Hi, I'm Chris Poirier-Kim, but just call me CPK or Chris for short. Whether you've been struggling to lose those few extra pounds of fat, or don't know where to begin, I want to help you achieve your goal while saving as much time as possible. There's no such thing as overnight results, but there is a lot of misinformation out there and I want to help you sort through it all so we can get to the real, new and improved you.
FitTip #273: Cold Brew is better than regular ice coffee. It’s like having the option of extra cheese on your nachos. Of course it’s better and if you don’t agree you’re lying and have never tried it before.
FitTip #204: Nothing tastes better than watching your rival team lose. How delicious victory is. Sports is the one arena where pettiness can satisfy your hunger.
FitTip #139: If 70% of your immune system is related to your digestive system, then it’s very important we continue the discussion about poop. Seriously, gut healthy and what happens in the bathroom can make or break your long-term health.
FitTip #362: Don’t cheap out on beer. There are so many great tasting beers that only cost a a few dollars more than what you use to drink to get on all those college nights you don’t remember.
FitTip #37: Just like how snickers commercials advertise eating a snickers if you’re hungry, if you’re having a bad day, go exercise. Let your mind be free and get some energy and stress out. Often times your mind can gain some clarity after and you’ll feel better without the urge to physically harm someone. If this continues, please seek professional help.
FitTip #167: Old is a mindset. Your body may age, but your mind can stay fit for as long as you believe.
FitTip #243: If you dap it up with a naked man twice your age in the locker room and neither of you bat an eye, you’ve each achieved a special level of IDGAF. This applies to women too.
FitTip #28: Don’t wait until the new year to start getting fit. That’s what most people do and they fail. Start now, and don’t look back. Don’t do it for the new year, do it for you
FitTip #101: There is no such thing as Male and Female exercises. Men could use more flexibility from yoga. Women could use more strength from weight lifting. Both will improve your sex lives. You’re welcome.
FitTip #77: Instead of going out to a bar on a Friday night, try a new gym or exercise location. The bar will always be open after anyway
FitTip #246: If you are feeling hungry, it’s either because of 3 things:
You are
You are bored
You are not accepting of your food obsession
Hormones matter too, because we all know how hungry you can get when in your feelings.
FitTip #173: Craving something late night?! Try just drinking water, you could just be dehydrated.
FitTip #320: Don’t think of working out as punishment for eating something “not healthy”. Think of working out as the reward! You ate some celery, congrats, time to workout! You ate an entire pizza to your face, congrats, it’s time to work that off! What’s the narrative you tell yourself daily? If pizza isn’t always a reward, you’re doing it wrong.
FitTip #207: Even if you don’t feel 100%, go workout. The habit of exercise is more important than the act itself.
FitTip #359: If you enjoy eating, try eating to one of your favorite hype songs. You’ll never experience a more enjoyable meal. It’s what the kids would call LIT.
FitTip #115: If sleep is the cousin of death, then obviously sleep has never done burpees or went for a new PR. Sleep matters, just do it.
FitTip #49: Don’t put more money in to your car than your body. You’re suppose to be the machine people want to ride. Unless your car actually needs it. Don’t go riding around with no oil and stuff like that.
FitTip #294: Waking up early reminds you why you need to go to sleep earlier if you don’t already, because you wake up like the walking dead the next morning. And we all know how terrifying real zombies are.
FitTip #330: The only thing more dangerous than cocaine is taking two scoops of pre-workout on an empty stomach. Not that I know from experience, but sometimes you hear things that just make sense.
FitTip #6: There is no such thing as the “best” day to workout a certain body part/muscle group. However, there is a “best” training style for your individual goals. And no matter what that is, strength training should always be part of it.
FitTip #78: Brush your teeth every time you feel you want to snack at home. This way you’ll feel less inclined to eat. We all know what that mint-y flavor tastes like trying to eat something and it completely destroys the entire flavor. Also, who doesn’t love fresh smelling breath?
FitTip #206: Regular sauna use can help cleanse & detox the body of toxins while aiding in recovery by stimulating the lymphatic system. And for men, this can mean a boost in testosterone production, so don’t just think spa time is for the ladies, bro’s.
FitTip #317: Barbells before the bar is just as good advice as liqueur before beer. Try going for a new PR already 6 beers deep and tell me how you feel and if you died.
FitTip #58: HotPot is comfort food for the soul. If anyone says it’s not good for you, they aren’t good for you. It’s simple math actually. The quickest way to lose weight is to lose negative people.
