Brief background company
In my previous line of profession, I was a software sales rep with 4 plus years’ experience. I sold legal software to Trustees with my last employer who was acquired by another company due to KPI and CSF factors. The company was a legal software and solution firm that provided software to attorneys in various practices. The company was at once a billion-dollar industry until the CEO past. We’ll discuss how the company uses KPIs and CSFs to improve its business.
