Today we had the absolute pleasure of chatting with an old colleague and mindfulness expert Robert Hawkes. Rob has over 30 years experience working on mental health, firstly as an Occupational Therapist and now as a private therapist. Rob is trained in CBT, EMDR, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Mindfulness based therapies. 

We talked with Rob about the current pandemic and how using mindfulness based practice can help us both understand and overcome the anxieties that often come with sudden life changes
