Welcome to the third episode of Shore to Sky Learning. This episode discusses topics regarding finances, business and health. The first topic I talk about provides an in depth discussion about how young professionals should go about building their savings accounts. The second topic of the day is also aimed at helping young adults make money but this time by increasing their credit card limits to thus, improve their credit score and get better interest rates when purchasing large-ticket items.

I then move on from our finance category to business, where I discuss the importance of differentiating between goals and dreams. While the words can be used interchangeably, it's important that young professionals differentiate between the two so we can spend our time focusing on the things that matter in this busy world.

Also in the business category, I talk about the one thing that I've found really helps during an interview and maybe it can help you land your dream job too.

Finally, I wrap up the show with a super in-depth look at what a workout training plan looks like. For the first time in many young professionals' lives, we're not on a sports team anymore and/or don't have a coach to motivate us. The first Shore to Sky Learning episode discussed how signing up for a race or event could help motivate you to stay fit so this topic is a great compliment to that subject because I provide a training plan template for those seeking to improve their fitness level.

Enjoy! Stefan

The second episode of Shore to Sky Learning Podcast focuses on three of the brand's core categories; Motivation, Health and Business. The episode starts out with a quick overview of Ohio State football coach, Urban Meyer's leadership philosophy where we discuss the importance of living an "Above the Line" lifestyle. Also in the Motivation category for the day, I discuss how college Greek Life could play a role in defining the future of the country’s education system. Don't get me wrong, I'm a big proponent of education but the traditional education system could use some help offering students "real life experience" and I think the traditional education system could learn a thing or two from successful Greek orgs or businesses in general for this purpose.

After this, I move into our health category where I discuss an important message about putting yourself first in your life. You can't impact others unless your own life is in order so I discuss possible anchors you can put in place to help keep yourself grounded, happy and able to make the biggest impact on others.

And for our third and last category, Motivation, I present two interesting articles. The first discusses the importance why you should learn to forgive rather than focus on revenge. And the second, a more lighthearted one is about the one amazing thing that everyone in the world can relate to: a good story.

Welcome to the first episode of Shore to Sky Learning's Podcast. This episode includes an introduction of how Shore to Sky Learning was created and what its core principles are. This podcast is very much a lifestyle podcast, meaning that it will discuss a variety of subjects but with a focus in Motivation, Business, Health and Finance. The topics discussed are of use to anyone although they will primarily be useful for young professionals and college students.

On top of discussing Shore to Sky Learning's foundation and principles, this episode discusses what it's like to be a recent college graduate. It discusses the value of signing up for a race or event to improve your health and lessons I've learned about investing in the stock market.
