Through my 20 years of counseling, coaching, advising, and mentoring college students I have learned a critical insight: College admission does not guarantee college success. Scores get kids in BUT ungraded skills get them through. I’m obsessed with sharing my knowledge of those skills, increasing mental health awareness, and highlighting challenges affecting millions of college students. This podcast is a result of my relentless mission to help college kids adjust, discover, cope, and develop. Join me and co-host Libby Gilliland, a student-athlete at LaSalle University this semester.
