There have been a Hill of a lot of adaptations of Shirley Jackson's The Haunting of Hill House. In this episode, Nathaniel boggles Max's mind by revealing how much Shirley Jackson trumps Stephen King's writing as well as by going over the actual plot of the book and two films versus the Netflix series, which is an adaptation in only the loosest sense but is awesome nonetheless.