FitTip #116: It’s not that eating Girl Scout cookies are bad for your health. They support a good cause, which is good for the soul, which is good for your health. See, problem solved! Not your fault they’re absolutely f***king delicious.
FitTip #348: Veterans will always have a strength that is unmatched. It’s something we can all learn from.
FitTip #241: Another reason why food is your best friend. If you eat too much of it at one time, it will put you in a food coma so you can sleep. It will even give you a food baby, because food doesn’t discriminate, it loves all. See, it’s only here to help!
FitTip #82: When someone is wearing a hat in the gym with the visor in front, this is code for “Don’t F**king talk to me”
FitTip #236: If you haven’t exercised for an extended period of time, it’s going to suck starting again. It’ll hurt and make you question your existence. That’s just life testing you to see if you want to continue. Keep going.
FitTip #60: If wine is made from grapes, and grape juice is for kids, technically kids can drink wine because it’s healthy!
Does this make sense? Of course not, do people say crazy things to themselves to rationalize decision making? Yup. Stop that ish.
FitTip #353: If beer was the first thing you had to eat for the day, remember, it’s a carbohydrate. Throw in some bacon and eggs and voila! A balanced meal of carbs, fat, and protein!
FitTip #288: Enjoy being able to walk, some people have no legs. Enjoy being able to eat, some people don’t have access to food abundance. Enjoy being able to have the freedom to be in shape or not, some people have given their lives so you can have that choice.
FitTip #214: Taking a hot shower or bath are two undervalued recovery methods to use. Feeling clean, hygienic, and refreshed can instantly make you feel better physically and mentally.
FitTip #264: If you’ve been sitting down for a while, get up and walk around. It’s not good to have your butt fall asleep, people should fall asleep on your butt.
FitTip #179: If you’re hungry, eat. If you’re tired, sleep. If you want to be strong, exercise. Sometimes the things our bodies want and need the most are the simplest. We just over complicate these things. Make the time for yourself or know one else will.
FitTip #34: Including more fiber in your diet can help control hunger and support weight loss. Complete digestion in the GI Tract is generally 12-24 hours. In the US that jumps to 72 hours. So if you feel consistently bloated, you are quite literally full of .
FitTip #238: Going to an all you can eat buffet is a mental workout. Just when you think you can’t have one more plate, you can push yourself to finish another. Now if you just put this mentality to good use with exercise then more people would look at you like a buffet.
FitTip #100: What do parents often times tell their kids?
Do your homework, to get good grades, and good grades will help you graduate.
Well, taking that same logic...
Do your exercise, to get strong, and getting strong will help you change your body and feel sexy AF
FitTip #319: It’s okay if you emotionally eat for a night because tomorrow is a new day to pretend it never happened. If you don’t tell anyone, or post about it, did it really happen after all?
FitTip #111: Learn from the past, plan for the future, and take action now! Wishing for the best and working toward your best are two completely different things.
FitTip #208: Drinking water before bed helps with overall hydration and with smooth bathroom visits the next morning. And if you didn’t already know that morning poops are the best poops then I’m so sorry, you’re missing out.
FitTip #258: The best benefit of intermittent fasting is having two servings of dinner & dessert as long as it fits your eating window. Permission for seconds is always granted.
FitTip #196: You can’t help fight world hunger if you can’t help fight your own hunger.
FitTip #98: Fitness doesn’t care that it’s the weekend or not, but your bank account does. Heavy lifting with your wallet can be more painful than with weights. One can break your back, and the other has to pay for your broken back. Save and invest in yourself, because only you can love you like you.
FitTip #250: Wearing a matching gym outfit when exercising automatically causes weight loss, fat loss, and muscle gain. If you don’t believe this then you obviously don’t do it and that’s why you could be struggling with your body composition.
FitTip #345: If you think running on a stairmaster is hard work, try running steps at a stadium. Booty on fire for a crowd to see.
FitTip #261: You never know how much you need sleep until you actually get a full 7-9 hours of sleep after days without it. Do that more.
FitTip #12: Just like you would schedule a doctor appointment or car maintenance, schedule your workouts at the beginning of the week. This way you can stay better committed to them and be able to plan around them accordingly.
FitTip #133: If it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you. Change is the only thing that’s constant in life so just embrace every challenge, fail as much as possible, and never quit. Your body is a lifelong partner, not just there for a few months in the summer.
FitTip #89: Unless it’s 5 minutes after you’ve eaten, and you’re not just bored with nothing to do, if you feel hungry, you should eat something. Our bodies know when and what they need. Don’t overthink this too much. If you’re hungry, eat. If you’re not, don’t.
