Hi everyone! This is me, nini~
š I have started this podcast targeted towards everyone and anyone who loves productivity and mental wellness content. I will talk about all the basics from journaling, hobbies, meditation and much more.
š§āāļø When I was first going through some mental turmoil myself, I got disheartened & thought that I could never get out of this rough patch. I did not share my burdens with anyone & kept to myself, which worsened the situation. Through steady & slow steps I have somewhat overcome that. So I advocate the importance of mental wellbeing and share titbits on it!
i want to give myself some grace when it comes to achieving my goals this year. i donāt want my goals to burn me out but rather drive me to be better
Awareness is the first stage to helping. Just having a basic understanding of mental health issues helps a lot!
sometimes life throws curve balls at you but you just need to know that things are going to work out at the end
Everybody struggles with self confidence from world renowned artists to normal people. There is always a battle to be won against yourself: whether it be not being confident of your craft or being fearful of failing.
Not only do you have to make sure you are putting out the best work but you have to deal with toxic environment at work just adding to the burden.
Personally, I find confident people attractive and work towards being confident myself. I recently realised how I doubt myself even though I am knowledgeable about a topic. This stemmed from me being intimidated which led to me being less confident. I dive into this even further and share more!
For me, one of my value is to give back to my community because why not. If you are living comfortably and have surplus money try to donate a few times. If you donāt want to donate money why not donate your time or skills for the betterment of others. Just mentoring someone else and doing something good for others can be done.
Although associate Lock Upp with drama and cat fights, there is a lot happening within the show which in a way depicts how we as human behave in this world. The groupism (singling someone out), lying, sabotaging or good traits like friendship, brotherhood, determination and drive are also seen.
With this journal/ podcast episode, I update on things that have happened in the first week of April and my plan for the remaining of the year
I feel no shame in admitting that I cried and why should I?
It does not make me weak or vulnerable, as crying is just another human emotion like laughing or getting angry. I am completely fine with this but what I am not okay with is when people direct their emotions to an unrelated target. I feel like we as people need to be responsible for our emotions and take care of our own shit. Showing anger on others when you are not able to control your emotions together is not acceptable.
So yes, in this episode I will be sharing more on this topic and as I released my emotions in a safe environment, I was able to grow stronger and have a calm head :)
I have made this mistake a lot in the past where I only try to remember good moments in my life, which might seem okay right now but what you donāt see is that you do not get to see your growth. If you only remember the highs, then you fail to see how to got to that point. You forget to see your failures and the endless trials and error that got you to that point
I feel like this information would have helped me when I planned about coming to Australia. I share my unfiltered story and what are the things that helped me and the things that I wished I had not done
this is my manifestation where I share my dream out to the world because I know for a FACT that I will achieve this in the future

this is me being vulnerable and sharing what the feeling of uncertainty which has been bothering me. later I discuss with you about the Russia and Ukraine war
This episode is a little heavy so disclaimer out there before you listen to it. This story has been in mind for quite some time and I thought I should share this. Iām happy to take this down if you think this might affect you or anyone that you know :)
Disclaimer These opinions are my own and if you feel offended or think that it has any significant effect on you, feel free to reach out. If you feel like hearing about honour killings and crimes, in general, is not for you then do skip the last 10 minutes of the recording. Ā
I do share a piece of news that I came across recently which has been stuck in my mind since then and I felt it was necessary to give my 2 cents on this as I am treating this audio journal. I do want to see how strong or different my take on this will be in the future. All in all, it might get heavy in the end.
this episode I do get very very vulnerable and raw. i did get quite emotional at one point and I do not wish to edit that out as i genuinely want this to be an unscripted dialogue
