For the final episode of ITPNT, please welcome therapist Gail Geiger. She has so much advice to give: be careful about brownstones, why learning a new language (in her case Hungarian) can help your mental health, and how you can stay in touch with your inner child as well as the loved ones you've lost.

Check Out This Obscure Record this week is about MeWithoutYou - Brother, Sister (2006)

Prince - Self-Titled (1979)

The episode closes with the world premiere of a song I wrote for Gail called, "You're a Dream, Gail."

Gail's plug is to join Preply, a tutoring website. If you're looking to learn Hungarian look for a tutor named Benjamin!

It's been a journey, thanks to everyone who listened to these episodes. You can find me at @DermotMusic on Facebook and Instagram.

ITPNT 56 - Anthony

The 2nd to last episode of ITPNT is a wild, wonderful ride. Anthony Paparo is a man with refined tastes. We begin the episode by ranking our favorite General Mills Halloween mascots before enjoying some Dunkin' coffee in the Chattuccinno segment. The main course of this episode is a discussion about the latest entry in the Hellraiser franchise. Is Hellraiser (2022) a remake, reboot, or sequel? Could it be a little of each?

SPOILER WARNING: We discuss the ending of the film from 01:28:00 to 01:29:30.

Anthony’s Hellraiser watch-list:
You can start with Hellraiser (1986) and/or Hellraiser (2022)
Then, you can watch the 2nd (Hellbound), 5th (Inferno), and 9th (Judgment) installments.

Upgraded: Get yourself nice pairs of socks (Anthony)
Staying in touch with family (Michael)

On the first of the final three episodes of "Is This Podcast Name Taken?" I'm joined by friend and fellow artist with many hats, Jonii! We talk about the art of songwriting and a musician’s legacy, why collaborating with others is important even when you're a "solo artist," and being fair to yourself with expectations.

Also, on "Check Out this Obscure Record," we talk about Tegan & Sara and an obscure 80s straight-to-video masterpiece, "Creating Rem Lezar."

Hey everybody! I am popping in from hiatus-land to let y’all know we are going to be back to producing and releasing podcasts you love in March 2023!

Earlier today, I posted a farewell episode. I was in a dark place and after reflecting on things, I realized this decision did not come through my heart but through anxiety and fear. I apologize for the inconsistent messaging today and any stress that audio caused.

It's the final ITPNT of the year, and I thought there would be no better treat than to bring back Stu Rosenberg one final time to talk about our years. We'll be going deep and taking things in a Quarterly mode. We'll talk about music, movies, & books but we'll also get into some personal difficulties that really puts things into perspective for us and hopefully you as well! It's an episode unlike any other and here's a list of some of the topics we'll cover to illustrate that point:

The Blue Nile (music group)“Glass Onion: a Knives Out Mystery”“Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero”Carly Rae Jepsen - The Loneliest TimeDestroyer (music artist)“Safe” (1995 movie)“Heat 2” by Michael Mann“Smiling Friends” by Zach Hadel & Michael Cusack“Crimes of the Future” by David Cronenberg“Pearl” by TI West“All the Beauty and the Bloodshed” documentary

Thanks for listening and making 2022 an unforgettable year in my life

Hasief Ardiasyah, a former writer for Rolling Stone Indonesia, is a hardcore Weezer fan who recently had the experience of a lifetime after the band stopped by Jakarta and Bali in Indonesia. We chat all about him helping Weezer's lead singer learn how to properly sing an Indonesian pop cover, going out to dinner with two members of the band, and his outlook on the Weezer discography. It was really nice to chat with Hasief and I hope you enjoy listening to us get Weezy.

COTOR (Check out this Obscure Record) this week is about the album “Agterplass” by the Indonesian rock band The Andys. It's a wonderfully produced collection of catchy, crunchy guitar and synth-laden tunes.

Hasief has written the lyrics for a number of The Adams songs as well as for other musical artists. Here's a list of some of his co-writing credits:

Stephen Wayne is a remarkably funny guy who works in TV Production! He’s able to tell Michael what it's like to be working during this boom of content.

We also have spoiler-free talks about the recent Comedy-Horror smash “Barbarian,” the new TV season of the puppet-based horror-comedy “Don't Hug Me I'm Scared,” and the final season of “Better Call Saul.” Plus, multiple movies are workshopped here including an edgier Muppet movie and a giant monster Barney the Dinosaur flick. We even answer the question "Should Trump be allowed back on Twitter?" (The answer is no, of course.) It's one of the funniest and greatest ITPNTs yet, so don't miss out!

