drink the cup of the Lord and the cup of demons; you cannot partake of the Lord's table and of the table of demons. Or do we provoke the Lord to jealousy? Are we stronger than He? (1 Cor. 10:20-22). “For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places” (Eph 6:12). So ask yourself, “What is the probability of Halloween being celebrated in the 1000years reign of Christ and why?” If it is not God's Will to celebrate it then why are you participating in it now? Is it to bring God Glory or Satan glory?

HALLOWEEN from another Christian. In order to understand Halloween, it is important to understand the history of this fall holiday. Halloween, which directly stems from Irish, Scottish, Welsh and British folk customs, was celebrated as the Druids' autumn festival. The Druids were an order of priests who worshiped nature. They were accomplished magicians and wizards at the height of their influence some 200 years before the birth of Jesus. This holiday was originally celebrated to honor Samhain, lord of the dead, on October 31 (the end of the summer). The Druids believed that on this date, Samhain called all the wicked souls that had been condemned within the last year to live in animal bodies. He was believed to have released them in the form of spirits, ghosts, fairies, witches and elves. According to Druidic tradition, these souls of the dead roamed the city on Halloween night and returned to haunt the homes where they once lived. The only way the current occupants of the house could free themselves from being haunted was to lay out food and give shelter to the spirit during the night. If they didn't, the spirit would cast a spell on them. That is where the phrase "trick or treat" comes from: They would be tricked if they didn't lay out a treat. The jack-o'-lantern was also a part of this belief system. The carved pumpkin symbolized a damned soul named Jack. According to the tale, Jack was not allowed into heaven or hell. So, he wandered around in the darkness with his lantern until Judgment Day. Fearful people hollowed out turnips (and later pumpkins in the United States), carved an evil face on them, and a lit candle inside to scare him and other evil spirits away. The Druids had other outlandish beliefs which have since turned into tradition. For example, they were afraid of black cats because they believed that when a person committed evil, he would be turned into a cat. Cats were thus considered to be evil. To scare them away, the Druids decorated their homes with witches, ghosts and the like. They also decorated with cornstalks, pumpkins and other goods in offering of thanks and praise to their false gods.
In addition to being Halloween, October 31 was also the New Year's Eve of the Celts and Anglo-Saxons. To celebrate, they built huge bonfires on hilltops to frighten away evil spirits, and often offered their crops and animals to them as a sacrifice - sometimes they even offered themselves or others. The Romans began the conquest of the Celts around A.D. 43 and ruled much of what is now the United Kingdom for about 400 hundred years. During this period, two Roman autumn festivals were combined with the Celtic festival of Samhain. One of them, called Feralia, was held in late October to honor the dead. The other festival honored Pomona, the Roman goddess of fruit and trees. The practice of bobbing for apples became associated with Halloween because of this festival. Some people have thought that Halloween's only significance was as the evening before All Saints' Day, a festival of the Catholic Church honoring all Christian saints. The Mass said on All Saints' Day was called Allhallowmas. The evening before became known as the Eve of All Saints, the Eve of All Hallows, All Hallows' Eve, or Hallow Even, which has given us the name Hallowe'en. Although All Saints' Day contributed to the naming of Halloween, All Saints' Day itself did not exist until A.D. 700 when it was instituted by Pope Boniface IV. Originally it was celebrated in the spring on the first Sunday after Pentecost. Its date was changed to November 1 by Pope Gregory III (reigned A.D. 731-741) in an attempt to add a Christian influence to the traditional pagan customs still being celebrated on October 31 by Celtic converts. When sending missionaries to convert native peoples, the Catholic Church encouraged the redefinition of local customs into Christian terms and concepts. Therefore, All Saints' Day and Halloween became unified, because of the same ties to reverencing the dead. The combination of these customs eventually became the traditional celebration we call Halloween. It is important for parents to consider these "harmless gestures of enjoyment" and the distorted images they make in a child's heart. We must realize Halloween is a holiday centered around fear and death. Modern day witches and wizards believe this night to be the most suitable night of the year for magic and demonic activity. In Deuteronomy 18:10-11, God forbids us to participate in any kind of occult practices or witchcraft. Further, in the New Testament, we are told to abstain from the appearance of evil (1 Thessalonians 5:22). As Christians, we should not celebrate Halloween, rather we should recognize October 31 as the day the Lord has made - a day we can rejoice in (Psalm 118:24). And we don't need to be fearful, for God has not given us a spirit of fear (2 Timothy 1:7). Parents should teach their children faith in God. Children can have just as much fun on a Halloween centered around the Word of God and family fellowship. Make a commitment today to give your children the Word of God instead of the fairy tales the world offers - it will help them grow in the nurture and admonition of the Lord (Ephesians 6:4). Here is a prayer of safety you can pray for your family on Halloween:Father, in the Name of Jesus, I thank You that You watch over Your Word to perform it. I thank You that my family and I dwell in the secret place of the Most High and that we remain stable and fixed under the shadow of the Almighty, Whose power no foe can withstand. Father, You are our refuge and our fortress. No evil shall befall us - no accident shall overtake us - nor any plague or calamity come near our home. You give Your angels special charge over each one of us, to accompany and defend and preserve us in all our ways of obedience and service. They are encamped around about us. Lord, I will train my children in the way they should go; and according to Your Word, when they are old, they will not depart from it. And I bind the devil from trying to influence them in any way this holiday. Father, You are our confidence, firm and strong. You keep our feet from being caught in a trap or hidden danger. When we lie down, You will give us peaceful sleep. Father, You give this family safety and ease us - Jesus is our safety!

