When you hear the word Goddess does the image of a beautiful woman dressed in a flowing white gossamer gown trimmed in gold pop into your head? Is she wearing a circlet, a crown, perhaps holding a cup or scepter? Maybe your image of a Goddess is the warrior woman in armor sitting on her white steed prepared to ride out and battle the dark forces.
This is the Goddess, for she is all of that and so very much more.
What if for a moment we thought of the Goddess as a state of mind, a state of being? That the Goddess is steeped in the myths of ancient times and has been constantly evolving even while there are those who would silence the Goddess in you, in me?