Stephen’s “Upgraded” is cycling to work, drinking water, and breathing exercises/yoga.

Michael’s “Upgraded” is about visiting your doctors and medical professionals and take care of your body

We're back to episode recaps this week and have a great Mad Men to pontificate about. Peggy continues her unstoppable rise at Sterling Cooper, Sterling has another traumatizing heart attack, and Don and Rachel verbally joust about romantic flings and compartmentalization.

Dad Break is a balanced discussion about Minnesota's new ruling legalizing THC Gummies and Jallah shares how this has already changed his life. J also asks Michael about his experience using CBD Gummies to help with his anxiety and things get personal. Just remember, we are not doctors... we're just a couple o' dad men.

Please welcome Emily Fleming to the program. Emily is a mainstay on the daily Youtube show “Good Mythical Morning” and is a huge Mad Men fan. While we originally had her on to talk about the season finale, we wound up with too much good material to use and split the episode into two parts- so don't worry, Emily will be back. We cover Emily's favorite characters, why Mad Men is a feminist show, and so much more!

Check out Good Mythical Evening, a more bawdy and adult stream that she and the cast of GMM are doing on September 1st at 9pm Central.

Tickets can be bought here: https://www.moment.co/rhettandlink/good-mythical-evening

FIRST TIME MAD MEN WATCHERS: We spoil a season 4 plot-point at 3:40. This moment ends at 4:25.

It's a 3-day weekend at Sterling Cooper and everyone is making plans. However, Don and (mostly) Roger's merriment is interrupted when Roger suffers a heart attack. Join Mike and Michael on a very special episode of Dad Men this week. Other plots of note: Betty does not like the woman her dad has been seeing, Joan's roommate and best friend Carol confides a secret in her, and Peggy deals with the ramifications of having had trysts with a jerk like Pete.

This week's Dad Break has Jallah reviewing The Quarry, a new Horror video game by Supermassive Games.

A potential advertising star is born when Jim Hobart, from McCann, gives Betty Draper a lucrative job offer. Meanwhile, Peggy is dealing with unwanted attention being given to her weight gain and Pete tells Paul to drop dead.

In this week's Dad Break, Jallah and Michael discuss Weezer's most recent SZNZ EP - “Summer.” Jallah is energized, Michael is too. They also chat about Weezer's then-upcoming Broadway residency and one of them has tickets! The other has COVID.

Correction: Michael says Rivers Cuomo is dressed up as Jesus Christ in the band's performance of “Records” on Jimmy Kimmel, but on second glance, it might be more accurate that Rivers is some sort of... Roman Soldier? Who knows?

This week's ITPNT marks the return of one of Michael's best friends: Stu Rosenberg! Stu has recently recorded multiple (great) full-length songs and Michael wanted to have him on the show to discuss his songwriting process, perfect pitch, and a few movies too. It's also a jam-packed C.O.T.O.R. (Check Out This Obscure Record) this week: Michael brought a licensed album with a Birthday anthem and Stu brought an LP which was nearly lost forever until happenstance brought it onto the silver screen. Both are wildly different releases... recorded in 1983. Enjoy the show!

Music:

Mickey Mouse & Friends - Happy, Happy Birthday to You

Don loses one of his love interests and gets a bonus check. Peggy loses Pete and gains a new love in creativity. Betty is nowhere to be found. Plus, more insight is given into Dick Whitman a.k.a. Don Draper's troubled upbringing.

In this week's Dad Break, Jallah levels up as a father with his brand new grill and Michael gets his first electric razor from M*d. (Product will be revealed once we have received a bountiful sponsorship.)

On this week’s ITPNT please welcome massage therapist and pop-punk rockist Justine Potter! Justine is a longtime friend, and once Michael heard she was getting into Stephen King’s oeuvre, he knew he wanted to hear about her experience. After chatting King for a spell, Michael and Justine have a deep, thoughtful discussion on 1986’s “Stand By Me,” a genre-defining (and that genre ain’t Horror!) film inspired by a King short story.

It’s also the debut of a new segment: C.O.T.O.R - Check Out This Obscure Record! This is a segment where Michael and the guest talk about an obscure record they're excited about. This week features a punky, energetic rock group called DeeCRACKS and an alt-rock masterpiece by the band Self made with instruments you won’t believe.

