Once we take action it creates a behavior. If done consistently then we form a habit. Those habits will make or break us depending on the desired action.
We've heard it all before...we're our own worst enemy. If we can overcome our negative thoughts then the sky is the limit.
Believe it or not healthy mindset involves physical mindset just as much. Once you conquer this trait EVERYTHING falls in place.

We all must first have or find our passion. That's the first part but we need to muster up the courage to execute out passion. The problem is we will most likely not succeed or FAIL initially. However, facing your challenges head on always builds confidence.
We all talk about healthy mindset but we choose not to do what it takes to achieve it. It is kind of like saying..."ya I need to loose weight"...but not doing a darn thing about it.
The most critical thing to possess beside wisdom is healthy mindset. This means being able to subconsciously fight through all obstacles and even avoid some along the way.
Healthy mindset is the most critical trait not only in business but in life. Without a healthy vision our life is not fulfilled. Seek your vision and go after it.
We all get frustrated when we try something new and it doesn't work. When we persist and stay at it and receive some instruction, it makes all the difference. Nothing better than going from devastation to culmination.
When your genuine is shines forth and when you are fake it turns folks away quicker than they arrived.
I'm not asking to see life through a rosy lens...I'm asking you to see roses from a regular lens. You can see anything you want as well as interpret it as you see fit.

I'll tell you that it can't be more wishes because it is only one wish...lol. I hit my wish immediately but I didn't have a back-up I realized. So I was caught a bit off guard.

A lot of the times the advice I'd give my younger self I would give to me now. We can learn and grow from our experiences. Have faith to hang on and take it to the next level.

Today was a speaker that is #4 in the world with marketing for Pinterest. She had previously been a chef for Disney World. He message was great and very concise. Be yourself and bring out the brand in you and nobody else. We tend to compare ourselves to the highlight reels of others. This only brings us down and tarnishes our self-esteem...so stop it.
Today we get into a healthy mindset and how we use it to succeed in life. All of our emotions are created internally contrary to one's belief. We need to be gatekeepers to our mind. Success is based on our internal strength.

Today I participated in a training that helped connect the process to the brain. We learned about what it takes to be productive. We also realized that our success is not dependent on the outside world but with us and our mindset.
Being diagnosed with Bipolar I was devastating to me. I thought I was mentally strong but didn't realize it is a chemical imbalance. Having spent days in a mental hospital 2 years in a row was what I thought a wake up call but turned out to be just the beginning.

We can all be extreme to a point but we need to keep it channeled. If we get to ingrained in one thing our life becomes unbalanced. With worry we need to let it go and replace it with a productive plan.

One thing that I have struggled with all my life is trying to please and be liked by everyone. We had a great weekend along the northeast shore of the US. All in all everyone had fun and there were no major injuries to speak about. I did learn a bit of online marketing from boating and that always serves well for a podcast. From sun, swimming, bars and tempers it was a memorable trip to say the least. The beach on the other hand with my wife the next day was a bit more tranquil but enjoyable none the less. See you on the other side.

When I first entered online marketing it was for the wrong reason...I wanted to get rich quick. Reality set in quick and I turned my focus around. For me this business is about helping, connecting and engaging with other people. So many times we look to make a quick sale and pass up a future opportunity. Its important to have a schedule and stick to it. Having a set routine makes you more efficient. I have a daily routine that has never changing (lol...well almost never) morning schedule and evening schedule. Then having a positive attitude filled with personal development material can never steer you wrong. Happiness requires work at times.
In addition to value we need to bring a positive attitude. One must fill their head with clean water as opposed to negative information. Sometimes easier said than done. The other aspect of starting an online business is having a platform and keeping it simple. Learning by practicing is a great trait to become well versed in something.
Generating organic leads sounds simple. It is but it is also very mundane and laborious. I guess that's the tradeoff when you don't pay monetarily for something. Having learned the essence to the art of free leads it has made things much better in my business. Growing is important but doing it the most productive way is critical.