FitTip #225: If you know you’re going to be going out for a long night that has a high probability of drinking more than you know is good for you, plan the following morning to recover properly. This is when you know you’re adulting.
FitTip #331: You’ll never be able to eat enough to fill the hole in your stomach that’s hungry for change but only is fed lies. Your quality of food matters.
FitTip #280: The expression “You can go fast alone, but together you can far” applies to a sustained healthy lifestyle as well. We’re all stronger in a team. So team up and beat the living hell out of your fat together.
FitTip #120: There will be days that you don’t feel like exercising, don’t feel like eating healthy, and just want to say “F**k It All!”
But there will also be days that remind you why the only thing you’re F***king by giving up is yourself.
No need to be perfect every day, but always look to build progress upon progress.
FitTip #229: You don’t know food from another country until you’ve actually eaten it in that country. Nothing else even compares. Appreciate the world.
FitTip #21: It doesn’t matter what time of day you’re eating. Most fat loss comes from an overall calorie deficit. However, eating right before bed can cause digestive problems and make you feel more tired in the morning with your body working overtime to digest and breakdown what you ate.
FitTip #262: There’s just something about eating ice cream as the last thing you eat for the day that is so damn satisfying.
FitTip #181: Talking about how little sleep you’ve got like it’s a badge of honor is like talking about how that guy/girl you slept with last night looked good when your were drunk. Some things are just better left unsaid, you can do better.
FitTip #342: Watching a trailer to a boxing movie is the quickest way to get yourself all hyped up to workout, tomorrow, because you’re watching it at home in your pajamas. But hey, that’s a helluva pre-workout to take a day in advance!
FitTip #13: Health is more than just exercise. It’s also a combination of sleep, nutrition, lifestyle, and mindset. If one of those is off, overall health can be effected and influence the others as well.
FitTip #223: Being able to eat spicy food is a testament to physical grit. However, eating too much will test your toilets grit. But hey, if it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you!
FitTip #69: Cleaning the equipment and putting your weights away at the gym is a great way to cool down and rest while lowering your heart rate. It also puts good karma in your cup for helping out the people that work there when you’re not a sloppy d-bag leaving all your stuff out.
FitTip #113: ”OMG, that salad was better than any slice of pizza I’ve ever had!”...said no one ever. If they did, drug test them. Say no to drugs, yes to pizza, and eat your veggies. See, life is really that simple.
FitTip #334: Even if a workout is only 10 or 20 minutes, but you gave it 100% effort, that’s a quality workout. The proof is in the perspiration. Drip, Drip.
FitTip #284: When eating ice cream while recovering from an injury, stem cells are regenerated 10x as fast and this helps promote a much faster recovery. There’s nothing to factually back up this claim but dammit the right ice cream can make every situation feel better.
FitTip #189: You’re going to get more gainz in the gym if you cheer and support others like you. The Gods of Gainz bless those who do the same to others.
FitTip 245: Sitting in your own sweat when it’s hot and humid out reminds you of two things.
Drink water to hydrated.
Get in shape to feel comfortable enough to sit there naked if you had to.
FitTip #57: Before you think you’re too tired in the morning to do anything productive and want to drink 5 cups of coffee. Try drinking 16oz of water, exercising, taking a poop, or any of those 3.
FitTip #192: The satisfying feeling of eating after a long day is just another example of how food is able to alter your mood for the better. Eat good and you’ll always feel good.
FitTip 314: If you don’t exercise today, don’t worry, it’s not the end of the world, you didn’t gain fat, and your weight will be the same tomorrow. Seriously, F**KING R-E-L-A-X.
FitTip #80: You’re never more than one bite away from teasing the devil of temptation. Fortunately you’re also only one bite away from the angel of habit.
FitTip 211: You don’t need to do bodybuilding like your friend or do CrossFit like the other. What’s more important is you find something that you can be consistent with and find enjoyment doing. If you like what your friends do, cool. If not, just do you.
FitTip #96: Quality sleep not only impacts energy, but also digestion and metabolism. Lacking it can result in a stress response to preserve fat and make you even more tired. Eat good and sleep easy my friends.
FitTip #166: The sooner you start caring for your body, the longer you’ll be able to use it. You know how the saying, if you don’t use it you lose it.
FitTip #321: When a child offers you a cupcake, you say yes. When you offer yourself a cupcake, you also say yes. We’re all kids at heart.