C.O.T.O.R. Songs: DeeCRACKS - Lost in the Middle Self - Dead Man

Guess who’s coming to dinner? It’s Roger Sterling! On this week's ITPNT, Michael finally reveals the truth about his sister, that being she is his twin and is 6 minutes younger than him. Other points of discussion include sobriety, phone apps, and how much News-Cycle Awareness is too much. The crux of the episode is an enthusiastic discussion on the exciting recent movie - “Everything Everywhere All at Once.” Plus, the debut of a new segment - ‘Untrue Pairing.’ This is a segment where you can pick any two characters from a shared universe or franchise that you would hate to see winding up together, romantically OR platonically.

This week we discuss an episode of Mad Men that features many iconic moments. Peggy and her basket of kisses, Joan and her red dress birthing our sign-off line, and Don being forced to go to a friend of a friend’s live performance. But how does this episode stack up beyond that? Depends who you ask! On the Dad Break front, Jallah names 4 movies he’s hoping to watch in theaters, while Michael points out an upcoming Horror flick (featuring a darkened phone) which has potential to be a beautiful disaster.

On Mad Men this week, Don receives a visitor from his past and Kenny Cosgrove gets a short story of his published. Meanwhile, Pete spends the whole episode getting emasculated for doing an errand for his wife. Michael and Jallah have a discussion about the critically-acclaimed “To Pimp a Butterfly” album by Kendrick Lamar. Michael then suggests Jallah check out Weezer's recent EP, “Spring.” Will he do it? The “Dad Men” boys (Dad Boys?) finally reach one of the first glimmers of what Mad Men is going to become. This week's episode heavily spotlights Pete Campbell and gives us reasons how he became the little prick he is. Meanwhile, Betty Draper babysits a kid named Glen and things get uncomfortable fast. NOTE: We can't guarantee you will understand why Pete is Michael's favorite character even after this episode.

This week's DAD BREAK is about the latest entry in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (at the time) “Dr. Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.” Michael and Jallah have differing views on this! What the?!

Today's guest is a fellow music nerd named Freddie who has multiple podcasts and also performs music. He's our first guest from the United Kingdom and he loves Oasis, so he and Michael get to work on exploring the ultimate sibling rivalry: Liam Gallagher vs. Noel Gallagher. We get into which of the former Oasis members has the best studio catalog, live performances, and who's the most, well... madferrit.

Michael also goes into how he recently made the very original and special decision to get really into The Beatles. Freddie, on the other hand, espouses the joys of fatherhood. It's a wonderful, relaxing, joyful episode. So get ready to have some fun with us and make sure to like and subscribe for more musical showdowns.

This week's episode of Mad Men is about fatherhood more than any other. It's Sally Draper's birthday. How is Don going to react to being asked to help out and grabbing her birthday cake from the bakery? Rachel Menken returns and becomes the object of Draper's affections. Who is Dick Whitman and why did Don get called that name by a jovial man on the train?

Jallah and Michael also discuss how Tuesday ranks in their top 7 days of the week. And Jallah offers his review of the latest Kendrick Lamar LP. Note: You may listen to “Mr. Morale & the Big Steppers” any way you like.

On his debut appearance on the show, Joseph Rowland has a lot of ground to cover. He and Michael hash out the imaginary bad blood they had over previous podcast appearances, discuss an incredible TV show from the 1970s called “Columbo,” and have a chat about movies they've seen recently (“Everything Everywhere All at Once” and “The Northman.") Also, Michael explains how popular Youtuber Joel Haver's videos and creative philosophies helped break him out of a years-long rut.

Fun fact: This week's episode is the first to feature a blood relative.

In this week's ITPNT, we have beloved guests Bryan Bark and Tadd Good-Boy returning to the podcast. What unfolds can only be described as a roundtable discussion about dogs and everyone gets to delve into their histories as dog owners. This includes the joy of adopting a rescue, the triumphs of training, and the painful (but ultimately thoughtful) decision that is finding a dog a better home than your own. Following that is a review of the semi-recently created GODZILLA FOODS (Godzillafoods.com) website, where you can order coffee, hot sauce, dry rub, or hot cocoa mix. But licensed food is a hit-or-miss affair. Does Godzilla Foods live up to “The Big G's” name?

Also, Godzilla vs. Kong 2 discussion. Cause that's definitely happening, right guys?