Now that Adam entered the Kingdom of God, now what? Does he just wait around until he dies or was there something he needed to do. Yeshua commanded His disciples to teach others to observe all things that He had commanded - what things? Adam breaks off tradition to know and do them.

God told Adam to tend the Garden and it is only logical that He blessed that day for Adam to rest every 7days per Exo 20:11. God set it apart and put a special blessing on that day (not every day). If this is before the fall, how much more after (Gen. 2:2). Adam and Eve were not Jews.

God kept it, He is in Christians therefore we are to keep it (Gen. 2:2).

Jesus my Lord kept it and called out that He is the Lord of the Sabbath. He can only be Lord of something that exists. If He removed it then He is not Lord of it (Matt. 12:8). Think about it.

Jesus didn’t remove the Sabbath, He kept it, He affirmed it by saying we are to do good on the Sabbath (Mark 1:21; 3:4; Matt 12:12; Luke 4:16).

Jesus said that the Sabbath was made for man, not man for the Sabbath. Notice Jesus didn’t say the Sabbath was for the Jews but said it was for man. We want all of God’s benefits (Gen 2:2; Is. 56:2, 6-7; 58:13-14; Mark 2:27-28; Matt. 4:4). Yes in Christ we are blessed but we appropriate the blessings by the things we do. It is called obedience. If someone didn’t need the benefits it was Jesus and His disciples, yet they all kept it as well as the women who were with Jesus (Luk 23:56). It is quite simple to me – If we were walking with Jesus in Jerusalem, we would imitate Christ and would have kept it. That’s why we are baptized as an adult and ignore infant baptism (Matt. 12:12; Mar 1:21; Luk 4:16; John 7:22-23; Mat 28:1; Mar 16:1; Luk 23:56).

Jesus didn’t get rid of the commandments but empowered us to keep them – He is with us (Matt. 5:17-22). Rom. 3:31 – Paul upholds the law “Do we then make void the law through faith? Certainly not! On the contrary, we establish the law.” It is faith in Him, and His faith residing in Christians that empowers them to keep the law automatically – do good works (Eph. 2:10).