FitTip #227: If you’re traveling, eat before getting to the airport. This way you’ll have a better selection of what you can order and not be ridiculously overcharged for f***ing oatmeal or a breakfast sandwich.
FitTip #367: If you ever lash out in anger or frustration to a seemingly insignificant matter, you’re either an ahole, hungry, or both. And nothing is worse than being a hungry ahole. You can still be nice and hungry. Unless a restaurant takes an hour to provide your food, in which case f**k that.
FitTip #4: Weekends can be fun. But be (somewhat) mindful of what you consume. Eating 1500 calories of nutrients on weekdays, and 3000 Fri, Sat, Sun will just keep you in a perpetual cycle of insanity because weight/fat won’t change over time. Now, that doesn’t mean don’t have a drink or two, but don’t drink the bar, and don’t eat like it’s your last meal ever. But do enjoy burgers, pizza, and beer responsibly.
FitTip #165: Healthy Morning Habits set up an entire day full of healthy habits. So next time you brush your teeth, pat yourself on the back you hygienic beast.
FitTip #73: Nuts are a good source of healthy fats that just so happen to have protein in them. However they are not a good or primary source of protein. Eating a jar of peanut butter won’t give you massive gains, it will give you massive amounts of fat and calories. But I won’t blame you for eating one, because that ish is delicious.
FitTip #231: If you’re on vacation and you don’t eat every single dessert that is available, you’re vacationing wrong.
FitTip #304: If you cook it, they will come. Friends and family are best at eating something they never made or paid for. But remember, this applies to you too, so enjoy!
FitTip #16: No equipment, no gym, no problem! Plenty of exercises and workouts can be completed using your own bodyweight (calisthenics). It doesn’t take much more than just your effort to see change.
FitTip #187: Treat your food right, and it’ll treat your body right. Anyone that doesn’t believe there’s a connection between person and food has obviously never made homemade pancakes for themselves. The amount of love that goes in to them is unrivaled. Don’t believe? Try it! If it doesn’t work, you may be making them wrong.
FitTip #71: Try something new for a workout. It could be cycling, running, yoga, calisthenics, kettlebells, etc. Variety keeps you refreshed and can compliment how you already exercise.
FitTip #324: If it takes you a full day to recover from a birthday party that wasn’t yours, but you remember the entire night, that means your fitness plan has been working.
FitTip 234: Beer and burgers is what America would want you to eat on her birthday. And you will not let your country down, will you? Didn’t think so. #Amerigainz
FitTip #185: If a particular area of your body hurts regularly, this could be indicative and symptomatic of another problem somewhere within your kinetic chain. Basically, the pain you feel is often times the symptom and not the source of your pain.
FitTip #295: Adding new music to the playlist sometimes is just what you need to add some new flavor to your workouts.
FitTip #9: Stay hydrated. Dehydration can contribute to fatigue, muscle cramps, and impaired digestion. Double up on another serving if you’re drinking alcohol later as well because that will dehydrate your body.
FitTip #104: Change in to workout clothes when you wake up on the weekend. This way you’ll be more likely to use them, but if you don’t, you’ll be hanging in comfort all day. It’s a win-win!
FitTip #254: Alcohol only counts as a cheat if you let it. Just kidding, but not really, but still kind of, but it depends. If you understand this, then you’ve probably already been drinking.
FitTip #129: If you spend more time in your job commute than you do exercising, it’s your ass that will suffer. Literally, a lack of glute engagement due to irregular activation leads too many chronic lower back ailments.
FitTip #174: No one will exercise for you, but someone will drink your wine for you which just shows you have to keep your workouts close, but your wine closer.
FitTip #138: Be thankful every night that you have food and two legs to stand on. Some people do more with less. Gratitude goes a long way.
FitTip #51: Pressed for time in the morning? Make a smoothie overnight and keep in the refrigerator to have ready to go the next day. Just grab and go.
FitTip #315: Morning, afternoon, before bed, in the shower, bathroom breaks, during a workout, after a meal, and every other random moment you don’t remember, you are the one person you talk to more than anyone else. Make sure you’re telling yourself the right things.
FitTip #202: Anyone that doesn’t believe leftovers are a legitimate meal of any kind deserves there ability to choose what food to eat revoked. The blasphemy!
FitTip #265: If you put the right toppings on pizza, it can have a sufficient amount of carbs, fats, protein, and vegetables. The versatility of pizza is endless. There’s even dessert pizzas. You can make a literal pizza pie, calzones, pizza bites, thin crust, deep dish, cheese stuffed crust, bbq sauce or buffalo instead of tomato, etc. If someone says pizza isn’t good for you, never talk to them again.
