So the past 2 days have been a mega learning curve for me, using PROPSTREAM to find buyers, and finding the best ways to contact them efficiently. 

How I wish they would just fall in my lap, but alas, that isn't always the case. You gotta work hard, AM I RIGHT?!?! HA! Let's chat today about finding buyers using PROPSTREAM, the best ways to contact them, and how I've been sorting and reaching out to them! 

Here's the stuff I've been using well:

  • Callrail.com - It organizes all my phone numbers for RVM, Postcards, and works Great with Beast Mode
  • BEAST MODE CRM - I've raved enough about this for a lifetime, but it's so fantastic. Check it out here.
  • YellowletterHQ.com - We use this for all our postcard and letter send-outs. The best.
  • PROPSTREAM - The easiest and best place to get started with finding lists, sorting data and finding lists/buyers/sellers. Check it out here.

We've all been there, trying to find buyers, getting lost in all the latest and greatest tricks, posting properties all over the map... But what has been working for me is something a little more simple.
