So my Podcast is going to be about a lot of my daily struggles and daily happinesses and trying to teach others to look for not only the sad things in life but also to find the things to look forward to every day whether they be as small as a raindrop or as big as a child's arms wrapped around you in a hug either way I hope that I can help others through learning to deal with my own depression and finding ways to learn to live life through my own grief that I can perhaps help others learn to remember that they are strong and that they to get through the down parts of life too. I will be giving an intro on the facts that I'll be talking about whether they be happy or sad, grief filled or memorable. I'll also introduce you to a few of the trials that I've been through from being abused my entire life to losing the majority of my children whether by death(2 of my beautiful little girls) or my stepkids that I've considered my own for the past several years. Life is tough but we all can make it through if we can find even one small thing to be grateful for each day.