FitTip #35: Exercising with friends is a great way to keep accountable. Even better is to go with a friend that is more accustomed to exercise than you though. You can learn, have fun and not worry about them not showing up.
FitTip #358: There’s no such thing as “perfect timing” to get in better shape. If you wait too long one day you’ll wake up and think to yourself “How did I let myself go?”.
FitTip #301: Music can really change or enhance the mood you’re in. So TURN UP whenever you get the chance. Because, TURN DOWN FOR WHAT?!
FitTip #125: If you don’t properly chew your food, two things will happen. It can disturb your digestion and you’ll finish your meal faster. One makes your poop less pleasant and the other lessens your time eating. It’s a lose-lose, remember this next time you eat.
FitTip #293: Want to stop late night eating? Brush your teeth. Eating food after this NEVER tastes good. And you’ll practice being more hygienic!
FitTip #219: Beers with your Dad on Father’s Day don’t count toward your daily calories. Just focus on enjoying the good drink and company.
FitTip #140: Not every calorie that counts, should be counted. And not all calories counted, should count.
FitTip #267: If you track what you eat long enough, it becomes easier to measure how much you’re eating, and of which food, with only the eye test. However this logic goes completely out the window if you’re under the influence.
FitTip #55: Give yourself the most important gift of all. A full stomach, twice. This will give you motivation the next morning to get back on your fitness routine.
FitTip #209: Keep vegetables cut up and ready to eat at night to grab instead of a bag of chips or another fat loss un-friendly snack.
FitTip #105: If you eat 21 meals in a week (3 a day) and 3 of them involve 🍕, 🍔, and 🥧, that’s still a solid week! But if you have 3 days of 🍕, 3 days of 🍔, and 3 days of 🥧 in the week, you may be lying to yourself about “eating clean”🥗.
FitTip #344: Dessert can be made as healthy as you’d like it to be. Therefor, there can always be room for it.
FitTip #171: You’re not just going to wake up one day and be healthy. Like anything worthwhile, you have to work hard at it with consistency and patience. Sorry to break the bad news to you, it takes work. Good news, it’s totally worth it.
FitTip #268: Fitness is like Alcohol. Your body has to adapt to it. Get good at using one and the other becomes more difficult to use. The more you use them the easier they are to do. If you do too much though you’ll hurt your body and both can cause you to sweat and feel sick, while just enough may improve your sex life.
FitTip #2: It doesn’t matter if it’s morning, afternoon, or night. The best time to exercise is the time that works best for your schedule.
FitTip #337: You can’t have a healthy body and an unhealthy mind. You must exercise your mind just as often as your body. Both reward the other.
FitTip #70: If you have a difficult time doing bodyweight exercises, it’s probably not a good idea to try heavy weight lifting. But hey bros and girls get them gainz.
FitTip #290: If smoking effects your body on the inside. Sitting is like smoking only it effects your body on the outside even worse. Sitting for too long effects your head down to your feet and everything in between gets all f’d up. Conclusion? Get TF up and move more than you sit.
FitTip #114: It’s not carbs or fat making you fat...oh weight, yes it is. Curling a weight is more of workout than curling your fork and if it’s difficult to stand from squatting on the toilet it may be time to re-think what your “health” means to you.
FitTip #248: Calories don’t count after watching a movie that gets you so in your feelings all you want to do is eat.
FitTip #216: The more you care, the more you don’t care, and with that you’ll be able to live and eat free.
FitTip #195: If you’re hungry, eat. Don’t starve yourself thinking it will help you lose wait. Going to bed hungry, or operating all day with hunger can lead you susceptible to binging later on that can prevent the weight loss you desire.
FitTip #11: Treat exercise like some treat going out for drinks or to a bar. Do it with friends, but try new places and activities to taste what you enjoy. Rock Climbing, Yoga, Boxing, Obstacles Gyms etc. There’s enough types of exercise to not get bored and find something you enjoy doing.
FitTip #91: Take a probiotic at night to repopulate healthy bacteria in your stomach while you sleep. Also so it will help you 💩in the morning. And if you didn’t already know, there are few things more satisfying than a morning 💩.
FitTip #308: Don’t laugh at people that shower before they workout. We all know what it’s like to be around someone with bad BO. Would you rather workout next to someone smelling dirty or clean? That’s what I thought.
