There is no doubt that the Obama and the Democrats have done great damage to our republic, but it should come as no surprise since when knew who they were and what they champion. What has caused most of us the greatest frustration is the complete lack of a coherent resistance by the GOP. We have watched the Republicans cave on issuse after issue, even as they promise that they will stand for freedom.
If we wish to mount an effective fight against the left, then we must clean up our own house. It is time to truly take a stand against the the Karl Rove wing of the GOP and stand up for the conservative values that are needed if we hope to safe the nation.

Threre can be no doubt that this great nation is undergoing fundamental change. Many of our fellow Americans can feel that something is wrong and they are searching for the answers to put this nation back on the path towards excellence. As conservatives we have the answers that this society needs, but if we have had one failing it would that we sometimes lack the courage of our convictions. There are some who say that we should avoid talking about certain issues, that these issues are not politically viable and yet these are the veery issues that must be taken up.
Tonight on the Conservative Watchtower we will discuss issues such as Gay Marriage , Abortion, Income Inequality and other "hot button" issues and we will lay out the conservative arguments needed to return America to it's rightful staus as " the shining city on the hill."
America was the most unique experiement in human history, a society founded on the ideal that all all men have certain rights that no man , or government , has the right to to interfere with. Is this experiment over? Have we given away our god given gifts? Is there still time to take back what our forefathers fought so hard to give us?

Where is the GOP leadership on the use of the IRS to attack Tea Party groups? The answer is easy , they want the IRS to target the Tea Party beacuse they wish to see it destroyed.
If we are to turn the tide in this fight to save our nation, we must first defeat the GOP-E!!!!!
The state of our union is not sound! The progressives have been at war with our constitutional republic for over one hundred years and the time has come for their final push towrads their socialist utopia. It is time to make a stand , it is time to give our fellow Americans the information they will need to combat the oppression that is now at our door.

On the final regular episode of The Conservsative Watchtower we will discuss what being conservative means to me. It has been quite a journey these past few years , but I feel the time has come to use other outlets and strategies to help save our great republic.
My time on blogtalkradio has been interesting and it has helped me forge my philosophy, and while so may take offense to what I have to say, but I believe it needs to be said. To all of you that have followed the program over the past few years I thank you . I am not leaving the battle, I am just opening a new front from which to operate.
My grandfather held to the philosophy that politicans fell into two catagories, liars and damn liars! It has become all too obvious to me that my grandfather was right and if we are to survive as a free people we must accept this notion and learn to deal with it. Well it has been another week and the nation continues to rack up debt at a record pace, more importantly it would seem that nobody in the political ruling class seems to be interested in doing anything about our spending addiction. Whether it was Tarp, the auto bailouts, the massive expansion of Medicare, an explosion in the EBT programs, the "stimulus" , qualitative easing,or Obamacare, the past decade has seen a rapid increase in debt with no end in sight. With no true opposition from the GOP , the Dems have had what the what, when the wanted it and how they wanted it , if the GOP won't stand in opposition then we must become the resistance!!! So welcome to the resistance!!! There is a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday Morning and I am living proof of that!!
Education in the United States has been on the decline for decades, it would seem that those in charge of our schools would rather push liberal agendas than teach the skills needed to ensure a bright and prosperous future. Now comes Common Core, a set of standards that clearly has ties to Agenda 21 and it will further destroy the ability of the individual to think critically ,and thus those who hold power will find it easier to do so ,as time goes by. If we are to save , and nurture, our republic we must have an educated populace, it is time to get busy and begin the process of releasing our schools from the iron grip of the federal government and the hacks at the Untied Nations.

