William Tyndale translated the new testament from the original Greek into English in 1526.
Listen as I read one or two chapters from Tyndale's new testament to you every weekday.
He hath shown thee, O man, what is good, and what the Lord requireth of thee.
surely to do justly, and to love mercy, and to humble thyself with thy God.
Words from the 1599 Geneva Bible
This song was written when I was 5 years old...and I was inspired to create and record a new arrangement of it this week. I hope to continue reading scripture here in the near future...but these past months have been difficult due to the oppression of our present world and a weariness of heart on my part to continue. I have family members that have walked away from God, and some have put their trust in a different saviour, a man made, man invented poison, and have not stood firm in the truth. How could I be around those who demand division in the body of Christ?
I started playing guitar and piano to encourage myself IN THE LORD...and use my instruments and voice to worship and to remind myself of the truth of the Word of God in how I am to live on this earth, and to do ALL in the name of the Lord Jesus.
God bless you brothers and sisters, and be strong in the Lord, with His armour firmly fixed,
CCLI Song # 38710 Bob Sklar
For the flesh lusteth contrary to the spirit, and the spirit contrary to the flesh. These are contrary one to the other, so that ye cannot do that which ye would. But and if ye be led of the spirit, then are ye not under the law.
Because ye are sons, God hath sent the spirit of his son into our heart, which crieth Abba father.
I marvel that ye are so soon turned from him that called you in the grace of Christ, unto another gospel.
For the weapons of our war are not carnal things, but things mighty in God to cast down strongholds, wherewith we overthrow imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God.
he which soweth little, shall reap little: and he that soweth plenteously shall reap plenteously.
For ye sorrowed godly: so that in nothing ye were hurt by us. For godly sorrow causeth repentance unto salvation not to be repented of: when worldly sorrow causeth death.
therefore make provision for honest things, not in the sight of God only, but also in the sight of men.
Wherefore come out from among them, and separate yourselves (saith the Lord) and touch none unclean thing: so will I receive you, and will be a father unto you, and ye shall be unto me sons and daughters, saith the Lord almighty.
Insomuch though we have known Christ after the flesh, now henceforth know we him no more.
Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature.
he which eareth, should ear in hope: and that he which thresheth should be partaker of his hope
For he that is called in the Lord being a servant, is the Lord's freeman.
Likewise he that is called being free, is Christ's servant.
"To him that is of power to establish you according to my gospel and preaching of Jesus Christ, in uttering of the mystery which was kept secret since the world began, but now is opened by the scriptures of prophecy, at the commandment of the everlasting God, to stir up obedience to the faith published among all nations. To the same God, which alone is wise, be praise through Jesus Christ for ever. Amen. "
"...as Christ was raised up from death by the glory of the father: even so we also should walk in a new life."
"For as by one man's disobedience many became sinners: so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous."
What is the right hand of God?
It is the power, majesty, and authority of the only true God...made manifest.
His name is Jesus. He is that Christ.
"This is the stone cast aside of you builders which is set in the chief place of the corner. Neither is there salvation in any other. Nor yet also is there any other name given to men wherein we must be saved."
"And his name through the faith of his name, hath made this man sound, whom ye see and know. And the faith which is by him, hath given to him this health in the presence of you all."
"Peter said unto them: repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ, for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the holy ghost."
Every one of us must do this if you want to be saved. Were you baptized in the name of Jesus Christ? Or were you baptized wrong...in his titles?
The power is in his name. May our Lord Jesus Christ open up your understanding as He did with the apostles AFTER the resurrection...when the Spirit of the living God resurrected and glorified that body (that he created) with the FULL glory of Himself. The apostles understood what Jesus was telling them and obeyed him perfectly in the book of Acts.
The inheritance was given in FULL to the son. The name of the father, son, and holy ghost is Jesus and He alone is that Christ. That glorified body (without blood, and operating in the power of the Spirit) is the image of the invisible Almighty God; our only Saviour and Redeemer. He is coming soon for his bride; the church; the body of Christ.
He is the Rock...and His work is perfection. Come let us return unto the Lord, go down in water in the name of Jesus Christ, and receive the promise of the father...the gift of himself dwelling IN you....just as he did in the man Christ Jesus...that we may be reconciled back to Him.
Greetings brothers and sisters.
May God bless you to hear and understand His holy word.
There were two natures of Christ. The Lord and my lord.
The one nature of Christ is eternal perpetual and everlasting, and the other nature of Christ was temporary flesh and blood; a perfect sacrifice to God that would come out of David's house in whose blood would atone for the sins of the world; reconciling us back to God, which is our Father, the Lord Christ.
The pharisees had no idea what Jesus meant.
But this fellowship of the mystery has been made known to the church; the manifold wisdom of God. Ephesians 3:8-10
Hello, my name is Paul Hychyns and I welcome you to William Tyndale's translation of the New Testament audio podcast.
I could not find an audio version of the Tyndale Bible online anywhere so I have taken to task the recording of it if God be my helper.
The bible says that faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
Let's grow our faith and actively listen to the scriptures.
The king is coming brothers and sisters.
The scriptures show us how to be ready for His return, that we are found ready and worthy to be with Him for eternity.
I pray that as you hear the word of God your face would turn toward Him in all of your life,
Paul
Short introduction :
This family tree of 42 generations are recorded to testify of the exact length of time that had to transpire before the coming of the son of man, the messiah, Christ Jesus. This historical lineage is kept in the first chapter of Matthew that we might be brought back to remembrance of the covenant and that promise given both unto the seed of Abraham and continuing down through to David the king and prophet and on through to Joseph. God reinforced this promise of the coming messiah through His prophets of old in many books within the Old Testament scriptures. This seed, this person, would be planted in the womb of Mary by the Spirit of the living God. The holy thing in her would be completely unique; a one of a kind prophet. He was perfect. He had no earthly father for he would be begotten of God; born supernaturally through a virgin. This man would be created by God, taught by God, and used by God to demonstrate the power of God and to be the perfect sacrifice and offering to God to atone for the sins of the entire world.
This is he who came by blood and water...the man Christ Jesus; the lamb of God in who's blood has the power to wash away our sins that we might be born anew and reconciled back to our Creator.
Come and listen closely to the gospel written by Matthew by God's permission.
