Lush guitars and synth swells soar through the cosmos, reminding us that although our ultimate destiny is oblivion, doesn't mean we can't enjoy the ride.
Throughout 2018 I wanted to make more music, so I decided to try and create something each month, with every element taken to at least 70% of the way 'there', including the mix and mastering. The idea was to try and force new ideas to come forward by changing the parameters each month; genre, tempo etc.
This is a continuous mix of those tracks in chronological order. Enjoy :)

The Creepfunk EP features two breakbeat tracks full of fun and energy (Young NRG!).
The title track, “Creepfunk”, is a full-on funk based track replete with a slinky bassline, West Coast whistles and screaming guitar leads. Alan Watts gives some sage advice too. :)
“They Came From Above” tells the story of how, at this time of crisis in the West, a race of funky intergalactic space kittens heard our cry and came to save us all. All it takes is a little vibration of your Groove Molecules.

Staying true to old school rhythms the attack EP will surely please the ears of any breakbeat aficionado .
Attack is a melodic monster full of haunting dark vibes and interesting layer effects. While Ache is a brother to attack that certainly will keep the dance floor burning on those long breakbeat nights. Don't miss this hidden gem as it will absolutely please the ears of all party goers from the old school to the nu school.

Tertiary closes out the EP with a chugging, metronomic break. With a more melancholic feel, Tertiary presents energy tinged with sadness.

Techtonic opens the release with a floating melody and booming Taiko drums, giving way to a rolling, heavy atmospheric break. Large splashes and lush delays fill the air, as a gurgling bassliine bubbles away underneath.

Temper picks up the pace as a percussion-driven banger. When the blood is rushing, disjointed beats and off-kilter triangles join the shapes being thrown on the dancefloor.
