Setting your highest (aka spiritual) intention is useful in many ways.
It helps you to know how you wish to be in your interacttions, it helps you to know when people align with your values and how deep a relationship you should develop.
It helps you to realise what 'blockages' need to be let go of. This means that as you set your highest intention, the things that prevent you from 'being' your intention will arise in order to be surrendered.
Here we focus on the sky blue light around us and draw it into our centre. We finish of with a calming steel of white light.
Enjoy :)

I wanted to share wit you the best time in my opinion to meditate.
I outline a few reasons here but there are definitely more.
Look, if you can't do it in the morning it doesn't matter (even though I believe the benefits are greater).
What is important is that you do it.
Take 5 minutes to calm, balance and relax, we focus on the breath, some simple visualisation and a peaceful mantra at the end :) Enjoy.
In this meditation we connect love to 3 types of energy.

Let go of tension, soften your mind and enjoy the golden light of your consciousness.
In this guided meditation we go through the whole body from the feet all the way up to the heads relaxing, releasing and letting go.
A great meditation for deep relaxation and calming your mind.

Feel your body, move your mind, strengthen your visualisation and concentration with this short 8 minute meditation :)
