He talks us through his journey from coaching in Barcelona to becoming head coach of English 9th tier side Biggleswade United.

In this episode, I met with Xavi Garcia. Primarily a basketball coach, having worked as an assistant and a first-team coach with teams in the ACB - Spain's highest basketball league - Xavi, nowadays, works with coaches and business people in improving leadership skills and in managing people.