The propaganda ,that has been spread by the dinosaur media , in regards to the so-called government shutdown, has been on full display this week, and once again it has become obvious that we will need to go around them if we are to sell our ideas to the American people. The growth of the new media must be one of our priorities and we must start now, for time is drawing short. Nearly fifty years ago Ronald Reagan gave his famous A Time For Choosing speech, in that speech he spoke about the out of control growth of government, the fight to preserve this nation as the last best hope for freedom , and the need to not surrender on these timeless principles. Now we see a government that run up over 17 trillion dollars in operation debt, we find ourselves facing nearly 90 trillion in unfunded liabilities to social security and Medicare,and the government has imposed it's will over our well being through Obamacare and what has been the response of those who run the GOP? They have taken to blaming the tea party and those who stand for the constitution for the nations woes on their way to surrendering. It is once again a time to choose, a time to choose between loyalty to a party or allegiance to the constitution, a time to choose if we will accept what many say is inevitable, or if we will rally together and stop both parties from destroying America. We really do have a Rendezvous With Destiny and the time for choosing is upon us.
That seems to be the strategy of the GopE these days, it is now quite obvious that we will never rid ourselves of the blight known as Obamacare until we rid ourselves of the establishment surrender caucus. This is not the time to give up, but we now need to double our efforts in the face of tyranny. I will also discuss the actions of Steelers owner Dan Rooney and how it once again displays the incestuous relationship of big government and big business. There are so many reasons to be against the so-called immigration reform bill, but when I recently read that the windbag known as Bill O'Reilly has now decided to throw his support behind the legislation , I knew for sure that this legislation must be even more tragic than I suspected. I don't know about you but I am sick and tired of the Bill O'Reilly's and Karl Roves's of the world telling us that we need to support a bill that not only destroys the rule of law and if successful will give the left a permanet voting majority. In 2009 things looked very bleak indeed, I sat in my home in Napa California watching the acceptance speech of newly elected president Barack Obama, and I quietly wondered if I was the only person feeling as if the country I loved was slipping away. Was there anyone else out there who felt my outrage as the federal government continued to eat away at individual liberty? Then came the rise of the Tea Party and I watched folks across party lines rally together to speak out on the issues that concerned me, I felt a sense of kinship and for the first time in quite awhile I felt hope. The Tea Party launched numerous grassroots organizations, they rallied and they began to flex political muscle ,whichcame to a head with the 2010 midterm elections. They became the sworn enemy of the Democrat Party, and they have now become the enemy of those in control of the Republican Party. Can a civil society exist without morality? I think not! The problems we face in our society today can be traced to the Left's constant attack on morality, here's a thought some things are just wrong. In order for a republic to function it's people must have a moral base. While we wont be arguing religious dogma I am going to make a case that no matter what relgion you follow, if you follow no religion or if you are an athiest , that the Judeo Christian ethic that helped to build this nation,is what is needed to safe the nation. On tonight's program we will reflect on one of the most important events in history, the Allied landings on the Normandy coast. These landings set the stage for the Allies to free Europe from the grip of despotism. We must do our part to perserve this history for future generations , because it has become quite apparent that the failed institution called public education is unwilling or incapable of telling this all important story. For far too many Memorial Day is just the start of the summer season, a day for picnics, sales at your local retailers or maybe even a chance to take in the latest Hollywood blockbuster. Most of our fellow citizens don't take the time to remember those who have given the ultimate sacrifice in defense of our nation. Memorial Day should not be once a year, we should remeber these heroes everyday. We should also remember those who have come back home broken, our vets face a number of serious problems that need to be solved. An article came to my attention this week that Karl Rove is considering using his super pac to take out the tea party, combine this with the actions of John " Blubber Boy" Boehner and it is pretty clear that the GOP-E needs to go. Instead of thanking the conservative base for all the hard work over the past four years, mainly trying to clean up the mess that Rove and his ilk created, he believes we need to be purged from the political landscape. We have been told to get our backsides in line with the party leadership , well screw you! I think it is time that we told the guys to sit in the back of the room and be quiet and we will go about the business of cleaning up the mess they helped to create. While serving in Iraq with 101st Airborne division , Corey was sent to participate in Operation Iron Triangle in the Thar Thar region of that country. Acting on orders to kill " all military aged males", Corey and Specialist William Hunsaker took three Iraqi prisoners, they were ordered to release the prisoners and kill them. Corey was charged in the deaths of these Iraqis and now spent the last three years in solitary confinement at Fort Leavenworth.
