Sharing A Story where a staff member from a corporate office filed for leave and you know what reason she wrote?
She wrote I want to watch Netflix the whole day and do laundry that’s why I need leave.
And guess what? She got approval.
When her boss asked for this, Her boss replied, why don’t we normalize approving leaves that are not for emergency situations.
Understand this, mental health is equally important in comparison with physical health. Honesty is also important as that employee gave an honest reason that she wanted to watch Netflix and do laundry then there is nothing wrong. It’s her leave, she will decide what she wants to do.
So, if you want people not to lie to you, be an approachable person to whom people can come without fear.

Today onwards, I have decided to talk at least few words on Podcasts regularly. However, I didn’t plan with what can be a future goal related to Podcasts but it’s just like today I want to do this means I will.
So, yeah it would be like a diary for me. I will share everything that comes to my mind will write it on paper and will narrate it here to discuss with you more.