We start things off at the beginning. How does Mad Men's pilot, which spent years in gestation, sit with Mike and Michael 15 years later? This episode also introduces the key segments that will be included in every “DAD MEN” episode. Which host was never a fan of the pilot? Which host has a change of heart about it? Does the show feel like itself quite yet? The only way to find out is to hit the play button. So shut the door and have a seat... it's time for “Dad Men.”

Welcome to a new era of “Is This Podcast Name Taken!” Well, actually, this episode was recorded in November 2021. But the powers that be felt it was important to release it because its a great time capsule and a great introduction to a new era of podcasting. Plus, it helps explain why you saw an episode of something called DAD MEN show up in your feed.

Mike Jallah joins us this week to talk about his and Michael's top 5 best moments from 2021 as well as give a brief glimpse into Michael's mental health away from podcasting. Oh, and the story of how Michael got COVID the same day he got his first jab.

Listen to Mike's new podcast “DAD MEN.” It's a show about Mad Men that comes out every Sunday and it's sharing this feed with ITPNT.

When I started ITPNT, it dawned on me that I wanted the show to end when I got vaccinated. With my vaccination appointment in sight, and an incredible story of how I brought friends and family together for a silly monster movie, the stars aligned for this to be our final episode. The atmosphere is more relaxed than usual, consider this our "post-Godzilla vs. Kong" celebration as well as a triumphant return to theaters for us movie nerds. Join me, Bryan Clark, and Tadd Good as we yammer on incessantly about the new filem, "Godzilla vs. Kong," review the chocolate bars and hot sauce FYE has licensed for the film, and say goodbye to the show about the things we're doing to stay sane in a crazy world. Thank you all for listening!

This week's guest is another one of Michael's very best and oldest friends - Chris Chomiuk. Chris has recently returned home to Minneapolis and has many great stories to tell from his time in South Kourea and Savannah, Georgia. Michael asks him how he's adjusting to life back home on this super bowl Sunday. We also find out what led to Chris joining the army, the time Michael did a reference interview for Chris before he was officially a part of the army, and discuss developing positive, healthy routines during this time. And that's before the first segment!

StolenFromTwitter: The official Big Bird Twitter account posted several Big Birds from different countries. Chris and I talk about which Big Bird is our favorite and which is the worst. Things get offensive fast. https://twitter.com/BigBird/status/1357795422283173890

Shootin’ the Shoda: This is a segment where we review a brand new soda. Coca Cola has released a new soft drink concoction called Coca Cola + Coffee. Michael talks about what he went through to get one of these drinks and Chris has one major problem with this whole venture.. and it’s not the coffee.

Chris Chomiuk’s Reading List:

“How To Change Your Mind” by Michael Pollan

“Behave: The Biology of Humans at Our Best and Worst” by Robert Sapolsky

Are We Question or Are We Answer: Michael asks Chris what his favorite memory of making sketch videos with friends was.

This week's guest is Rivkah Reyes. Rivkah is skilled at many things, but the thing they do not get enough credit for is being a bagel expert. We talk about Mercury being in Retrograde, how the film industry and parents can better help child actors, and Rivkah's catchy and comedic songs! Also, Michael finally found someone else who loves the Musical-Comedy show, "Crazy Ex-Girlfriend!

UPGRADED is a segment about improving your life in small or big ways. We talk about learning to love cream cheese and bagels, Rivkah’s favorite bagels and bagel proprietors, thinking of 3 things to be grateful for, making your bed, and taking your weekly tasks and scheduling them on Notion. Also Cacao.

NET POSITIVE is a segment where we share something positive we found online in the past week or so. This edition features a video of two unlikely furry friends playing together and a video that shows the joy and pain of having siblings.

Rivkah’s newest film, “Bad Animal,” comes out on February 26th On-Demand.

Today we have Sean William Brown, author of “Dear Customer” and “Wal-Mart: I Don’t Belong Here” to discuss his role of being a retail worker defender. Sean reached out to Michael after he reviewed his book and addresses some of Michael’s criticisms. We also chat about creepy customers, the difference between a Barnes & Noble Café and a Starbucks, and how the pandemic and at-home schooling has impacted his writing.

StolenFromTwitter This week we are inspired by the prompt, "When was the first time you saw yourself represented in media?” We talk about the classic Comedy Central show “Nathan For You,” Al Franken, Bill Maher, and Sean’s first time literally being IN media.