FitTip #131: Behavior matters more than the plan. You can have the perfect plan to get in shape and never follow it. You can also have good behaviors everyday without the best plan and still feel good about your body. Execution is the game.
FitTip #183: If you just went out with friends the night before, had a drink or two, ate some food, and woke up with no regret, you’re doing this healthy lifestyle thing right.
FitTip #318: Remember, if you’re a guest to a wedding there’s a 95% chance you’ll party harder than the bride and groom. Stay hydrated to prep yourself for the morning after.
FitTip #126: A great way to help yourself fall asleep is to listen to an audio book. It doesn’t require keeping the light on and can allow you to relax and just focus on the content. Just restart the book from where you remember the next night. Sleep, recover, and learn, that’s a trifecta for sure.
FitTip #247: Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwiches are a better combination than salt and pepper or spaghetti and meatballs on a daily basis.
FitTip #47: Make sure you use the bathroom before going to sleep so you won’t wake up in the middle of the night to do so. Uninterrupted sleep is what counts.
FitTip #177: Turn on some music that’ll make you want to have a personal dance party or get your body moving and mind in motion in the morning. It’ll get you in the mood for a workout or to just have an awesome day.
FitTip #357: Sleeping all day when sick and waking up feeling 100x better is one of the greatest feelings in the world next to morning poops. And sometimes taking time for yourself keeps others healthy because you’re not spreading germs around.
FitTip #235: Benefits of traveling outside of the country. You can literally leave one day and because of time differences arrive on the same day. Translation: More time to sleep and eat, use it wisely!
FitTip #118: Meal prepping on your days off in the morning fills severely buckets. It saves you time during the week, saves money, and is satisfying that you feel like a functional adult. The latter really being most important so as long as you do the dishes after.
FitTip #213: Good food always tastes better when eaten with great friends. Bad food also tastes worse. It’s a group effort.
FitTip 310: One of the hardest things to do is refuse shared French fries. If you do, congrats you’re disciplined. If you don’t, congrats, it’s delicious. If you don’t, you may regret not tasting it, if you do, you may regret it next workout. At least you know your options though!
FitTip #132: Change up your normal exercise routine every few weeks. Keep it fun but challenging. There’s always something new you can improve upon.
FitTip #103: Got some late night munchies? Drink a big (16oz minimum) cup of water. Dehydration is one of the leading causes of cravings. Hydration helps decrease this, it’s a pretty simple equation.
FitTip #322: Smile and be nice when greeting or being greeted by someone. Smiling takes less facial muscles to use than frowning, one of the only times to take the easy way out of exercising your muscles.
FitTip #75: Keep some HaloTop handy in case you get some sweet cravings at night. At 140-180 calories per half pint/container, this is a great way to sneak in some lower calories sweetness after dinner.
FitTip #190: Your mom is always beautiful, period. Even when she’s not, and even if she’s not in the greatest of health, she still is.
FitTip #311: Bacon is a superfood that no one admits to. NOBODY willingly doesn’t enjoy the taste of a perfectly cooked piece of bacon. Even vegans that use to eat meat admit the taste, so you know it’s real.
FitTip #230: Don’t ever let someone tell you eating organic ice cream is the same as eating non-organic ice cream. The only real way you’ll each know is when you both die and one of you doesn’t go to hell. YOLO
FitTip #163: Mental, Emotional, and Physical Health are all connected. If one is out of order it can affect the other. Do your best to find balance with all three in whatever that means for you to live in true harmony.
FitTip #87: Protein shakes aren’t just good post-workout, they are great for a pre-bedtime snack to cut late night cravings.
FitTip #270: Taking a shower or bath can help relax you for bed or wake you up in the morning. Translation = good hygiene is never a bad answer.
FitTip #186: Getting a stomach ache after eating food is a form of bad karma for something you did. That’s the only explanation that makes sense for something as beloved as food to cause you such harm.
FitTip #215: Eating an absolutely absurd amount of food after a long day of not eating enough is an oddly satisfying and equally disgusting accomplishment. If you can achieve this without regret, your body will know peace.
FitTip #25: To help reduce the urge to eat and binge, eliminate all temptations from your cabinets and refrigerator. Can’t eat what you don’t have.
FitTip #161: Next time you help someone in the gym whether it’s spotting them, moving some equipment you used, or are done with a machine, compliment them. Tell them you like their outfit, shoes, or they’re a beast. They may not show it but it’ll make there day.
FitTip #352: Exercising more than once in a day shows signs of either stupidity or commitment. How you feel afterwards will tell you all you need to know if it was a good idea or not.
