As you're entering into this new year, do not allow yourself to pause. We've probably been in that state of pause for most of 2020, not by anything that we could control, but this is not what we want to take into 2021 even though naturally that would be the direction.

The third reason of the 8 reasons why you can't get to the next level is not being able to think on your feet. Literally not being able to keep up with the pace of the environment that you're in day to day.

Being able to keep up with that pace is critical but why is that important? We should be methodical. We should be diligent. Yes, diligence is important, but analysis paralysis is not.
