Berklee's Office of Student Wellness Promotion and Services presents Life Aid, a podcast on all things wellness. Focusing each month on one dimension of wellness, we tell you what you need to know about how to stay well physically, emotionally, financially, spiritually, and more. Listen to monthly interviews and get resources for how you can live your best life at Berklee.
In this episode of our Life Aid Podcast, Peer Wellness Educator Vera Gsenger talks about Nature Connection with Marlene Oblasser from Austria. Nature Connection is when we are fully in tune with ourselves, other people, animals, and plants. It is so important for our wellbeing and restores our relationships with nature, community, and self.
In this episode, Kayla Erhardt along with music industry veteran, Ann Marie Shields of BIMM Dublin, dive into the big questions that many students at the College and the Conservatory may have been wondering. We learn about how to strategically find ways to better cope with the tenses of being an artist, how to approach non-creatives who doubt our artistic endeavors, and the importance of building relationships with peers in competitive environments.
