Having spent nearly two decades serving in various leadership roles in finance, HR, operations, and marketing with Fortune 500 companies, his insights and talks have helped hundreds of organizations across the country engage their purpose, inspire their people, and positively impact their performance. He also serves as a corporate consultant, helping them clearly define their mission, vision, and values, and is a subject matter expert on multi-generational shifts, talent attraction, engagement, retention, and social communications.

He has spoken for the American Cancer Society, the Financial Planning Association (FPA), Northwestern Mutual, Producers Choice Network, Wilshire Benefits Group, The C12 Group, PetSmart, Dencap Dental Plans, Ross Education, Starfish Family Services and more.

Davin has a contagious passion for leadership development, personal and professional development, and community growth. He was recognized as one of Oakland County’s Elite 40 under 40 in 2018, and appointed Chair of Economic Workforce Development in Auburn Hills in 2019. His first book “Finding Purpose At Work” is set to be released Fall 2020. Davin currently resides in Macomb, Michigan with his wife Amy and their two children.
