Christian maturity is not about tryingto attain more righteousness or perfecting ourselves through self-effort. Instead, it is about living in light of the righteousness we already possess in Christ.
What you think matters very much to God. He made your mind and wants you to think thoughts that lead you toward life and peace, not toward fear and anxiety. He wants you to set your mind on things above (see Colossians 3:2) and choose to believe he is Lord of your life.

In the book of Hebrews, it says that we should continually offer up a sacrifice of praise to God, which is the fruit of our lips giving thanks to His name (Hebrews 13:15).
As a Christian, dealing with stress involves relying on Christ and letting Him reign in us.We can find comfort in knowing that we are not in control of ourcircumstances, but God is.

The Hebrew word for still used in Psalm 40:10, Raphah, means to sink down, relax, let go of. Often this is the last thing we want to do when the world is spinning and we feel like we have no control of a situation.

The problem is many of us when pressure comes into our lives we tend to focus on the pressure. From there we start complaining and then we get angry, and then we play the victim role. God‘s purpose in pressure & problems is to move us to the Lord not away from him. Disobedience is not letting the pressure of Life us to him.

When we rest the Lord works when we work the Lord rests. Jesus gave the example of how to live dependent on him now through the way he lived dependent on the father.

WHAT DOES NEW TESTAMENT GRACE GIVING LOOK LIKE?
New Testament grace giving is founded upon our freedom in Christ. We are not under the Law or any spiritual regulation requiring that we give a certain amount. Instead, we can decide from the heart how much we want to give.
No, God never gives up on you. God will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5). Make sure that your character is free from the love of money, being content with what you have; for He Himself has said, “I will never desert you, nor will I ever abandon you,”

Many of us would attend the Chapel and take of the Lords supper and remember our wrongs but the apostle Paul says to remember Jesus and what he did for us.
Some people are just overwhelmed. They bottle up their stress and emotions. When it becomes too much, they explode on the person closest to them. In this situation, try to speak as calmly as possible to the person without taking it personally. Try to show empathy. Conflict will only escalate the situation.
God’s Will is not a to do it’s a person & if your in Christ your in God’s perfect Will, trust Christ in the moment is doing God’s Will.
Zephaniah 3:17 is the most amazing verse in Scripture, the Bible describes the deep and abiding love Christ has for us.

Part # 2 Jesus gave us an example of how to live dependent on him now under grace through the way he lived dependent on the father.
Part #1 mankind was created to live dependent upon his creator, not independent from him. If we refused dependence on our Creator Christ we’re gonna be forced to depend on something or someone else for meaning and purpose to life.

The purpose of the law is to show us our need for salvation and then point us to Christ. Once it has done this the law serves no other purpose. It cannot save us, give us life, forgive our sins, or make us righteous. That is why, as believers, we are no longer under the law; we are under the grace of God.
