A prayer that was written for the Ephesians in 3:14-21 explains God’s love for YOU. His love is total, meaning complete and absolute. His love is wide, meaning covering us. His love is long, meaning extending and high. His love is deep, meaning it can reach the depths of discouragement, fear, doubt and despair. His love is immeasurable, meaning too extensive to measure and inexhaustible, meaning there is no way for us to use up all his love because his love has existing abundance. Today, I want to reassure you of God’s inexhaustible love for you.

“God already knows what’s in our hearts. He allows us to go through spiritual compliance testing, so we can see what is really on the inside; He wants us to see our heart condition. He wants to conduct a spiritual audit to see if we have mandatory spiritual requirements or standards. Basically, he audits our heart, our character, our faith, our intentions. During our spiritual compliance testing, the tests and trials, don’t make a character but reveals it. At those particular times in our lives is when we are at a crossroads, standing in between the road of character or compromise. Are we going to go down the road that is inside us, part of our character development? Or are we going to compromise our character and go down the compromise road?”

Football players are provided specific pieces of equipment to protect them, just as we are provided specific pieces of equipment to help protect us; this is our suit of armor. See we need to be suited not for a game, but spiritual war.
Paul writes about preparing for spiritual battle against all forms of evil with the enemy as the originator. The enemy assaults us with our heart and soul possessions as well as attempts to ruin God’s image and presence in our spiritual nature. The Bible says that spiritual strength and courage are needed for our spiritual battles and our spiritual armor will be required in every single battle. Our spiritual armor is mandatory in every single battle.
A study was conducted last year that showed only 8 percent of people actually achieve their New Year’s resolution goals, while approximately 80% fail to keep their New Year’s resolutions. The reason being is due to reverting back to what we are familiar or comfortable with.
Have you heard the biblical term backsliding? Backsliding means to go backward spiritually or falling away. Backsliding is when a person regresses back to their old habits; habits that turn away from God to chase their own desires.
What is the cause of backsliding? Desires; the meaning of desire is to wish for or want something stronger. I’ve previously stated, desire and wish are the opposite of faith. Desire and wish can be accompanied by hurt and pain. Backsliding hurts, it hurts internally (our inner-being) and externally (others).
Being this is our first LIVE service and with the holiday coming up, I wanted to focus on our mission and core value here at A Faithful God Ministry. We are a missional ministry with the "Missio Dei - Mission of God". The focus is not inwards to this church, but upward towards God and outward towards doing God’s work in and for our communities. Our focus is on God’s works rather than the works/activities of the church itself. As a spiritual missional ministry, we are the means to do the mission; we serve the mission, not vice versa. Our primary objective is to SERVE according to the Great Commandment and the Great Commission. Meaning, we love God with all our heart, all our soul, mind, and all our strength as well as loving our neighbor as ourselves. We will go make disciples by teaching obedience and God’s truth, sharing the Good News.
Sacrifice is extremely important and often overlooked. When you hear the word sacrifice, we become disconnected because we associate money or material items. However, sacrifice isn’t about offering material items, it is freely and completely offering or letting go with a purpose and a pure heart. Sacrifice has to be:

and, Given at no cost

Remember whenever you feel discouraged, unloved, unimportant, remember who you belong to. You belong to a God that will restore, confirm, strengthen and establish you in that order. Peter told us,” After you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace, will restore, confirm, strengthen and establish you.” We are a child of God, we are an heir of the kingdom, we have been made perfect in God. Reject discouragement for what it is, a desperate attempt from a false messenger to steal from us, our peace and faith in God.