DUNKFEST this week is about Bernie Sanders memes and why they’re completely unfunny, and why the people who say “we can’t have a $15.00 minimum wage” are full of it. Also a little bit of Hamilton, as a treat.

Are We Question Or Are We Answer: Bryan sent in the question - what is the worst food you’ve ever eaten?

This week we’re delighted to be talking to John LeMay, the author of many great books ("The Real Cowboys & Aliens: Old West UFOs", "Writing Japanese Monsters", "The Big Book of Giant Japanese Monster Movies: The Lost Films") that have helped Michael get through quarantining as well as the proprietor of the Lost Films Fanzine. This Fanzine was actually a project that LeMay used as a distraction from the pandemic for himself. Michael and John discuss that fanzine, how John became a full-time author, why he’s a believer in aliens, and a legendary Lost Film - “Prophecies of Nostradamus” (1974).

The main draw of the episode is our lengthy and fun discussion about “THE MCPHERSON TAPE,” (1989) the first known found-footage Horror film. Michael and John both have a lot to say so watch the film and enjoy the chat. Also, John defends Wonder Woman 84.

“THE MCPHERSON TAPE” spoilers begin at 31:45 “THE MCPHERSON TAPE” spoilers end at 1:03:20

StolenFromTwitter starts out being about the 2 seconds of footage that just came out from Godzilla vs. Kong (at the time of recording) and abruptly turns into a discussion of 2019’s Godzilla: King of the Monsters. John has never had a chance to really elaborate on a podcast about how he would fix that movie… until now!

DUNKFEST this week covers the bizarre way certain media outlets covered Phil Spector’s death and WB’s bizarre marketing strategy for “Wonder Woman 84” and all their upcoming HBOMax projects.

We welcome Delaney Rose to the show this week. Delaney is the heroine behind @WhatJewCookin. @WhatJewCookin is an Instragram for the incredible meals Delaney prepares for herself, her family, and friends. Delaney talks to us about being known in Kentucky as “The 2nd Jewish person I’ve ever met,” the best cooking shows, and the gifts we got for Hanukkah and Christmas. Also, we have “The First Annual ITPNT Egg Cookoff.” Vote for your favorite on the ITPNTPodcast twitter.

StolenFromTwitter this week is about the “Name a place that has better security than the Capitol at Washington” meme. This leads us down a rabbit hole about Michael Jordan’s security team, movie theaters when big movies came out

DUNKFEST this week is about Caillou losing his show after 20 years and Delaney is dunking on Jason Alexander… and no, not the one from Seinfeld. Also we discuss Britney Spears’ father and the #FreeBritney movement.

“Are We Question or Are We Answer?” has us answer the question ‘Which Disney princess/Cartoon Character would you like to bang?’ and things go off the rails pretty quick.

Follow Delaney at @WhatJewCookin on Instagram.

Today’s episode features new father Mike Jallah! Jallah and I go over the TOP 3 BEST MOMENTS OF (our respective) 2020(s). We also ask him to tell us the story of how he and his wife handled the ever-changing pandemic while raising a baby. Other topics covered: Jallah’s intro to Talk Radio and how that led to him getting into podcasts, Michael and Jallah getting gray hair, and that period of time where human babies and puppies have the same amount of intelligence.

StolenFromTwitter is about inspirobot.me, a website that creates a randomly generated “inspirational” statement and a photo behind it. Jallah and I soon learn that these Bots are truly insane.

DUNKFEST this week has Michael belly-aching about the infamous ‘Bean Dad’ Twitter controversy (and social media itself) and Jallah takes Netflix to task for canceling one of his favorite shows.

"Are We Question or Are We Answer" - We revisit Marissa’s question - “If you had to watch one movie and TV show for the rest of your life, what would it be and why?”

Vera Drew is a filmmaker, Emmy-nominated editor, and the star of her upcoming movie, “The People’s Joker. She’s also a fellow podcaster, known for her acclaimed shows, “Welcome to Jackass”, and “Hot Topics with Vera Drew.” It’s my honor to have her on the show to discuss “The People’s Joker” as well as her editing and directing work on Tim Heidecker’s most recent comedy special (“An Evening with Tim Heidecker” on Youtube), as well as on so many other Abso Lutely produced projects. If you’re a fan of that company like I am, then Vera has helped to make you laugh many times. We talk about the importance of “flawed representation,” why some friendships start out with both parties being nervous about each other, and why Jackass is more emotionally complex than you remember it being.

