Where do most of our dreams come from? Probably reality, things we've seen or experienced. I remember a time when something bad happened. I was too young to understand it. But it still gave me nightmares

I've had this dream enough times to remember most of it when I was very young. And I've told it so many times, so I guess that helps my memory. It was really scary for me when I was little. And when I look back I still think it's creepy