re·sil·ience /rəˈzilyəns/: The capacity to recover quickly from difficulties; toughness. The Truth says, "I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world.” - John 16:33
We can seldom change the toxic people around us. We need to realize God is using these people to change something within ourselves, not the people. Just like Judas, the toxic people in our lives are there for a specific purpose and in order for us to find out that purpose is turning towards God and communicating with Him. I've learned during the times when our sky and weather changes, these are the times, we need to buckle down our obedience and faith. These are the times, God is strengthening us for something great. We cannot breathe in the air and toxic pollutions of the enemy and his followers. We need to put on our spiritual oxygen mask and breathe in the truth of God, Amen!
God does not barely meet our needs, He supplies us abundantly. Remember, our blessings are always multiplied. A good amount of blessings will be poured into our laps. It will be pressed down, shaken together, and running over. The same amount you give will be measured out to you. Never underestimate God's interest in our well-being. He knows exactly what we're facing in our life right now. He knows what our needs are, and He has every intention of supplying those needs.
God has a solution already to every problem in our lives, and we will receive that miraculous blessing. Understand, miracles always begin with problems.
Similar to the customer service study results that I mentioned at the beginning, we are servants of God, and when we write “Thank You” on our spiritual checks, God will increase His blessings. Again, it is written that gratitude is important to God and that our heart needs to be appreciative of who He is and what He has done. Gratitude is more important than our spiritual works and duty. Gratitude motivates us to have a more meaningful relationship with God. Once we can stop, experience the awe and truly count our blessings and be grateful for our current situation, we will begin to receive our overflow of blessings in every inch of our lives.
Do you know the difference between being discouraged and discouragement having a hold on you? When you are discouraged, you are still in control of your emotions. But when discouragement has a hold on you, it begins to take control of your life. The goal of discouragement is to make us unproductive for God and drag us down into the belly of the whale. However, the truth is, discouragement is an instrument, a tool that the enemy uses.
Do you believe that our thoughts are powerful? Do you believe that we have total control over all our thoughts? Today, I am going to talk about the process of transformative transfer of our thoughts. Our thoughts are the largest battlefield. Some of us wake up in a battle and end our day in the same fight.
Destiny is the hidden power that controls what will happen in the future. Our gifts, our circumstances, our purpose, our imperfections, our destiny are all connected. God knows every reason and season under heaven, the past, present, and future. He knew us and our destiny before He called our name.
Spiritually, we have spiritual securities that have a spiritual value that is traded from our Heavenly Father to our Earthly Father. Let’s put this in our wide spiritual lens.
Our spiritual maturity date is the date that God calls our prayers to answer. He calls our prayers out while we’re in our spiritual waiting room. God already knows our prayers and the answers; He’s the one that drafted our whole spiritual blueprint. He created our manifest.
Our spiritual trial balance is a statement of all our spiritual accounts (the assets, liabilities, debts, and revenue). When we face trials or hardships in our lives, we need to review our trial balance statement to spiritually balance our debts with our revenues.
Spiritually, we undergo a spiritual compliance test to audit our spiritual system, our spiritual being, to check if all the specified standards are met. When I think of specific standards, I think of character.
Spiritually, God created a spiritual syndicate, a spiritual alliance to handle our large spiritual transactions that would be hard or impossible for us to handle individually. Let's put this in our wide spiritual lens.
Spiritually, God is our blue sky law. However, we have specific people in our lives who provide protection from predators and fraud, who provides us with a wealth of information that is verifiable to base our judgment and decisions. Let’s put this in our wide spiritual lens.
Spiritually, we are disruptively broken. When the unfortunate events arrive in our lives, we radically reconfigure our thoughts with the same level of thinking that created the unfortunate events causing us to become disruptively broken. When we are disruptively broken, God invests a small amount for extraordinary returns. He essentially gifts us His grace transferring us from being disruptively broken to gracefully broken. When this happens, we need to receive, claim and appreciate.
Angel investors are individuals who provide financial backing for business ventures; a silent investor. The most common investment is real estate ventures. Spiritually, when we have trust, faith and anticipate, we receive spiritual backings from our angel investor, God. However, there are times, especially in our darkest moments, that God is completely silent. The silence puts fear into our hearts to the point where we no longer have trust, faith and anticipate, correct?
Uncategorized expense account is as a temporary place holder for unexplained expenses or catch-all account for miscellaneous expenses. For example, you are labeling your receipts to get a general idea of your spending. You have some receipts that are not detailed and would require additional research. These receipts would be considered as uncategorized. Spiritually, we accumulate uncategorized expenses, debts that we place and leave in our spiritual uncategorized account until we have a spiritual cluster mess.
Burden Rate is a way to compare indirect costs to direct costs when running a business and is commonly used to calculate the cost associated with labor. Spiritually, our burdens cost us, we pay the spiritual market value. Burdens are spiritual debts that affect us indirectly and directly. Let’s put this in our wide spiritual lens.

God is our spiritual controller over these spiritual accounts and part of His powers are reconciling our spiritual accounts to make sure they are in agreement; that our spiritual books are perfectly balanced.
I’m going to spill all the spiritual tea about the spiritual acid test and the book of Job. If we tested our current spiritual revenue over our debts, what would our ratio number indicate? I compare this test to the same tests that we go through in life. When I am being tested, what will my spiritual ratio indicate? Will my current revenue faith and hope outweigh my debts? Speaking of test and trials, this is where I want to refer to The Book of Job.