For #StolenFromTwitter this week, we discuss the image meme “Why are you dressed like that? / Dressed like what?” that was popular around the end of 2020. Vera talks about 6 Joker looks, particularly a powerful vest she snagged from the wardrobe from her upcoming movie and Michael talks about a pair of jeans that everyone in his family hates.

DUNKFEST this week is about the shitty takes that are coming out about Wonder Woman 1984 and Neil deGrasse Tyson’s attempts to sound smart on Twitter about very stupid things.

ARE WE QUESTION OR ARE WE ANSWER: “What is your "favorite" chore? Like, what cleaning/maintenance task do you hate the least or get some satisfaction out of?” - asked by Brian

Writer/Comedian Joey Clift joins the show to talk about eating lasagna like Garfield, Mr. Beast’s new restaurant, and a wild sounding script which earned Joey recognition from The Indigenous List. (The Indigenous List is created by The Black List, Sundance institute, and Illuminatives which spotlights some of the best Indigenous film and television writers living and working within the U.S) But mainly, we talk about Garfield the character and Joey explains to me, a Garfield skeptic, why this cool cat has hung in there (baby) for so long. Speaking of surviving, we discuss hypothetical battles between Garfield and Freddy Krueger and Jason Voorhees for… some reason.

StolenFromTwitter this week uses “Me at the beginning of 2020 - Me at the end of 2020” as our discussion prompt. Michael talks about living less fearfully and Joey talks about how 2020 was a successful year for him and the guilt that comes with that.

DUNKFEST this week happens out of nowhere. Joey asks me if I’ve heard of Nathen Mazri’s new venture. Mazri was well-known as the proprietor and promoter of a Garfield-based (pick-up and delivery only) restaurant. His restaurant has recently closed and a few weeks later, he announced a food line with a new licensed character: SCOOBY DOO. Michael and Joey take a while to process this news and do not hold back!

Today's guest is Tyler Scruggs, a musician, writer, and recovering Weezer fan! We talk about the Warner Bros-HBO Max film distribution shakeup and why we both have mixed excited feelings about it. We also talk about whether Youtube videos qualify as documentaries, whether Twin Peaks: The Return is a film, Tyler's new LP he is sitting on and SO much more including why Tyler got semi-canceled during the 2020 Election.

StolenFromTwitter this week takes the “Post a Picture of Yourself and then Post a Random Note From Your Phone” to the podcast arena. Tyler Scruggs shares a hilarious potential lyric, a thoughtful Marianne Williamson quote, and the title to a Hypothetical Album - “Same Songs With a New Man.” Michael shares a note he wrote about a guest he'd like to have on the show some day. It's not weird!

We take a break from Dunkfest and focus on “Productive and not Destructive” thinking!

We end the show with the question - “What is your favorite movie trilogy?” Tyler talks about The Matrix, Bill & Ted, and Richard Linklater’s Before... trilogy and Michael talks about Godzilla, of course.

OUR FIRST IN-HOME RECORDING! This episode may look long, but it's gonna speed on by. Today I have a friend I've known since middle school on to talk about the most famous blue hedgehog in the world. We give our review of the Sonic The Hedgehog film which was one of the last big movies in theaters. Spoiler alert! We also talk about the joys of seeing crappy films in theaters, baking bread, and COVID-19. We also debut a new segment - Shooting the Soda Sh*t! It is successful and not at all half-baked.

CW: Police brutality against unarmed Black Civilians, Racial relations

Today's episode is a unique and possibly difficult listen. It was recorded nearly 2 weeks after George Floyd was killed by police. My friend Anton and I talk about what this all means, how to navigate social media in times like this, and why the phrases "All Lives Matter" and "Blue Lives Matter" are in extremely poor taste. We also have a discussion on Prince, a mutual favorite artists of ours and the reason we became friends.

What's it like to release new music right now? For that question, I brought on my friend Erik Paulson. We also discuss his band Remo Drive's brand-new album A Portrait of an Ugly Man, his hobby of building guitar pedals and developing a new routine in a time that's anything but normal. I also apologize for being a dick one time and confess my reborn love of coffee. It was a fun episode and I hope you enjoy listening as much as I enjoyed recording it with Erik!

MUSIC: "Yer Killin' Me" by Remo Drive from Greatest Hits "If I've Ever Looked Too Deep in Thought" by Remo Drive from A Portrait of an Ugly Man "Easy as That" by Remo Drive from A Portrait of an Ugly Man
