Hey everybody! I am popping in from hiatus-land to let y’all know we are going to be back to producing and releasing podcasts you love in March 2023!
Earlier today, I posted a farewell episode. I was in a dark place and after reflecting on things, I realized this decision did not come through my heart but through anxiety and fear. I apologize for the inconsistent messaging today and any stress that audio caused.
A final message of thank you from me to you as ITPNT and Dad Men, along with the Destiny Park Media concept, end.
Today's episode the the guys are joined by a special guest, Joseph Rowland! The Dads chat about a pivotal episode of Mad Men: "Six Month Leave." Don checks in to a hotel after his separation from Betty, Sterling Cooper is letting go of Freddy because of his visible alcoholism, and Roger decides to make a major life-changing decision.

Hasief Ardiasyah, a former writer for Rolling Stone Indonesia, is a hardcore Weezer fan who recently had the experience of a lifetime after the band stopped by Jakarta and Bali in Indonesia. We chat all about him helping Weezer's lead singer learn how to properly sing an Indonesian pop cover, going out to dinner with two members of the band, and his outlook on the Weezer discography. It was really nice to chat with Hasief and I hope you enjoy listening to us get Weezy.
COTOR (Check out this Obscure Record) this week is about the album “Agterplass” by the Indonesian rock band The Andys. It's a wonderfully produced collection of catchy, crunchy guitar and synth-laden tunes.

Stu has recently recorded multiple (great) full-length songs and Michael wanted to have him on the show to discuss his songwriting process, perfect pitch, and a few movies too. When I started ITPNT, it dawned on me that I wanted the show to end when I got vaccinated. With my vaccination appointment in sight, and an incredible story of how I brought friends and family together for a silly monster movie, the stars aligned for this to be our final episode. The atmosphere is more relaxed than usual, consider this our "post-Godzilla vs. Kong" celebration as well as a triumphant return to theaters for us movie nerds. This week we’re delighted to be talking to John LeMay, the author of many great books ("The Real Cowboys & Aliens: Old West UFOs", "Writing Japanese Monsters", "The Big Book of Giant Japanese Monster Movies: The Lost Films") that have helped Michael get through quarantining as well as the proprietor of the Lost Films Fanzine. This Fanzine was actually a project that LeMay used as a distraction from the pandemic for himself.
