The University of Pittsburgh has proposed harvesting the bodies of aborted babies under the guidance of racial quotas. Public records obtained by the Center for Medical Progress reveal that the University of Pittsburgh sought $3 million in 2015 from the National Institutes of Health to become a "distribution hub" for the Genitourinary Development Molecular Anatomy Project. The application stated that Pitt would be the best "distribution hub" for fetal tissue due to their "over 18 years of experience" in collecting body parts from aborted babies.

Religious Freedom Group to Challenge Veterans Administration's Vaccine Mandate
A public interest law firm that specializes in First Amendment religious freedom litigation is challenging the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs mandate that all employees be vaccinated against the coronavirus. "The VA has no authority to mandate the COVID shots. Federal employees are also protected by the Religious Freedom Restoration Act. Forcing any person to receive one of these COVID injections is a violation of federal law. It is shocking that a federal agency would brazenly violate federal law," Staver said.
CDC Director: Vaccine Passports 'May Very Well Be a Path Forward' in US
Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Director Rochelle Walensky suggested that vaccine passport style systems might be implemented in the United States amid the COVID-19 pandemic. When asked in a TV interview Wednesday about whether the United States would mandate a European-style "health pass” system for nightclubs or bars, Walensky said, "That may very well be a path forward."
Middle School Teacher Fired for Informing Parents That Their Two Children Had Decided to Become 'Transgender'
A Massachusetts middle school teacher with a spotless 20-year record is being fired by the principal and superintendent. Teachers and guidance counselors at the school began to introduce "transgender" ideas to children. They told children to decide their "preferred pronouns" and persuaded them that they might have been born in the "wrong" sex. As confusion grew, teachers would give them opposite-sex names to use in class and were specifically told not to tell parents. In February 2021, the teacher sawt a sister and brother (ages 11 and 13) who were now claiming to be "transgender" and seeking "gender transition." The teacher became upset and informed the parents. For that she was put on leave and the school has now started the administrative process to terminate her.

Domen v. Vimeo --The 2nd Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals has vacated a panel decision regarding Section 230 of the Communication Decency Act. The court has agreed to rehear this case en banc, which challenges the district court's that Section 230 makes Vimeo and other Big Tech companies immune from civil rights laws. Church United and Pastor Jim Domen filed suit against Vimeo after the platform censored its content and terminated its account. Vimeo alleged the church violated its terms of service by featuring videos of men and women who left the LGBT lifestyle arguing its terms of service bans content promoting sexual orientation change therapy.
San Francisco, CA–This week, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit declined to rehear a panel decision that determined that Washington State high school football can ban a coach from taking a knee in brief, personal prayer after football games. Attorneys representing the coach plan to appeal today's decision.
California proposes to censor child's medical information. The bill would require insurance companies to hide "sensitive" information regarding children's abortions, gender transitioning, and other sex related treatments from the policyholders. That "sensitive" medical procedures include abortions, sexual assault treatment, drug abuse and mental health treatment, cross-sex hormones, puberty blockers, and the like. If it becomes law parents will receive a bill with a medical charge for their child and no explanation of what the charge is for.
