Cold Showers follows a series of important topics, often with a special guest. We take you through the highs and lows of each subject and leave you with a few things to think about.

Today I do something a little more somber and talk about grief. I share my own personal experience of recent grief and also look at ways to deal with the emotions that come with it and how to process them.