The Sabbath was before Sinai (Gen. 2:2), God taught them to observe the Sabbath (because they forgot about it) when collecting manna (Ex. 16:28-30). Then again God re-iterated it at mount Sinai, then wrote it down and placed it in the 4th position (Exo 20:8-11; Isa 56:2, 6-7; 58:13-14). The miracles of the manna that God did, prove that the Sabbath is of primary importance to Him.

Few people realize that the Sabbath is a gift from God. God knows what we need and we appreciate Him helping us. The Lord said that He gave them the Sabbath. “For this is the love of God, that we keep His commandments. And His commandments are not burdensome.” (1 John 5:3). If it is burdensome to keep his commandments then my heart is not right before God.

All the scriptures like Rom 14:5-6; Col. 2:14-16; Heb. 4; Gal. 4:8-10 are grossly misinterpreted. Either they are doing what is right in their own eyes like it has been happening from the beginning or they don’t understand the difference between the law of commandments, ordinances, Old Testament, New Testament, the Sabbaths and the Sabbath, not using the scripture prior to Matthew to interpret scripture in NT (2 Tim. 3:16). Simply Rom. 14:5-6 (nothing about the Sabbath but doubtful things like fasting days, own special days etc.); Col. 2:14-16 & Gal. 4:8-10 (nothing to do with the Sabbath (7th day) but Sabbaths involved in Festivals); Heb. 4 (not replacing the Sabbath but talking about their unbelief in what God said about His Son, just like they didn’t go into the promised land, nor obeyed in keeping the Sabbath. If anything it is for keeping the Sabbath). If there are heaps of scriptures saying one thing and one or two verses saying something totally different could it be that it isn’t the one or two verses that are the problem but the understanding.

Paul embraced the Sabbath by teaching the new Gentile converts that came to the Synagogue on the Sabbath (Act 13: 14-15, 42-44; 17:2-3; 18:1-4). Sometimes as long as 18months (Acts 18:11). He attended a prayer meeting on the Sabbath day, when no synagogue was available (Acts 16:13).

And Jesus came and spoke unto them, saying, ‘All authority in heaven and in earth has been given to Me. Therefore, go and make disciples in all nations, baptizing them into the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. TEACHING THEM TO OBSERVE ALL THINGS THAT I HAVE COMMANDED YOU: and lo, I am with you always, even until the completion of the age” (Mat. 28:18-20). Jesus is also the Word of God (John 1:1). Like He said, “Sabbath made for man (not Jews)” It is to benefit us and do GOOD on the Sabbath. Who teaches against the Sabbath is going against Jesus Himself.
It reminds me of Saul’s refusal to do what God said so Samuel said: "Has the LORD as great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices, as in obeying the voice of the LORD? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, and to heed than the fat of rams. For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry. Because you have rejected the word of the LORD, He also has rejected you from being king." Then Saul said to Samuel, "I have sinned, for I have transgressed the commandment of the LORD and your words, because I feared the people and obeyed their voice. Now therefore, please pardon my sin, and return with me, that I may worship the LORD." But Samuel said to Saul, "I will not return with you, for you have rejected the word of the LORD, and the LORD has rejected you from being king over Israel." (1Sa 15:22-26).

The best source text for the New Testament is Textus Receptus, which English versions like Tyndale, LITV, KJV

I remember sitting in a church service as a new Christian, and the minister asked the crowd, “If you could ask God for one thing and know that you would get it now, what would it be?” It was an interesting question, as the minister went around the room with his microphone getting responses no one asked the question I so desirably wanted to know, “LORD, what do You want me to do? Tell me what it is so I can do it?” So I had two questions 1) What is my unique purpose? And 2) How to hear You? The microphone never came to me but these questions never left me. I wanted a clear answer, “Go here, and do xyz, then next week do abc…” Was I asking for too much? Or should I just do what I think and hope He would guide me from within?” This is what this book is all about – How to Hear Him and do what He has called us to do.
